The elevator was broken. I had no cable in room. When I brought that to the attention of the front desk, he was no help and said internet must be down. No bath towel in room. Discovered that other rooms had cable, went down to desk, he came up and could not fix. No phone in room. Poor service. Offered new room after 2 he. Back and forth with front desk. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage 5 floors. The first room was filled with cigarette smells. We asked for a second room, which turned out okay. Go at your own risk.

That was really disappointing staying there. Coffee maker is located in the bathroom, the carpet is dirty, the sheets are dirty, no breakfast, towels are stacking in the fridge so I couldn’t use it .I really don’t want to go back there again.

Hotel is awful. Smells like urine in downstairs hallway. Can hear other guests in hallways making noise at night. Place needs a major overhaul and new management. Will not go there again and advise anyone else from booking a room

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled musty and unclean. The carpet was stained, the bathroom was grimy, and everything just felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Worse, the room was literally falling apart—peeling paint, loose fixtures, and broken furniture. It was genuinely hard to believe anyone considers this a habitable space. The worst part? BED BUGS. Do yourself a favor—spend a little extra and stay literally anywhere else.

Quiet and not too far from restaurants, walmart etc. Furnishings are old, shower was not easy or could turn on and a staff came and try and they move us from that room. The new room was not pleasing either as you see patches on walls covering holes and in tub, shower head seem like it wanted to come off, small refrigerator have rust on shelves inside, the heater was not working properly even when i turn it up to 84 was cool air but was told by front desk to try unit on wall. Elevator does not work properly as ir only goes up. Phone in first room didnt have buttons to press, the other room the phone wasnt labeled to know neither any information in room to contact front desk

There were no downstairs rooms, which was a disappointment. They had a lot of construction going on but it did not bother us. They did have an elevator. I wasn’t impressed where we had to park either. There was no way to keep an eye on your vehicle. The room was nice but there was no microwave. I was okay with the stay because I got a pretty decent rate through Expedia.

Outdated rooms, dim lighting, damaged carpet. Limited TV channels. It was overpriced for the condition that it was in. Air conditioner worked and the beds were comfortable. Didn't use the pool but others were using it. Location is right off freeway.

To our surprise room doesn't have a thermostat to control heat or ac automatically. We had to manually turn on and off the heat entire night otherwise no air circulation in the room at all! Room and bed was ok otherwise for a 1 night stay. Would not recommend it.

The room was questionable. Wall paper coming off and lamp shade looks like mold on it. ac grate broken and I was wondering about the extension cord it keep making noise and I was worried if it would catch fire. I didn’t like the condition of the furniture and the tv was little for the room size. Hallway was find with visible dirt and needed to be swept. I don’t know about coming back to this hotel.

Stayed one night, the room looked clean, but the furniture looked worn out and peeling, and the toilet was not flushing. We got moved to another room. The second room was better, with a working toilet, but the lampshades had tagging and were ripped, the furniture also looked worn out. The ambience of the place needs to be improved over all.

I was trying to find a decent budget hotel for business travel. The main issue here was the wifi was terrible. I could use it on my phone but not my laptop, which defeated the whole purpose bc I need to be able to log into my work laptop. The room was pretty run down and a bit trashy. The bed was old and super saggy. Furniture was very old. TV was old and I couldn’t hook my roku up to it. I felt a bit skeeved out here. As a woman, I didnt feel super safe here. Lots of men hanging out in the parking lot. There is a Hooters restaurant here and no disrespect to Hooters or the folks who work there, but it tends to attract a certain type of clientele.

Was told I couldn’t check into the room I had already paid for at 1 am with my very visibly, tired, pregnant friend. Was never told I had to be 21+ to book said room but employee ignored me and loudly stated to another coworker that I was under 18 after we had already established I was 18. Rude behavior won’t be booking with them again.

Please do yourself a favor and save the trouble and money . This place needs serious renovations. Carpets in the room are sticky. The place is super dirty . Smelly rooms. Coffee maker is in bathroom near toilet seat. Stained towels. They are rude and could not give us an extra hour as a late checkout. They just walk in at 9 am without knocking. No do not disturb signs for doors. Horrible experience.

After our flights were canceled, we spent 3 hours getting a rental car. We checked into the hotel at 3 a.m. with 4 people in each room. Phone in room not working, was told they had no bedding for the pull out bed. Had to send someone down to make sure we got bedding. You can’t expect guests to sleep on a hotel mattress with no bedding, blankets, or pillows. Luckily he found some or he would have been going to the store to purchase some cause you can’t expect someone to sleep on that mattress. The king beds also were broken. One had a huge sag on the end where it felt like I was going to roll out of the bed. Then after getting to bed at 4 am, the guy at the front desk knocked on our door until we answered to ask if we were checking out that day! He knew we didn’t go to bed until late but knocked on our door. Would never stay here again! Customer service is very lacking. Please find somewhere better to stay.

First time visiting this hotel. Only the convenience of the hotel location used as a quick staycation is what I did like. However, due to my vehicle’s windshield wipers were stolen off off my suv I noticed on the day of check out (which was a rainy day) I will not return to this hotel or refer this hotel. Additionally, the hotel is very dated, with no safety measures on and around the property. Anyone that is not a hotel guest could easily access the hotel.

Hotel is very dirty. The lobby and main floor look terrible. Staff wasn’t the greatest. They don’t stay on top of trash containers. A lot of sketchy people lingering around in parking lot w limited lighting. Pool area wasn’t clean. None of the conference rooms were able to be used. Won’t ever stay there again and would not recommend.

omg where do I start? stained walls and furniture, no working room phone (cuz they prolly don’t want anyone to call and complain,, no smart tv just cable with bad reception,, no recycling, no gym, no hot tub; asked them not to clean the room and they came in anyway but all they did was make the bed, didn’t replace towels, coffee, tp, etc,,,,emptied garbage but didn’t throw out spent pizza box or food and coffee wrappings,,wine forts got there there were still old coffee grounds in coffee pot,, charge for lobby coffee! had to go down to front desk multiple times to get coffee for the room and they kept sending a guy who was sleeping on lobby chair with a hooters cup at his side to get it and he kept coming back w decaf even this I told them regular! no one at front desk most of the time , shower shifts between hot ad cold, mold in grout in tub,, gross. Place is gross , don’t stay here.

Get there only for 6 hours to get some rest before further trip. Room was terribly hot so I turn on AC right away, but it was so loud I couldn’t sleep all night. Breakfast should be served from 6- came down stairs 6:15 and nothing was open. Front desk informed me that the staff just came in. Disappointed-that is all.
