The property was clean and the hotel Clerks were very friendly and polite. Expedia overbooked my two bedroom suite so it wasn’t available when I got ready to check in I was accommodated with two queen suites and I was able to use a meeting room to visit with family who was also staying at the hotel at no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!! One thing I didn’t like was the cloudy pool!!

A last minute trip with uncertain weather so we needed an indoor pool and this bubbled up to the top of the list. We had a nice, clean room with all the amenities including a pull out couch. The pool and hot tub where great (and both good temperatures). Breakfast was above average with smoked pulled chicken tacos that were super yummy with lots of topping options. We didn't notice but they had a large offering of games at the desk that we wish we'd taken advantage of. Outdoor had a basketball hoop and BBQ for the guests to use. I'd come back here in an instant.

Nice, clean place. Conveniently located. Rooms could use some updating. Sofa was saggy. Thermostats needed new batteries. Some items need work: Hot tub was not hot and could not find the controls to raise the temp. Unsupervised children just kept jumping into the pool disturbing the other guests. Fitness room need work. Peloton was out of order. One of the treadmills was not working and the other badly needs a tune up. No cups for the water cooler. No wipes for the gym equipment. It just seems no one takes care of that room. Breakfast was fine. Whole place was relatively quiet.

The poool was disgustingly dirty and cloudy. It was over crowded with people who were guest and not actually staying at the hotel. Just guests guest. Kids were unsupervised everywhere causing issues. I couldn’t get towels when requesting more. Garbage was just out in front of peoples doors

No manager is available to handle issues other than check-in/out. Parking limited and guests had no parking when an event is being held at the location for non-staying guests! Noise is continual due to basketball court outside of rooms - including late nights (1AM) due to court being well-lit. Informed Front Desk that ice-maker wasn't working and it was never fixed during our 4 night stay.

Pool was closed , washer and dryer didn’t work. Zero security stunk like weed throughout the hallways. Not that I care just don’t need my 3 young kids asking what the smell is and having to explain it to them.

We checked in on 8/22 and the we get in our room there were small brown circular bugs on the bed we found 3 of them. I took a pillow from the bed that had a bug on it to the front desk they took pictures and video of it then change our room. It was very late when checked it we probably won’t book here again very dirty not well maintained the lamp shades that supposed to be white are turn yellow the dishwasher has nothing but rust in it.

This facility shows its age and doesn’t seem to be well maintained. Everything seems to be breaking down….TVs, washing machines and dryers, the pool. The walls and curtains are aged, filthy and stained. The rooms are not well cleaned…..crumbs and hair in the drawers. Floors sticky and stained. I’m in need of long term hoteling while I finish building my new home. I stayed for 28 days since I had prepaid, but for my final 2 months of transition I found a better, newer, cleaner hotel for the same price and better amenities at a Marriott facility. Final note, if you are bothered by the stench of weed in the hallways, elevators, and coming through your room vents, this is not the place for you. The stench was everywhere and I was supposedly on a non smoking floor.

Poor cleanliness overall. Bag of trash left overnight in front of the elevator. Roman cleanliness also not good, found a strand of hair in the shower, bed sheets smelled weird, dirt all around the corners. Do not recommend.

The room I was assigned was already occupied when I got there. I was reassigned to a room that had all the drawers open when I arrived. The sofa was stained. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. The room smelled of greasy food and then I started seeing small roaches on the wall and on the desk. I would never stay here again.

My family stayed a weekend at the property and came away very neutral about our stay. The staff on-site is very friendly and polite...5 stars there. The breakfast, while free, it wasn't very tasty. We had a first floor stay and could hear the steps of the person staying the floor above, every single step. The tv system is an old outdated direct tv. Don't get me wrong, my stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very personable check in person, though she was away from the desk when I walked in dealing with allergies. Quiet, clean property. Front desk button on phone didn’t work. Tv remote worked terribly. I called to report it, but then all of a sudden it kind of worked, so I said never mind. But then it barely worked after I hung up! Glassware in cupboard had water spots. Not a terrible place, but it should have been better for the money I spent.

I arrived to check-in and the lobby was complete chaos with families with young children running around and crying and the staff just ignored them. Then I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because they were sold out (I booked 6 weeks in advance), and the only comment I received was "didn't you get a call or email"... No, I did not. I then booked another hotel on my own and then received an email AND a call after 10pm that evening from hotels.com after I was in bed saying it was important that I contact them to rebooked my stay - WHAT??? Unexceptable.

When my family members visit from overseas, we always stay at this property mainly because of how friendly and helpful the hotel staff are and the location. Our stay here, this time was most disappointing. Im not sure if it\'s because they have new staff or because they simply don\'t care. Our room came with a sofa bed but there was no bedding in the surplus closet where it usually is. When i went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket, sheet and pillow i was told "the hotel doesnt have any more blankets" and that she would "do her best" to arrange bedding for the next day. I of course expressed my unhappiness but her attitude was that it was my problem. She had zero intention of helping. I watched her stand around, doing nothing to help or initiate any action, she then then her back and left for the evening. We had travelled since early morning, tired and weary and being told that a basic amenity is not available is was mind boggling to us. We were too tired to fuss and fight and i had to reach out to someone who dropped off bedding from her home at midnight. This is not an exaggeration! This should never have happened. The manager added points to an account i never use to make things right but it\'s neither here nor there.. they dropped off "bedding" the next day but the blanket was so small it looked like it was taken from a baby\'s crib LOL This is probably the last time we stay at this hotel. I can write about what didn't like about Homewood Suites by Hilton. We booked our stay through Expedia from September 07th to 08th of September. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. We booked a room with one queen bed with one sofa bed. The queen bed is for my wife and me, and the sofa bed is for our kids. When I opened the sofa bed to put the kids to bed, there was NO BED SHEET, NO BLANKET, AND NO PILLOW. When my wife and daughter went downstairs to ask for bed sheets, blankets, and pillows, the front desk staff did not help. She said there were no extra pillows or blankets. The only thing she said have a bed sheet. That is also what my wife had after a long argument. The front desk lady was very rude to my wife. End up I put my kids to sleep with my wife in the queen bed. I have to sleep my self in the sofa bed without a blanket and pillows. Also, the sofa bed was in very bad condition. The next day morning my back was very painful. We all came to New York to catch a Cruise. It took me almost 2 days rid of my back pain. When I went down to the front desk to check out the next day morning, I spoke to the front desk lady and explained to her what happened the night before, she also didn't care at all. Simply she said she couldn't do anything because I booked it through Expedia. She was also very rude to me as well. Both front desk staff are very rude and have no customer service at all. Please send both of them to customer service classes. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Check in was horrible booked came in at 3pm than again at 3;56 pm. Took almost 1&1/2 hours to get a room. The lobby was extra hot with no a.c. the woman at the front desk checking in was very sarcastic and rude.

Our stay was good we had a bit of trouble when we arrived wirh the computer systems being down which was corrected pretty fast ... the pool was nice a bit cloudy but nice .. breakfast was a bit crazy the poor lady there was alone and it was busy things were running out faster then she could keep up but she certainly did her best considering.

Great trip. Room smelled nice, clean and comfy. Staff always greeted me when they seen me. The continental breakfast was ok. That could’ve been prepared better. The eggs were watery, bacon over done, hash browns dry. Also the jacuzzi didn’t really have the bubbles or violent water like a jacuzzi should. But I guess that’s for insurance purposes. But those were minor complaints. I’d definitely recommend and come back. Thanks!!

No good at all, First of all we got there and they told us we had it to wait because room was not even ready. 2. Guy un the desk just gave us the card and told us to go. No welcome , no times of breakfast and no nothing. No customer service at all. 3. They put us on a room close to elevator and ice machine. You can imagine !!! 4. Betwwen 1am and 5 am the people from the top room were jumping and playing around and once agin we could sleep nothing , NADA ,due to noises. 5. At 8 am the people that cut the grass came around and start making all types of noises , trimers, lawnmower and blower. Again no sleep. 6. The shower horrible no water what so ever . 7. BREAKFAST COLD BUT COLD THE WHOLE STAY WAS HORRIBLE !!!!!!

Property in excellent condition, staff very helpful and friendly. Bed a bit too soft, could not sleep very well, breakfasts were excellent. Fire alarm went off 3 times one night, very disturbing and could not sleet at all that night.
