Everything was just perfect.

Great Selection for breakfast. Little nervous about lights flickering in the room.

Rooms lil out dated but staff friendly and rooms always clean

First room, I did not see for myself but my fiancée advised it was not clean and had hairs on bed. The second room, I did see and there were dishes in the sink, a bag of towels and toilet paper rolls on the couch. It looks like they were in the middle of prepping the room. Finally 3rd room they gave us was good. On a different note, there should be a policy in place for the hotels to make changes. I selected a 3 bedroom suite and they counted the sofa bed as a 3rd bed and not 2 beds in one room. After discovering this I wanted to make the change but the hotel was unable to do it because it was considered a 3rd party, This was a loss for all, we didn't the comfortability that we wanted, the hotel could have made more money with the upgrade and hotels.com could have made money charging a change fee. Everyone could have won in this situation but instead everyone lost.

I would stay here again. The bed is comfortable, it’s quiet, spacious room. It’s more like an apartment. If you like high end fancy hotels and a lobby bar, activity, a hot tub and indoor pool, this is not the place. It’s more private. Great breakfast.
