Great hotel, only downside was there was only one working elevator and the one that was working was very slow and always a lot of people waiting. Other than that friendly staff, convenient area and nice rooms.

Such a wonderful place! We flew in late and they picked us up quickly! Our room was huge! So comfy! The breakfast was great with an omelet maker. I LOVED the heated pool and wish we had time to enjoy the peloton bikes!

The staff at the Portland Airport location is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a friend fly into town to meet me, and the hotel allowed a late checkout until her flight arrived. Cocktail hour is definitely a reason to stay. Waypoint restaurant is great. Even with renovations to the dining room and bar just starting, they were still very accommodating with breakfast and such. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the employees here. I’ll continue booking with these guys every time I’m up from Mississippi.

Great, 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport. Hotel is right next to the airport. Staff was informative and nice. Restaurant had good food. The room was fairly large, clean, well-maintained, modern and more than sufficient for our needs.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening were a nice bonus. The only issue was with the transportation to the airport. The shuttle is not very big, which made for some drama with some very rude guests that tried to go ahead of other guests that had already been in the lobby waiting on it. It would be helpful if the hotel would have a way to make reservations for the shuttle to keep that from happening in the future.

Renovations caused us to walk out in the rain to get to the pool and breakfast. It wasn't horrible, but annoying. But the worst was the fire alarm and evacuation at 3:00 am.

Not a good stay. Front lobby was under construction and most if not all amenities were closed. The temporary entrance was poorly marked. Upon arrival an employee could t tell me where to go to check in. Fire alarm went off at 2:45am

It was an amazing stay! We decided to bring our pup along with us and were very happy they were pet-friendly. The staff were very kind and curious. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and even had a made to order omelet station! Later in the day they hosted a happy hour that included discounted drinks at the bar and even snacks. The gym was easily one of the best I’ve ever utilized at a hotel. I would certainly stay again!

My only suggestion is that the cleaning people spray some Tilex in the showers to remove the mold between the tiles. Other than that everything was wonderful.

A solid 8/10 experience. The rooms could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly as there was blonde hair on the dresser and in the shower from previous guest- that was gross. Incredibly close to airport and just a few miles from Old Port. Strongly caution you to ask prices of any food you get from their market as none are listed and a Mac and cheese cup was 10 bucks.

Breakfast was very nice. Everything was clean. Not fond of the way suite was set up. It was hard to get showered, etc and someone to still sleep. (Maybe door between bedroom and bathroom instead of into living room? The bathroom smelled a little mildewy but was clean.

Long road trip; looking for what every traveler looks for: a good night’s sleep. That was not to be because your brainiac interior designer forgot to include a window covering. Nothing to block the light, except an openwork sheer. Front desk helpfully suggested that I “pull the drapes closed!” Duh. They don’t move! Had a drink at the bar and had to listen to two employees complain long and loudly about how they hated their jobs. Nice. Don’t want to lay a dime on housekeeping. This hotel is grotty and needs a deep clean. Bathroom floor was sticky; greasy fingerprints on the bathroom door. A bug(!) on the drapes(!). Anybody ever look down when getting on the elevator? The steel plates under the doors look like they have never been cleaned. Ever. I’d have stayed for breakfast, but frankly, didn’t want to get sick.

We loved the restaurant and breakfast… the complimentary drinks are a nice touch. Staff the evening when we checked in were very friendly. I was frustrated the pool was closed because I was not told when I had inquired or at booking, and was even given directions to the pool by staff to find it locked. I had very disappointed kids. Also the room had old frozen pizzas in the fridge, towels that were stained by what looked like old blood, and no shampoo in the pumps which I unfortunately realized mid shower. We also needed assistance boosting our car the next morning and the morning staff basically said they can’t help and left us to sit there stranded, while another guest stepped in to help us. Hotel has a lot of potential but I haven’t been this disappointed by a place in a long time

We love this hotel. All of the staff are so so sweet! The room is perfect, with the pullout bed and the 2 other beds everyone is comfortable and has their space. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the breakfast is amazing, even though it’s right on the airport property, you can’t hear the planes from the room. I can’t say enough good things, we’ve stayed here twice and both times extended our stay.

This was a real "find", well worth the price, I will stay there when in the area. Not a big problem for me, but the walls/windows may be underinsulated. Room loses heat very quickly if heat turned down or off.

Right next to the airport. Room clean, comfy beds. Have to add, because my son used the pull out couches in all the hotels we stayed in this week, he said this pull-out was the best (of 4 hotels!) Even though bathroom was clean, it could do with a reno. Tub was stained and caulking old, so made it look not clean. Breakfast was great and they even had a chef making made to order omelets... never seen that before! Although we had to drive to Downtown Portland where all the shops and restaurants were, it wasn't a bad drive and only took a few minutes. Would definitely stay again.

PROS: Spacious suite, free cocktails/snacks in lobby in evening. Breakfast was outstanding (custom made omelets +). CONS: Room HVAC system. Noisy blower + wide temp fluctuations woke me up several times - not a restful night.

Excellent room that surprised us even after seeing photos. Warm shower, extremely comfortable bed, good TV, very clean. Great service at the front desk and an overall very quiet area for being so close to the airport. Parking was fairly slim, and they called us right at 11 to make sure we were leaving which was a little bit of a turnoff, otherwise great experience.

I was disappointed that there was only one sweepable room, I was hoping for a comfortable bed in each of the two rooms in the suite. The queen bed in our room (617) was somewhat soggy, needs a turn of the mattress, or better yet, a new one. This is a "pets welcome" hotel, and there were lots of dogs, big and small, and lots of barking. Beware if you care. We, luckily, like dogs.

The room was very nice but I have a major suggestion that would make a huge difference. If the fan on the climate control has a "constant on" setting it would really help with constant sleeping. The change from on to off throughout the night was very loud and disruptive to our sleep. Also, a garbage truck showed up around 4:30 am right below or window complete with back up alert noise and several attempts to get that backing up right. On a lighter note, the restaurant was great and the service was top notch.

Great spacious clean suite, with comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, nice towels. Living suite attached was great for my husband to work while I slept later. Breakfast was included with delicious made to order omelets. Was very close to airport, and very short drive to Old Portland, restaurants, shops and harbor. Enjoyed Fort William Park and Portland lighthouse.

Arrive midnight from international travel. leaving next morning for 5:15am departure flight. trying to schedule shuttle back to airport. front desk tells me leave property every 15mins. no need for reservation. He adds, however some time shuttle must go to other property and might need to wait 20-30mins. This is not leave every 15mins. The time of check in deck person asked for CC for incidental for "JUST IN CASE" when I checked out and checked my CC online 2 days later I see $75 pending charge. Called and ask what was charged for? Now afterwords telling me this is standard practice and should disappear in 2-3days, again did not go away till 6days. OUTRIGHT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't like surprise

Check in staff not helpful, difficult to understand with her mask, no eye contact. Asked if there was dinning service , she stated no. Later found that there indeed was dinning service. Other staff members very pleasant & helpful. I would have reported excellent if registration staff more attuned to her job.

Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

The staff at this property is terrible. I paid quite a bit of money for two drinks, tipped the bartender, sat at a table with my wife and was kicked out of the restaurant by a waitress for not ordering food. This hotel is run down and dirty. Front desk staff seemed very inconvenienced at the check-in process. I am sticking to vacation rentals.

Snacks are served at the end of the day and at breakfast, which is very convenient with children or before a day out. The staff were very friendly. The only downside is that it's far from everything except the airport. So you can't really go for a walk, as the car is a must.

We needed a place to stay near the airport before an early morning flight and this hotel was perfect. It's basically at the airport and is easy to get to. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again, and it's close to the city center as well.

Great property. Didn’t realize it was actually located at the airport. Large and quiet room. Bought two beers and a small bag of chips in the lobby and it was 30 dollars. Almost fell over. Would stay again.

The food at breakfast was outstanding (especially the chef made omelets) and the people are really friendly. Loved that they had excellent daily maid service without having to ask for it. It's so close to the airport you can actually walk there in about 10 minutes if you go out the back way. The lobby is a great area to hang out, nice little bar and restaurant. Really enjoy this hotel and I'm very picky about hotels.

Breakfast is described as "made to order", yet the only aspect which is made to order is omelet bar which could not be utilized onFriday morning because the line was so long. We waited in line for 25 minutes to get to the "already made food" in cafeteria style and then there was ANOTHER line to wait in (approx. 15-20 minutes) to get to omelets to be made. In spite of this inconvenience, the rest of our stay at this hotel was quite nice. Staff was friendly and courteous, lobby was attractive and spacious, room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Property was nice. Room was dated - drawers hard to open due to age. Housekeeping never came to our room once to clean it while we were there. Dining room food was terrible. Ate dinner there on Saturday. Tried these Salmon bites. Waitress spoke very highly of them. Worst thing ever! all batter with a chunk of dried out salmon in the middle - worst meal ever ate at a hotel!
