Be ware of very limited parking for this hotel. We came back from an event and not 1 parking spot was left. Drove around anouther hour before someone left. Then sign says we have to pay additionally. No clear instructions on what to do.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub only to find out the one here had long since been disabled and was no longer functional. The staff said they had removed it from the Hilton website but that amenity was till on the Expedia site. The property is a bit run down and dated. I wasn’t a fan that the continental breakfast was $13.90 per person even though you’re paying $200 per night to stay there. Most places have a free breakfast.

The hotel is great But the parking situation now sucks If you leave your car there you have to deal with a third party I left my truck there and paid on the website and when I got back I had parking tickets that said I had not paid Now I am fighting with them to get the tickets removed This needs to change!

We had to get up early to catch a plane, they immediately drove us to the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. They have a neat fire pit outside near checkout that was a great sitting area.

I paid over $500 for one night, spa and pool was dirty and small, breakfast was poor an not many options, bedroom sink was clogged, paid parking, elevators very slow. I wont be returning

This property did NOT live up to the Hilton reputation; Bathroom had mold; heating thermostat was missing; TV was inoperable - could not even get one station; furnishings were old and in bad shape; bed was clean but the chair in the room was soiled; the drape had food stains on it; the carpet was well-worn; I was very unhappy and will not stay in this hotel again.

The person who checked me in was wonderful. My room was clean, but the bathroom mirror and frame had toothpaste spit on it and there was hair in the tub drain. Yuck!

No coffee in the morning. Both carafes were out and even though the staff saw this they ignored it. Microwave in the room was visibly dirty and covered in greasy fingerprints. Station where keurig sits was sticky and dirty. Was woken up at 4:30am by other guests stomping back and forth and slamming doors, going in and out of their rooms over and over again. For $240 an night and no parking available (had to pay to park) I would expect a cup of coffee in the morning and a clean room.

The hotel is next door to the airport, which is very convenient. The room had a chair that had multiple stains on it. This chair needs to be thrown away. The hotel needs to be updated.

2 of the 4 lamps in our room didn’t work. The TV is not a smart TV. The WiFi wasn’t great either. But the staff worked out 2 rooms together, the rooms were clean, spacious. The pool was nice for the kids.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is going through renovations, so there is much dust, paper covering the carpet, etc. There was no thermostate in my room to control the temperature, and housekeeping had left some used towels in the closet which was less than inviting. The bathroom seemed clean; the bed and hallways much less so.

No issue with staff. Bed was comfy and shower was nice. The room did not block out any sound, you could hear everything across the hotel. Walking to our room the hallway floor felt like you were stepping in dips. They charge you for parking. I get that it's by an airport but if I'm paying $300 a night for a room, why am I being charged to park?

Check in person was super rude and she didn’t even look up from the telephone at first. What is not friendly or welcoming at all spoke her speech about the amenities is as though it was a chore hallways were in the midst of renovations, so there was paint fumes and dirty carpets throughout. Carpet in the room was not much better and there were leaks at the window and a wet carpet underneath.

The front desk person was rude and rather off putting when we had paid to keep our car in the lot for the week of vacation. He snapped at me for my key not going to fit on his ring. Which they shouldn't have needed to start with. He went as far as to complain about my keys to the person next to him while I was still standing in front of him. Not professional at all. Very poor customer service.

We booked this room for my parents, who were stranded in Portland after a flight because of a snow storm. We specifically chose this hotel because they said they had an on site restaurant and some limited room service. My father recently had a stroke and has limited mobility so we needed something as convenient as possible. We also paid extra for breakfast to be included. The hotel failed to mention that the restaurant had just been torn down. My parents were also told they'd have to pay for breakfast. In top of all that, the room was not clean and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. I understand that they are doing renovations, but there should have been more transparency and better communication. And there's no excuse for an unclean room. If I'm paying $200 for one night, the premises and room should be immaculate. And if you've torn down your restaurant and do not communicate that to your guests, breakfast should be free and included with the stay.

I really didn't make use of amenities but staff were a gem. They went out if the way to ensure i had quiet room & local recommendations. The room was super clean.
