On check in I was informed that no hot water was available for my stay. Parking lot had broken glass at severe places. Beer bottles or cars broken into. Could not tell for sure. Filling a little unsafe.

In my room: door wouldn't close properly, holes in the wall not patched, electrical outlet broken, roaches and bathroom vent inoperable. Small front desk area doubled as a "free breakfast" area. Totally unsat. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from. Look else where.

^ people at the inn and I was placed on the tird floor with no elevator. Toilet plugged up and the phone didn't work. Had to go back downstairs to check on the wifi password because his printing was poor.

The pictures online are not the same as the actual rooms. The property is not very clean and needs a lot of remodeling/upgrades. The room should be a lot cheaper than what they are offered at.

Trash all over parking lot. Broken room door that staff was aware of. Why not fixed? Why you still utilizing the room? Appalling bathroom! Mildew everywhere, brown moisture streaks running down the walls. Price ridiculously inflated due to an event over 20 miles away! Terrible! ONLY reason i rayed 2 stars was due to A/C working and beds being decent enough to sleep in.

As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake booking this hotel. Even the outside of the building looked rough and poorly kept. The room decor had been updated but the walls were dingy and needed repairs and paint. The bathroom was very dated. Visibly dirty and poorly kept. My sheets had a yellow stain so I slept on a towel over the sheet. I was thankful we only slept there and got back on the road.

The nastiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Multiple holes in the wall. I killed seven bugs within five minutes of entering the room, six of them in the bathroom. They made plenty of money this weekend by overcharging due to the crowd in the area so they should call an exterminator.

The staff was wonderful they were 2 people working one in training Brittani was very helpful and super sweet very accommodating. The room however had roaches really bad we had to leave early because of them.

You get what you pay for. It was cheaper than many but had many issues. I had to move to three different rooms. Each had its own problem. There we window lock issues, electrical issues, and heater issues. It is poorly maintained and needs a serious overhaul.

When I walked into the room it was as if I walked into an oven. It took the a/c until around 3am to finally cool it off enough to get “some” sleep. I didn’t call & complain because it wouldn’t have done any good. Told them about it when checking out & I got the reaction I expected- they didn’t care. Will not be staying there again. I’ll sleep in my vehicle if that’s the only place to get a room.

Really the only thing i didnt like was the noise. I had a 2 day stay. The morning after 1st night was terrible. I could hear the cleaning peoples music while i was trying to sleep. Plus all the slamming doors. Great cistomer service and everyone was so nice. But if you're looking for quiet not so much here.

The air conditioner was broken and from the looks of it, this is not a surprise, and the staff did not seem surprised, but provided no solutions. There was no screen so we couldn't open the window. It was not warm outside but it was definitely around 80 degrees in our room. We requested a fan which sort of helped.

The top part of the fitted sheet and mattress pad kept coming off when sleeping, it did not fit right. There were a few little blood stains in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was broke looked like tissues or something were pushed into,the middle of it. It was very noisy, starting at about 3:30 in the morning we kept hearing what sounded like the water for a shower turning on and off for like an hour and a half so it was hard to sleep. The front desk woman was very nice.

First and foremost the lady who checked us in was not a bit friendly. She wrote down the wrong room number on our key so it wouldnt work. I go straight back down to tell her, and he response was "when did u check in?", like what? She lost my paperwork in 3 minutes so i had to sign more! We intitially booked 2 nights but left on the first morning. Beds were really uncomfortable and the water in the sink was brown! Will not be staying at that particular super 8 ever again.

The bathroom tub surround was very mouldy and the tub didn't drain acceptable. The bedding also didn't smell fresh. Most disappointing, despite the hotel claiming that it offered a breakfast, it consisted of weak, luke-warm coffee and literally 3 hostess coffee cakes. That was it! No yoghurt (the attendant claimed they were out), no fruit, breakfast items, nothing! At the same proce point, could have stayed at another hotel that actually offered a hot breakfast.

Needed a place to crash on a long trip. The price was right. The room was warm at first but the ac eventually caught up. Beds were comfortable and the room was mostly clean, although the custodial staff left behind a towel from before. Water pressure was good and breakfast was carb rich but adequate. I'm satisfied for what I paid.
