Comfort Suites Abingdon I-81

Lady at check in was super nice. She is actually the only staff we saw. She was working the next day also. Room was clean. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Our second stay. The facility was excellent, staff great. Truly a 4.5-star hotel. Great value for money. Would be a FIVE had the breakfast more pissaz—some signature item or noteworthy dish, but it was okay; the cook a delightful lady.

We absolutely loved it here..The only thing I can really say was the pool wasn't heated,but I understand this happen the heat pump could have stopped working I didn't even worry about it we just enjoyed the Hot tub it was very pleasant..The staff was great especially Amy she was very accommodating we will definitely be going back😊

We had an amazing Stay..The Staff especially Amy was wonderful and very pleasant..We will definitely be staying at this location again..Only thing I would say is that the pool wasn't heated when it said it was witch was not a really a problem we just didn't get in it but we did enjoy the hot tub🙃

We are never disappointed by this hotel this time we actually enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Our room had been remodeled and it was very nice and the hotel was very quiet at night so we’re very pleased. Oh and the breakfast was great.
