This is the first hotel that I ever stayed at that had the pool and hot tub open until midnight. That was a big plus for me due to my disabilities and needing to use that hot tub and checking in kind of on the later side

First class staff! I met 3 different front desk clerks. All 3 were so very kind, professional, and accommodating. The place was busy but quiet. Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy. Really delicious coffee 24/7 The dryer screaches extremely loud, needs belt and I felt bad drying clothes because you can literally hear it down the hall even with a closed door. The room is nice, but the furniture like the benches and ottoman were in terrible shape, torn up like a dog chewed them. Bed was comfortable. These few fixes would make this place a 5 star stay. The staff made me feel very welcome.

This hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were great! Our grandsons really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lemon water and coffee were available in the lobby all the time. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly! Good tv options. The property seems dated to me. Noticed some mold in bathroom. Furniture was worn down. Elevator was very slow. Noticed that folks that stayed there with kids made messes in dining area & let their kids walk back from pool without drying off. Water all down the hall and in the elevator. Good price point/ value. Probably wouldn't stay there again, though.

The property is nice enough, and generally clean. Our beef is with housekeeping. The room was clean and in order when we arrived. However, no housekeeping was done during our 3 night stay, despite our requesting service. Not even clean towels.

I always love staying here but this night I got the hotel room for my parents and my grandmother, who is 99, and suffering from dementia. My grandmother had an episode and wouldn't take her medicine and claiming that my mother kidnapped her. The staff dropped what they were doing and talked to my grandmother. One lady was busy cleaning rooms and when my grandmother started talking to her she stopped what she was doing. She even walked with her to the breakfast room and calmly just talked. My mother wanted to cry in Thanksgiving. The manager even came down and helped calm her down. After the talk. My mom was able to pack the room and get my happy grandmother into the car. I just cannot say enough. I cannot think of any place where people would stop their busy lives like the staff did. I am so thankful. My mom tells everyone about how the staff saved the day. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR GOING WAY BEYOND YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION AND JUST BEING KIND!!!! From the manger, to the cleaning crew, to the breakfast staff, to the young man at the desk- THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Clean and comfy. The best part was the outstanding customer service. Someone above our room was being very inconsiderate and noisy, stomping on the floor for hours, and the front desk went out of her way to help us out and moved us to a quiet room. I really appreciate the willingness to help and kindness, and also the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Check in was not exactly welcoming. Staff seemed rude when they found out I had booked thru Expedia. For whatever reason, I was booked into a handicap room, which is normally OK, but in this case, the room was very bland. Again, ok, I was only there one evening. Front desk and cleaning staff were great! Location is ideal for traveling through on 1-81. Now for the only negative: The person handling breakfast was not friendly and was abrupt. Everything was empty before 9. If you say breakfast is open until 9, I expect I can still get food at 8:50. She took all of the condiments at 9am on the dot and said breakfast was done. Especially disappointing on a holiday Monday when the room is full of people.

Your sofa and ottomans need new stuff. Milk the first day was warm and today we left was not good either. Breakfast was disappointing. Biscuits were microwaved. Hot tub and pool was nice.

If you have a family of 5, then this is the place for you. Room was actually decent size. 2 Queen beds and a Sleeper Sofa (Twin). Hot breakfast, 2 kinds of waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, muffins, english muffins, etc. Front desk was always attentive, helpful, and professional. Pool was open. Fitness center only had cardio machines exercise bike, treadmill, and eliptical.

The check in was good (friendly service), the location was good, the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the room smelled musty/like mildew or something. The breakfast options were decent (fruit was only apple and oranges and not the best condition), but the woman working there was not friendly or helpful at all. She seemed annoyed to be doing her job. It wasn't a bad experience overall, but I would look for another place to stay next time.
