Very old hotel which is part of its charm, however, no parking for hotel-garage around the corner so have to lug your stuff. Old fashion elevator. small rooms, quaint helpful staff. Main draw is its location downtown restaurant is great

Pros: Nicely renovated historic hotel. Great dining and drink options. Food was amazing! Speakeasy downstairs was a really cool experience. Cons: no close parking available. The parking garage is 1 block away. Very loud in the rooms. You can hear all conversations through the walls and the outside street noise will keep you awake.Earplugs are offered in the room for this reason.

The location is amazing, allowing you to walk everywhere! Super convenient having a lobby bar, restaurant, AND a speakeasy! The room was super clean, staff was friendly all around, it was great. Such a fun little getaway!

I knew this was an older property before staying there so it has an old time elevator and parking is in a deck a little bit of a walk behind it. Even so, it was very comfortable and fun place to stay not to mention close to many things. Has an excellent restaurant and bar on the first floor.

Fantastic staff. Great food and drink at the Bistro and Speakeasy. Rooms are classy and well kept. The area is perfect for walking around and enjoying music, shops, food, and drink.

Historic property with upgraded finishes. Bar and bistro on ground floor with good food and drink options and excellent service. Speakeasy downstairs. Large, free parking garage a short walk away. Friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable enough and clean and quiet.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Terrific location on Whiskey Row - walking distance to all of downtown Prescott. Only downside was elevators were under repair - however the hotel did call us the day before as a heads up. Great service.

Amazing location - always something happening out your door. Our room was remodeled so very nice. The only problem is the air conditioner is very loud. They do not automatically clean the room.

It was different and nice but supper small rooms. Your hotel room is the size of a smaller bedroom with a small bathroom. When i say small its half the size of a regular hotel room. Add in there is no mini fringe and????

It’s definitely a great location. We’ve stayed here numerous times over the years. The bathroom toilet was so close to the wall , front and side if you were a bigger person it flat wouldn’t work for you. The air conditioner unit was super loud. Beds were comfy. Not a horrible stay , we thought we would give it another try because we heard they had remodeled

This hotel is so amazing, so beautiful, very comfortable, with the exception that our bed was very lumpy, but they were very good about letting us change our rooms! Has a really nice vibe, the rooms are wonderful, although they’re not as large as modern day hotels, the high ceilings, and the amenities really made our stay fantastic so much nicer than any Newer modern Hotel in our opinion! Great location, Center of town, highly recommend it!

The staff here is absolutely lovely. Friendly and happy to try and fix issues and take care of ice, extra towels, hair driers, etc. Never did I feel like an inconvenience. But we did have two issues.... We had upgraded our room through the Hotels.com app and they didn't have any record of that. So we paid for a bigger room, and didn't get a bigger room. It wasn't worth the hassle because it was just a $10/night difference. Then, at the end of the stay, instead of being charged the price of our hotels.com agreement (with some perked discounts), we were charged the original price of the hotel. ($287 vs $640) Again, they were fast to fix it and very kind about it. But just if you're booking through a third party, know that they just moved over to Best Western so I think there are some hiccups there.

This is my favorite place to stay when in town. I've never had an issue or complaint. Except on this last trip: I had low water pressure and no hot water in my shower. When I reported it, the staff immediately moved me to another room. And this was on a fully booked weekend. Excellent staff and wonderful hotel.

Staff was amazing! Property newly renovated. Garage parking right behind hotel. Property on Whiskey Row with walking access to anything you need. Area is awsome. The Bistro and speak easy located in the hotel are worth checking out. We will book there again.

Sarah literally carried a refrigerator up to my room for me. AFTER she chose the sweetest room for me with a great view. Honestly the best service I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. I can’t wait to go back again.

The room was clean and decorated nicely. Also, the mattress was very comfortable. On the minus side, the room and bathroom were extremely small. It would have been nice to have a small table next to the only chair in the room. Our breakfast in the hotel Bistro was very disappointing. Some of us had to wait for our food due to waitress mistakes, eggs weren’t prepared as ordered, and not enough utensils even after requested. As a side note, parking was very inconvenient.

What a great historic hotel! Highly recommend. You can walk to everything Prescott has to offer. Parking was great. The staff was phenomenally. The room had a modern but historic feel to it. Be sure to take the old elevator at least once. The bed was so comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby and water whenever you needed it.

We had a great time in Prescott. The hotel great. We love historic places. The hotel is conveniently located on whiskey row. And in the center of downtown. The parking in the parking garage behind it was great and we loved the little alley with shops in the hotel. The restaurant wasnt great, i wouldnt go back to the restaurant. We do wish the speakeasy was more speakeasy-y, like the point bar, it kinda just seemed like a restaurant/bar but it was cool with the live music. But everything else was great though. We would go back.

This hotel is literally in the middle of the downtown area. It's just a few steps from the most popular food and drink locations. The only comment I have is that the room was somewhat small, no refrigerator and the single window looked out in to a brick wall. However, for the price paid I'm not labeling that a "complaint". If you're staying longer, I'd recommend upgrading to a higher level room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and their Bistro restaurant and the new Speak Easy were great!
