Staff was courteous, the lobby bar was great with live entertainment. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Rooms have little to no insulation so its a little noisy but city views are nice and rooms are spacious. Small casino attached to hotel also.

booked solely to have a hot tub, arrved and hot tub not available. differing notes about how to handle towels. ended up at one pont with no towels of any type. We did not use the small “smokefree casino”, but we walked through, and one would smell if they spent any time in the casino.

Property is run down terribly! Got locked out of our room for 30min, remotes for the TVs didnt work, sewer smell when AC was turned on, a bandaid attached to the TV was used to hold antenna in place, Only one working elevator for all guests, Coffee shop was closed. However, check- in was easy and quick and it has a decent pool area. Suite was nice and spacious with beautiful views.

We had a relaxing stay the only thing I would say is the hotelreally needs to update the pool area. The hot tub was slimey and the pool had a brown tint to it. It also smelled in there. It is time for a remodel.

The rooms overall seemed clean But furniture was out dated. Water stains with bubbled paint. the carpet had large stains it needed to be stretched. Could easily trip if you were paying attention. Bathroom shower head was jimmy rigged. Sadly the jacuzzi was being retiled so we couldn’t use that. The pool water looked like it had a tint to it. Not clear and my brother in laws eyes burned the whole rest of the day.

When I checked in, the staff was quick but very rushed and not friendly. When I got to my room, the temperature was 83 degrees! I called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance worker who reset the unit and it started to work but was loud the rest of the stay and I had to turn it off and on again several times to work. The pool is in need of a complete overhall - dirty and dingy. Disappointing.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The layout is great with double sinks outside of shower and toilet. Lighting could be better. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the fluffy comforter. All in all a great stay.

This property is in major need of an updating and renovation. Carpeting frayed everywhere. Walls and floors in room were in need of paint and repair. The entire hotel smelled bad and they were trying to mask it with essential oil overload. No daily maid service. If you want clean towels, you must place used ones in plastic bag outside your door. Kleenex box had ONE tissue in it. Thermostat did not function properly. Bed and pillows were poor quality. Pool and spa was “closed for renovations”. Beautiful patio outside overlooking a scenic view but NO SHADE. I would NOT call this a luxury resort, and would never return. Thank goodness we only had to stay here one night.

Our room wasn't available at 3 for check-in. Not done "being cleaned". We had somewhere to be so we had to change in the "spa" locker rooms. This was only after we asked if there was somewhere where we could change for our event. Passed the pool that I wouldn't even stick my toes in based on the cloudy appearance and general lack of cleanliness of the area. Got a call after 430 that the room was ready. Got back from our event and checked in around 9. That part was quick. You can tell the rooms are not well kept or deep cleaned. Bed were incredibly noisy under any movement Really happy we were only staying one night, I was would not shower in that bathroom. There was a significant amount of hair, and the inner shower curtain had mold on it. Yelp reviews seemed to be the only accurate ones. Other were deceivingly positive. Can say though, the view is great. Doesn't make up for the rest though.

I have to start by saying the staff was very accommodating and the room appeared to have been recently remodeled. The views from the fifth floor were lovely. I am disappointed that they still have their Covid practices/policies in place. They will not clean your room unless you are there for a four night stay. This resulted in having to call in every time we needed a towel or sheets. We found it difficult to keep the floor and bathroom clean. I suppose they could’ve provided us a broom and cleaning products but I really don’t want to do that while on vacation. I’m not sure that I would stay at the resort again unless they provided regular housekeeping.

We checked into our first room to find it completely dirty. Dusty all over toilets, dirty blood on the curtains, dirty sheets. We got a second room where we went in and the same thing once again dirty and even the carpet was ripped up and unsafe to walk out. Both rooms were in very poor condition. The second room even had toenails on the floor. This was for our anniversary weekend and we stayed there before and had a great time. Unfortunately we had to find another place immediately and left here. Very disappointed.

Countertops were dirty and had toothpaste on them when we got into our room there was a broken picture frame on the wall with a missing piece of glass. The shower had mold in it and there were blackout curtains but the privacy curtains were missing. The fake leather on the couch was peeling in multiple areas and needed to be replaced.For nearly $300 a night you tend to expect more. The lobby is beautiful the rest of the hotel is dated and in dire need of repair and remodel. Definitely nicer hotels to stay at in the area. The only upside is this one has a casino attached. However the casino is dark and weary and did not have a fun atmosphere. Definitely would not recommend coming here again.

Our first indication that his may not have been the best place to stay, was when we walked in we and noticed the carpet was dirty and there was a line at check in. We were told at he check in desk that the room was not ready even though it was after check in time and when asked when it would b ready, we were told they didn't know. Someone else said they had been told it would be an hour's wait. We were told they would call us when the room was ready. We went out on what looked like a large, lovely patio only to discover there were only a few places to sit and those chairs were torn and dirty. They do have, however, a lovely view overlooking Prescott. They never did call, so we returned to the desk to find out that the room had been ready for awhile. The room could have been nice if it were not for the filthy carpet and the burned out light bulbs. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had sufficient hot water. All in all, it gave the impression of a very tired old hotel. We have stayed in other Indian hotel/casinos and they all were clean and comfortable, just not this one.

Great staff and Bar. The biggest issue i have is how far behind tech wise the rooms are. The TV was probably 20 year old and had a humming sound from the speakers. I didn't recall seeing any USB ports in the room. Other than that this is a nice place to stay with excellent views.

We have stayed here multiple times. Sometimes to gamble, sometimes just as a stop over while traveling. The property is a bit dated in its appointments but the property is clean and very comfortable. Noise level is minimal, balcony views from the 5th floor are pretty at night.

Paid $720 to stay for 3 nights. Nowhere in booking does is say you will receive no service while staying here. They will not service your room during your stay. Was given note and plastic bag and told to place dirty towels outside door and they will be replaced daily. Did as instructed, but got no replacement towels any day. Had to call and ask for towels. After hour of waiting went to front desk and got them myself Day 2. Day 3 called and after hour went to front desk, told they would be brought up and after another hour wait got employee to show me where towels are kept and she let me get replacement towels. Front desk not interested in helping. Make sure to request upgraded room as they will stick you in old room with tiny TV and beat up decor and charge same price. Beware of 2nd floor rooms over restaurant/lobby as the live bands playing below sound like they are in your room. Poorly managed property.

They have 2 elevators and on multiple stays only one is ever working on our third day we asked for fresh towels and it took a few phone calls a talk to the cleaning staff and a visit to the front desk 6 hours later we finally got our towels

We went in winter and it was pretty low occupancy but we enjoyed our night at the resort. The staff was very friendly and the views were beautiful. We especially loved the drinks and appetizers at the bar with the view! Unfortunately it was snowing so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pits on the patio. Quick drive to downtown!

I like the fact that there is a casino attached but is not interfering with the entrance to the hotel. It is very inconspicuous. I liked the dinner menu and found something perfect that went along with my recent eating guidelines. I loved that there was a band playing Friday and Saturday night. They were great! I absolutely love the view and the fire pit.

Overall, the value and location were very good. The entire restaurant was reserved during our stay, so we were not able to sit at a table. We ordered from the bar, but the staff was busy and lacking customer service skills. The checkout staff claimed they were new and did not know how to apply the $12 VIP food and beverage credit for our stay.

Unfortunately the lobby bar was not open with the excuse that it was closed for brunch which was fine but never reopened although several guests were looking to a have a Christmas drink. Breakfast was horrible coffee was cold the whole breakfast was cold. I had to ask for toast which even the butter wasn't melted and no jam or jelly same with my husbands. I had to go search down a table for cream and sugar and same with salt and pepper. the whole place needs a makeover. we go up every christmas for the past 12 years and this will be the last time. The gingerbread houses are always wonderful but that's the only redeeming feature although Andre at the desk was great.

The hot tub was out of order (the whole reason I picked the resort was for the hot tub). The pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room (there was three of us, glad no one had to wash their hair). The white duvet covers were stained black. On the good side- the band they hired to play in the bar area was amazing. The coffee shop was great and the staff was very friendly.

Having the hotel and casino in one was nice. The bed was comfy but shower curtain needed upgraded and we didn’t have any clothes hangers in closet. Restaurant food was delicious and Jordyn was a great server!

The room we got was one of the newly remodeled ones and it was very nice. The Casino is on the property and they provide a free shuttle to the other one down the hill. The food at both casinos is good. And the people are very friendly.
