Hotel is in need of major repairs. Parking lot is torn up with construction work

Properties parking lot was under construction and parking was very limited. No coffee maker in room.

We stayed there because it was a fairly good price. Sadly, my wife and will never stay there again. The room was okay, the mattress was from the turn of the century. No breakfast as indicated on the receipt. Parking lot was all dug up. The folks that stayed there that night were up at 3:30AM milling around making a lot of noise.

Run down-needs to be remodeled. Parking lot needs major work. No pool.

When I booked this hotel, no where did it mention that the hotel was under construction. It also said that there was a breakfast, which there was NOT. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a room downstairs which was "newly" remodeled. He did mention that they still needed to repaint, which I thought was not an issue. He did reassure me that the room was clean.... we did not spend much time in the room before we had to leave for the night. Once we go back to the hotel we noticed that the shower was not clean. and the newly remodeled bathroom, ha! all they did was put tile on the shower walls. The tub was dirty and old, along with the shower faucet and header (which he had said was bran new, even showed me how to turn it on). We could only get one station on it, which was in spanish (we do not speak spainish). The room was also very, very dark. The lamps in the room needed to be brighter. When I finally went to lay down one of the pillows smelt like a man. It was obvious that it was not clean. When we arrived back to the hotel for the night it was very late. There was no parking. We had to park far from our room and did not love the uneven pavement and rock on the pavement of the parking lot. (due to the construction) I spent almost $200 to stay here, if I would have known I would have stayed someone else!

The noise from the road and other people goes right through the walls and windows. The AC unit was not controllable. There is no coffee maker in the room, and the lobby does not open until 8 a.m., so you have to leave the property just to have a cup of coffee. Pulling out of the parking lot onto the road is difficult during busy times. I will definitely NOT stay here ever again.

The location advertised a pool, after speaking with the staff was informed the pool was removed years ago but the location does not update the sight. I stayed at the location because it reportedly had a pool.

NO POOL. I saw negative reviews for this property but decided to give it a try for myself. I called two different numbers, one being a local to confirm there was a pool. Both times I was told yes. When I arrived, there was no pool and the girl working in the lobby was not very friendly and just said it wasn’t her fault. I let her know that I found a lower price online after I booked and she told me I already had a low rate. We asked for extra pillows and towels and she was smoking on her way back to the office with them. The guys working in the office both mornings were very friendly. The room was older but otherwise fine. Close enough to downtown for a short drive or walk if you wanted to.

I had to kill a cockroach in my room last night I didn’t sleep at all!!!!!

There was no coffee pot in he room or any in the lobby, The bathroom was dirty in all the corners with dirt and hairs, an the floor in the whole room was dirty. Walking from the bathroom to the bed made the bottoms of our feet or socks black. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom was in need of repair...the toilet stopped up and I called the front desk, they bought me a plunger and I plunged but couldn't get it unstoppd. Overall not

When pulling down the sheets in the first room we heard glass break on the floor. Turns out it was a meth pipe. That was folded into the sheet . We took the pipe in a plastic bag to the office. The office person was shocked and apologized multiple times. He was able to give us another room. The second room we recieved was clean and nice.

We killed a spider and a cockroach in the bathroom, cracks on top and bottom doors, poor patching on the plumbing sink. Cracks on the walls.The room & bathroom definitely needs renovation, the beds were comfortable, a Circle store next door for good coffee, would not return.

The room was small, the bathroom access is not ADA accessible unable to go through the doorway to the bathroom because it was so narrow my walker would not fit. Also found gum stuck to the bath tub after cleaning was done

Our stay was very restless. The air conditioner was super noisy and it made a squeaky sound. The towels were scattered with stains. The bathtub is old and stained. The bedside drawer had a broken handle. On top of that, the pillows have a few dark stains.

It was a one night stay and everything was great. Clean rooms very friendly check in.

Bedspread visible spots. Bath tub grossly caulked and dirty looking. Base board areas unfinished and poorly painted. Air conditioner, upon cycling exceedingly noisy.

I was a little skeptical from past reviews to book a stay here but I am glad I did. They are working on renovating the place and it is coming along pretty good. There was still some updating to be done like painting the walls and such. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water. Overall pretty good.

Broken lamp, broken bathroom door, things, unplugged, TV broken, someone’s empty cigarette pack behind the TV stand.

The bathroom vanity sink area was small, seems like it would make sense to knock out that wall between the sink and the stove top burners and make it one long double sink vanity, which would be more practical and provide a lot more counter space and an additional sink. Otherwise, good location, very safe & clean. One more thing, there are only three pillows on the king size bed, I think a bed that size should have at least four pillows for comfort.

Beds were hard as a rock. Place needs to be remodeled. Smelled dirty when you first walk in.

We could hear everything the people in the next room to us did.....talking,coughing& etc road noise loud....bed was comfortable

Courteous staff, large rooms, clean.

The stay as uneventful, the room was adequate, but the bed was fantastic and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the length of time it took to complete the check in process. It was very long with unnecessary tutorials on how to use the key card and the shower.

Very Quiet and comfortable.

The staff is nice, they asked to many questions then copy the cc... the room is cold for the first 5 hours, with hard cold floors. Even with socks on. It was 55 degrees. Just trashing now... the wifi was real bad 👎 😐 😕

THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS SUPERB, SID AND SAV ANNAH WERE EXCELLENT HOSTS AS THEY CATERED TO EVERY NEED WE HAD, THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT,NO COMPLAINTS, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN

The bathroom vanity sink area was small, seems like it would make sense to knock out that wall between the sink and the stove top burners and make it one long double sink vanity, which would be more practical and provide a lot more counter space and an additional sink. Otherwise, good location, very safe & clean. One more thing, there are only three pillows on the king size bed, I think a bed that size should have at least four pillows for comfort.

Front desk staff was friendly, room was nice. Was near an intersection so was a bit on the noisy side.

There was lukewarm shower water and the sheets were "noisy". The motel sits at an intersection so traffic noise is an issue in rooms near the street at least. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Great location with everything close by. Overall a nice place.

This hotel is currently under a new company, management, and undergoing some upgrades. Prior to my stay, I was reading reviews as one does, I took a leap of faith to try it anyways despite all the bad reviews. I was only going to be here for one night after all. I didn’t have one real issue during my stay. I think the upgrades are perfect. They still have some work to do, but if you’re going to complain about old tubs and lighting, you should probably book at a higher level, brand name hotel. You get what you pay for here. Ladies in the front office were sweet and helpful. The room was clean. The microwave and fridge are appreciated. I would suggest more usb chargers. Also, more shower supplies: We got shampoo, no conditioner and 2 soap bars. Coffee machine in room would be nice. Would stay here again.

Late breakfast time - 8 am. Usually 6-9 am in other motels. Not good for early risers who want to get on the road. Otherwise was a good motel.

Emergency stop when the 40, i17 and 89a were closed. Very nice place. The condition of the hotel reflects the cheap price. Super comfortable though. No breakfast, just juice and coffee.
