I arrived early and they were kind enough to let me check in an hour early (thank you). The room (205) was fantastic (bigger than the ground floor of my house!) - it had a separate living area and bedroom and had a little kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. It had 2 sinks in between the living room and bedroom and a shower off the bedroom. In the living area there was a sofa and another seat area, a desk area and a tv. In the bedroom there was a bed, a cupboard and a tv. They also had coffee in the lobby area to grab (and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows) The breakfast starts at 6am in the same area where the coffee is and was a choice of warm and cold items - this morning there was turkey sausage, veg omelette, muffins, pancake (and sugar free syrup), fruit and other things. They also have a laundry that guests can use on floor 2 ($3 per wash approx 36mins, $2 per dry approx 45mins) - the machines take quarters and they can change these at the desk I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Prescott and would definitely stay again

This was a really nice hotel. The rooms are nicely remodeled. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The breakfast was well thought out and maintained. The parking lot was under construction so we had to park across the street, which was inconvenient.

This Holiday Inn Express is wonderful! It was clean and well maintained. Everyone is friendly and breakfast was substantial, with both hot and cold options. Beds are comfortable and room was very clean. Fitness area was good enough. Only suggestion I have is the water pressure could have been a little stronger (in the shower) - otherwise I’m very pleased with my stay and would stay here again.

The rooms were so clean!! I like watching cleaning content online and I’ve always been grossed out about hotel room content. I was pleasantly surprised to see during a power outage that the cleaning crew all have a black light in their carts.

From the moment my daughter and I walked on the property and into the lobby of the hotel, it was smile time. The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. A glitch with a vending machine was quickly handled, money returned and a bottle of water freely given for our inconvenience . This will be our go to "vacation" stay place. Stellar accommodations , superior customer service and all with a smile and genuine caring.

Liked breakfast and the pool, nice staff. My room was great untill i found a used pad folded up between the bed and boxspring sticking out... gross. Honestly disappointed i paid so much to find something so nasty.

Only stayed for one night for a quick trip through town. It's a nice property. The staff kept the breakfast area open a few minutes longer than normal, so we could eat. Appreciated that a lot. The food was well stocked even though we showed up near close of serving time. Staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for directions to a restaurant. Room had blackout shades and beds were very comfortable - BeautyRest Hospitality Bed.... could have slept all day....

This hotel is very nice. The inside definitely looks better than I expected based on the outside. Their marquee is somewhat faded so I assumed the inside would be old and outdated as well. I was wrong. The decor is modern and new. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. I will book here again.

The room was great, from the near blackout blinds to the large suite with a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. We also enjoyed a delicious and warm chocolate chip cookie on our last full day there. What a nice treat with a cup of decaf in our room! All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location, clean rooms, great service. Place is a bit noisy for such a nice hotel. Thin walls that rattle each time a guest entered or exited their room. Also, could hear guests talking in adjoining room. Place could use significant noise attenuation upgrades.

Everything was great, room was great, pool was great. Pullout sofa bed was too thin, no way anyone could sleep on that thing, but we didnt get the room for that.

Love this hotel! Clean, safe, convenient, very friendly staff! I forgot a phone charger and the front desk gentleman went above and beyond and let me use his for the night! I have stayed her a few times and will stay here again when in the area!

I accidentally booked a day later than my trip. Showed up the day before and couldn’t cancel or move my date and they wouldn’t even check with a manager. Will not be staying at another holiday inn or using hotels for com. Zero credit and very rude.

We always stay here when visiting Prescott. Our son is a student at a campus nearby. It is 17 mins from that campus; extremely clean, friendly, great breakfasts and just a budget friendly hotel with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Nicest room we had on our trip, comfortable bed, beautiful modern glassed in shower with great water pressure. Convenient location, lots of restaurants around. Only negative might be that the location is a couple miles from the old part of historic Prescott.

Very comfortable beds/pillows and the entire property looked very modern. Staff was nice and accommodated our late arrival. Area is very safe around the hotel and traffic noise is minimal inside the room despite it being next to the road. Breakfast was served until 10am and they had a great selection with bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, milk, and yogurt, but the pancake machine was not working properly and the pancakes came out tasting weird. The next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds, well maintained room with contemporary decor. Heavy footed thumping from room above….need better sound insulation. Don’t count on those yummy cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Only available one day to earliest risers and not at all on second day of our stay.
