Best Western Prescottonian

Stayed one night. Very nice.

Clerk at the desk was alone so check in was slower than normal. When we asked for a blanket, it took a while for her to get it to us as she was very busy checking in other guests. She was pleasant in spite of how busy she was and apologized for the wait times. Even with a sign on the front door saying there were no rooms available, people still kept coming in to try to get a room. I feel there should have been more than one person at the front desk, especially since it was graduation weekend at the local university.

Website said pool was open but it was still closed. Check-in process is very slow. Even if rooms are ready, they don't let you check-in before 3 pm so there was a line of 20 people waiting to check-in at 3 pm.

Check in was late. No apologies and discounts given due to inconvenience. Seemed to be running behind on many rooms the day we checked in.

Breakfast was reasonably good, even though thawed and heated in the microwave. Kept stocked well enough for all that arrived. Sorry that the yogurt machine was out of order.
