good location. Can walk to Whiskey Row. Hotel was clean and looked to have been recently renovated. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was had to pay for parking. On top of the high room rate.

Accessible to my needs with a roll in shower with safety bars throughout the bathroom. My family enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold choices. All of the staff we met were very helpful and accommodating. Sprouts and Walgreens were walking distance from the hotel. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the Prescott area. I will be returning next year.

Rooms are good size, staff were excellent and very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. Bonus was breakfast and was quite good. Easy walking distance to Whiskey Row and convenient shopping center also. Indoor saltwater pool and a relaxing patio area with.

Hot tub was not available during our stay, but another property was offered to use their hot tub. This would be totally inconvenient .besides this the hotel was very good and the staff was tremendous. Breakfast was below average and closes too soon for guest. 10:00 am would be much better. Location is great.

Everything was great except that their EV car charger was broken. The main reason for my staying at this hotel was to use the advertised car charger. When I arrived and found out it was broken I was very disappointed.

Housekeeping on point with everything that I came across that I needed they took care of me. Rooms clean and comfortable plus good space all around. Plus on the mini bar too with a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was great and delicious. Good options for a quick morning grab. My two littles loved the pool which just got a renovation done to. Location is great. My gobto spot when I stay in Prescott.

Nice room, nice art, big TV, good hot breakfast. Pool, hot tub, computer room and other amenities. Across from the mall with Sprouts and Panda Express, etc.

Have stayed at this hotel on three different occasions with the family and it's been great every time. The indoor pool is always the highlight!

The hotel was spacious with good amenities. They had a 24 hr laundry room for guests. The spa pool was a little smaller than usual, however the temperature was perfect.

Staff was exceptional! Friendly, courteous and helpful. Location great, within walking distance to town square and restaurants. But take note, this SpringHill Inn Suit has seen a lot of use. Hallway floor very worn, elevator floor chipped and worn. Our room was as expected. Microwave and small refrigerator perfect for our needs.Shower rod was extremely rusty but curtain was new. Beds was OK, however sheets had quite a bit of use they were thin and had holes on the edges.

My room was so incredibly dirty. The carpet was gross. Things were broken and worn. And it had a smell as if it had not been deeply cleaned in a long time. This was a handicap room, which makes it even more unacceptable.

The overall experience. Was good! Our drain in the bathroom was slow to drain. I noticed more trash in the parking lot and grounds than usual.

Clean comfortable and we were able to check in early.

The room smelled like urine, later realized that dogs are allowed at this hotel. Room window view a block wall. Two small garbage canisters did not have garbage bags/liners. Breakfast was adequate.

Perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and the downtown area. Second time we have stayed there. Comfortable beds. Only flaw - lipstick on one of the water glasses and someone’s sock in a corner by the drapes.

Friendly staff. Room was clean, but bathroom sink had very slow drain. Walls are thin & could hear neighbors next to us.

The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff needs guidance and oversight. We arrived the hall smelled of skunk. Inside we found the kitchenette sink clogged and gross. We were going to call the front desk, but the phone was so filthy we went down in person. The ice bucket had grime on it. Sheets dirty, lamp dark with dust and dirt and the shower rod looked like it had never been cleaned. ] We checked out one-day early because we couldn't stand it. The front desk clerk had the assistant manager, Theresa call me. Theresa authorized a refund through Expedia.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The one thing I didn’t like was that the room was nice but the window was looking at a concrete wall which was about 6 feet from it and therefore not much natural light entered the room.

Everything was wonderful and I would give it a 5 star except the lights in my room were so dim.

We were very happy with the hotel for a 2-night getaway from Phoenix. The hotel is in a prime location and walkable to Whiskey Row. The interior design was by West Elm. Really nice. The room was extremely comfortable with high end finishes, soaps, beddings, towels, etc. The free breakfast is well worth it! Staff was pleasant and got the job done. The pool and sitting area were well maintained. I had 3 issues, hence the 4 star review. I was disappointed in Hotels.com not disclosing the $7 daily parking fee. Second, one of our mattresses was well beyond its time. It taco-ed. I let the front desk know and they sent up the team to check it out. They claimed it was brand new. The front desk said they flip and rotate quarterly. The other mattress in the room was much more firm. Pushing on the mattress to test it is a lot different than lying on it for 8+ hours of sleeping. Needless to say they offered us the option of changing rooms, but for one more night, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. I let them know again at check-out that they needed to remove the mattress in room 325. Lastly, when did high-end hotels stop servicing the rooms daily? They forgot to ask me at check-in. We ended up coming back to an untidy room. They quickly apologized and made it right. We would stay here again. The issues were not something that would dissuade me not too. Just a few things to be aware of. Nice job, team, but get rid of that mattress.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room suite was huge and perfect for our family—so much drawer space. If we weren’t just doing an overnight trip, I would have unpacked all our stuff and the kids stuff into the drawers and still had plenty of drawer space to spare. This is a must when traveling with 3 kids and large families. Two huge TVs were great, lots of sofa, desk, and kitchen space too. Bathroom was large also and we loved the separate sink outside of bathroom with good mirror lighting. We will definitely stay here again next time! It was like a 5 minute walk through tree lined streets of houses and shops to get to the courtyard square and we felt very safe walking with children in the late evening.

This was a great stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, the pool seemed to be recently redone (or just very well maintained) and was AWESOME. It's the first saltwater pool we've been in that actually felt clean - haha. Lots of options for the included breakfast - we were very happy!

Our stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we ran into was the TV. The streaming service did not work and the live TV was off by an hour, my guess due to the recent time change. The front desk did not know how to fix it. So you couldn't tell what was on because the guide was an hour off.

Amy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Helped us with a family gathering after a funeral. She needs to be recognized for service beyond her normal duties!

Although I booked the reservation, i never made it. But at a really scary moment in my life...the staff there welcomed me in from the cold. I sat by the fire in the lobby, warming me. A very kind staff member insisted i eat some breakfast...they were unbelievably weloming & caring, which helped restore my faith in people

Really unhappy that no front desk staff could be located when we checked in. Totally unacceptable that we had to spend 10+ minutes looking for them

I like the convenience of walking to town. It was clean and ready when I arrived. Parking seems to be always full so park early. Toilet ran on and off all night. I let them know this when I left.

Very nice, quiet hotel with a friendly, helpful staff and good location in town. Close to courthouse where, often, we've seen concerts. Fun strolling around the old town and whiskey row.

Lovely hotel. Smooth check-in, nice room, good ac, comfy bed. Next to a small Mall with Wallgreens, Sprouts - so very convenient. Also only 5 mins walk from Whiskey Row. Perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, The location is perfect for downtown activities. We rarely saw any cleaning staff. I prefer clean towels when I travel. The front desk clerk told us to put our dirty towels and trash out in the hallway and they would pick it up later. I think walking down a hallway with trash and dirty laundry is gross. That is not what I expect at a lovely hotel. We had to go ask for fresh towels at the front desk.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. It had a desk and chair, sofa and another upholstered chair to watch a large flat screen TV. The bathroom also deluxe and modern. The property is close to the Courthouse SQ, dining and the historic Whiskey Row.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and professional. The included breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a long time. We really enjoyed the free hot cocoa bar in the evenings.

Teresa the clerk was very nice and informative. The hotel was very quiet, the room was very clean. The bed was too soft for my wife and I, the breakfast was so so.
