We had an easy check in and all interactions with hotel staff were positive. The room was large and ver clean. The community pool table and laundry was a huge bonus. We would absolutely stay here again.

When I arrived at my room I was more than impressed! Extremely spacious with a kitchen, office area, separate bedroom and bathroom. It was like staying in a beautiful apartment. From the décor to the comfy amenities, I found myself pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There was plenty of parking around the facility and numerous entrances as well. The security feature was another nice surprise. All exterior doors were only usable with a code provided by the from desk. A nice extra security feature. A very quiet and serene stay. It was exactly what I needed for my stay in Roswell. I will only look to stay here in any of my future visits to Roswell. I highly reccommend it!!

The hotel is excellent, however there are a few things that could have made it better: 1. The bathroom smelled like cat urine, don’t ask me why… 2. The gym was excellent, however, no water, towels, and the sanitation wipes were dried up. 3. No soap or paper towels in the lobby restrooms. Tried to go to the front desk multiple times to mention these things before I posted my review, but no one was there. Many things that were exceptional: 1. The comfort level was outstanding 2. The quietest hotel you will ever stay at 3. The furnishing were excellent 4. Other than the bathroom issue, the place is very clean 5. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve been to and I enjoyed it. 6. Nice kitchen and appliances 7. Super spacious room 8. Excellent value Def will stay again.

No real amenities to speak of but it was a nice room for a good price. I was right near the front and i was able to hear everyone who started up their car in the morning. Kinda rough to sleep through on vacation but not a terrible place

This place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It has utensils for you to cook, plates to eat on, cups to drink out of. There are a couple of things that are missing that I am used to from a normal hotel. No ice bucket, no ice machine that I could find, but m fridge had ice trays, so I made my own ice. USB plug-ins were very scarce, there was only one in my room and it was in the alarm clock. This property is very large, so it was quite a long walk from my car to my room, inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker. There are no door signs asking for privacy, and there was no housekeeping while I was there. I don’t mind that, I prefer to clean my own room, and they give you tools for that too. I will definitely stay here again, the cleanliness was top-notch. And the ability to cook in my room was really great, no more expensive eating out.

Was really not sure what to expect. I booked based on reviews and cost. Sometimes low cost means low quality. Not the case here. The room was lovely. Clean, spacious. I really liked the real coffee maker and large shower. Bed was comfy, room was nice and cool ~it was 100° outside. I also liked that there was some covered parking. Overall 10/10. Inside was clean throughout. Also liked that property was fenced and gated. Staff was friendly, check in easy. Would def.stay here again.

This hotel was unnecessarily dirty! The bathroom floor was gross, the shower head was corroded, the towel bar was hanging off the wall. Easy fixes that just come across as lazy when they aren't taken care of. I would not stay here again.

It was good minus the sheets being filthy I ended up folding it and putting them in the closet for them to change. Out of the 4days of me calling the front not have they been changed once and I ended up sleeping on top of sheets I got from the store

Staff was friendly and very nice. Huge apartment for the price! Very clean. I wouldn’t recommend though for anyone with asthma or COPD. Housekeeping uses a highly scented cleaning agent - floor of lobby and unit bathroom were especially strong smelling. The smell didn’t dissipate either overnight. I’m guessing they sprayed the furniture and soft surfaces too. The place was spotlessly clean - no need to cover any odors up! I commented on this at checkout and she said she’d tell them to dilute it. I repeated that they shouldn’t use ANY scented products. I had to check out first thing in the morning instead of staying to work. When you have lung issues this isn’t a trivial issue. Such a perfect location and price too - I could have stayed much longer.

Our room was great! Very comfortable bed and room very nicely decorated and clean. The staff were very friendly & nice. We stayed 2 nights, location was ideal. Was amazed at the size. Thank you for saving my lumbar with the towel! Was a wedding party staying also and we all visited. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here! Thank You All so much!

The property was clean. The lack of communication was terrible. I asked for first floor but they said they were cleaning the rooms. I was put on the second floor. The hotel seemed empty so I couldn’t understand why I could not get the room I asked for. They have kitchens which is great and I cooked everyday. I got a complaint say I was being loud and possibly had children running around. It was me and my husband and when you walk and moved around you could hear us. They have bare floors. And we are heavy individuals. So with that being said I felt uncomfortable. Their ice machine wasn’t working, but eventually did but did not make me aware.

I would stay here again. Don’t judge the property from the outside. Some part may be under revocations because it does not look impressive from the outside. But inside is great. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby, hallways and rooms have been remodeled somewhat recently. There was a little noise from other rooms next to and above my room, but it was barely more than you would expect from any hotel. Overall it was a great value for the price.

Staff accommodated my request for the 1st floor as I had a lot of stuff to bring in from a long road trip. I appreciate having a kitchen with some pans and dishes. There’s a stove which I didn’t use but nice if I did need to cook! The room looks like it’s newly renovated. The windows are double shaded with blackout blinds and screens so you could let natural light in during the day. No dusty curtains! There are also plenty of electrical outlets and enough lights for a bright room at night, as oppose to hotels that have dim lamps in corners of the room and you can’t see inside your luggage. The 2 things they could improve on is 1) cleaning of the floors (and inside the fridge) which was not well mopped as what looks like melted popsicles inside the freezer dripping down into the fridge and on to the floor. (I also don’t understand inconsiderate travelers who don’t clean after themselves!) and 2) fix the heating/cooling unit that is so loud…not humming but churning and running like an engine. Overall it was a comfortable overnight stay one I turned off the air conditioning.

This was so roomy and comfortable. Separate bedroom. Was like a small 1 bedroom apartment. Loved the lighting, most hotel lighting is dim especially in bathrooms but not this hotel. It was so nice to have the bright lights. Great location and friendly staff. Would be really good for a longer stay. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Unbelievable value! Clean, secure- brightly lit parking and tastefully decorated and quiet. Was upgraded upon arrival as the property owner insisted though I said we'd leave early and just needed to sleep. Here I had a suite just like the picture, fully equipped kitchen, living area etc! I haven't stayed anywhere else in town but this may be the reason the saucer was trying to land there ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B & J! Quick and easy check in. Greeted by a friendly staff member who walked us to our room and showed the features that were available. Room was huge and had a full kitchen, living room with desk, sofa, chairs, tables and lamps. The bedroom was large with a chair, dresser, night stands and with lamps and an extra bonus of individual reading lights at each side of the bed. Bathroom was good size and had plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and dark thanks to the extra layer of rolling blinds. There was a large TV in the living room and a good sized one in the bedroom. Everything was spotless. This will be our new go to place when traveling between Arizona and Texas. Bonus was the large selection restaurants close by. Can’t beat the price for quality of stay!

Newly remolded. Low-key new best spot in town. Make sure to get there early otherwise it's hard to contact the staff. They locked doors at 9pm even though it's stated to be a 24hr front desk.

We arrived late in the evening yet still were escorted to our room and given a personal orientation of our hotel apartment. Great service! The property is very nice, and photos are current and reliable. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to share with our adult son and DIL. It was our home base for two nights as we explored Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell. Tips: 1) In-room Keurig, so bring you favorite pods. 2)Full kitchen with dishes for four so we saved some money eating out. 3) GPS will probably take you to 2801 N. Pennsylvania so keep going one block west and enter at 2801 N. Kentucky.

Don't let the outside fool you. I was very skeptical when I first pulled in but the inside is been redone very very well. Staff was super nice, security gate closes at night. This was an excellent place to stay especially at that price. I would definitely stay again if I ever came out this way

The staff and hotel surpassed all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and went above to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel was very clean and had a very fresh smell to it. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room for us. The bed was very soft very comfortable and we had a good nights rest. The hotel was very clean and had a very fresh smell to it. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room for us. The bed was very soft very comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Could never find staff when needed, had to spam call the hotel at 10:30pm cause they locked the lobby doors and I was stuck outside with my 9 month old baby in 35 degree weather, other than that the property was beautiful and well kept up with

We were looking for a one night stay in Roswell and are so glad we stayed here! The staff was beyond courteous, and the owner Ram was present to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was definitely worth the price and we will stay here again when in Roswell! God bless this business!

This was a great deal! For how much I paid I expected very little, but got a beautiful studio apartment in a beautiful building, in a quiet part of town! Everything was great! The room was super clean, staff was super friendly, building was obscure (as in no advertising out front, looks like an apartment complex, but is actually a hotel) but had no problem finding with maps app. If I’m ever back I’d stay here again.

Our room was great! Very comfortable bed and room very nicely decorated and clean. The staff were very friendly & nice. We stayed 2 nights, location was ideal. Was amazed at the size. This property is an old property but it has been renovated in the inside. It’s very clean and bright. I was skeptical when I pulled to the parking lot but I’m glad i booked here. It’s a great spot in this town.

We arrived late in the evening yet still were escorted to our room and given a personal orientation of our hotel apartment. Great service! The property is very nice, and photos are current and reliable. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to share with our adult son and DIL. It was our home base for two nights as we explored Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell. Tips: 1) In-room Keurig, so bring you favorite pods. 2)Full kitchen with dishes for four so we saved some money eating out. 3) GPS will probably take you to 2801 N. Pennsylvania so keep going one block west and enter at 2801 N. Kentucky.

We booked the hotel expecting it to be nice as the pictures and GPS view looked very nice. However upon our arrival we soon realized that the hotel went far above and beyond our already high expectations. For under $100/night we got a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen with most things we needed to cook on our stay. We made a substantial dinner with left overs and all we were missing was a sauce pan (which we improvised and were able to use a bowl in the microwave as a replacement). Inside, the hotel beams with luxury and simplicity as soon as you enter the doors. Outside it is simple yet elegant with the entrance archway, simple garden, and multiple shade trees. Despite being over 80° outside, our car was not hot in any of the spaces we used due simply to the abundance of shade. With a walk in closet plus a small closet in the room, even if we brought half of our clothes we would not be able to fill them both. Simply amazing for the price, the area, and the luxury. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome host/owner and great, peaceful quiet stay. Thiis was built for Corporate Housing and had the feel of an apartment at a hotel price. Great value. No morning breakfast or coffee, but didn't miss and would gladly trade for the wonderful environment.

It was very accessible, nice people, clean rooms, great security. The only thing that would make it better is to have a central breakfast area where they serve at least some kind of breakfast.i believe it was the most quiet place Ive ever stayed in and they have more security screens than any place Ive ever seen.

This place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It has utensils for you to cook, plates to eat on, cups to drink out of. There are a couple of things that are missing that I am used to from a normal hotel. No ice bucket, no ice machine that I could find, but m fridge had ice trays, so I made my own ice. USB plug-ins were very scarce, there was only one in my room and it was in the alarm clock. This property is very large, so it was quite a long walk from my car to my room, inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker. There are no door signs asking for privacy, and there was no housekeeping while I was there. I don’t mind that, I prefer to clean my own room, and they give you tools for that too. I will definitely stay here again, the cleanliness was top-notch. And the ability to cook in my room was really great, no more expensive eating out.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed in a studio. It was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was nice. I really appreciated the fresh fruit! The hotel also has a laundry room where you could do your laundry for free! The bathroom could have used some attention. When we arrived, a used body towel was still hanging on the towel bar, and a used bar of soap was still in the shower. I spoke to the staff. I assume the cleaners just missed the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B & J! Quick and easy check in. Greeted by a friendly staff member who walked us to our room and showed the features that were available. Room was huge and had a full kitchen, living room with desk, sofa, chairs, tables and lamps. The bedroom was large with a chair, dresser, night stands and with lamps and an extra bonus of individual reading lights at each side of the bed. Bathroom was good size and had plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and dark thanks to the extra layer of rolling blinds. There was a large TV in the living room and a good sized one in the bedroom. Everything was spotless. This will be our new go to place when traveling between Arizona and Texas. Bonus was the large selection restaurants close by. Can’t beat the price for quality of stay!

Used to be a Retirement Home. Rooms are HUGE! We had two bedroom with king beds each with their own bathroom. Very large living room area with fully stocked kitchen. Staff was wonderful. Even walked us to our room! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern and brand new! They are also the size of a small apartment with a living room, kitchen, giant walk-in closet, pristine bathroom and bedroom. I needed to do laundry and the owner gave me detergent for free and told me that he doesn’t charge guests for laundry. The hotel is located in a very safe area of town across from a school and near a hospital. I will stay here again if we go through Roswell.
