I requested a downstairs room and was accommodated. The property is not new but it is well maintained. The pool was in good condition, ice machine worked etc.. The reception person was friendly and prompt. There was plenty of parking and the location was good with lots of dining options near by.

For the price it’s great. Conveniently located near main Roswell. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The rooms are basic. The pictures online make it seem nicer but it’s obviously a converted motel. The rooms are dark and dreary, but they obviously renovated and try to liven up with decor. The bathtubs are due for a remodel. My hairdryer wasn’t working. But overall for the price and location it’s good. Plenty of parking but the stairs to the rooms are in disrepair and a bit scary and unstable.

Great location for all that Roswell offers. Lots of parking and clean rooms. However, lots of "travel" workers stay here, so big work vans in lot. And the free breakfast, although fair, ran out all three days we were here. Had to let front desk know, and they would replenish, but no one on staff seems to monitor. Even ran out of coffee. Appliances in room are old; the microwave is a dial one. Staff, especially Martha, was really helpful and nice, but management needs to handle proper number of staffing. Wi-fi only worked partially on one day, then no wi-fi. Place is run down, especially stairs. Not gonna stay here again.

This hotel basically did everything we needed it to. It had wi-fi. It had a pool. It was walking distance to all of the fun things that Roswell had to offer which was not very much because Roswell is such a sleepy town. But we knew that going into it. But the hotel met the expectations. No complaints here

Our check in with Martha was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. Our room was average. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Decent amenities, coffee maker, conditioning shampoo, body wash, microwave, fridge, outdoor swimming pool, and free breakfast (we did not get). The age of the property shows - paint peeling in the bathroom, microwave slightly yellowing, thin towels. The stairs that go to the second floor were terrible! Warped and slightly challenging footing. But, it was fine for our one night stop. Our biggest complaint was the clientele around our room. Construction workers??They were loud, blasting music, smoking out on the main balcony. We had to call the front desk to complain about loud music booming into our room from next door. With that said, the Martha handled it professionally. It is about a mile away from the UFO museum and with walking distance of some restaurants. The front desk provided us with a map and history of the area. I’m not sure if I would stay again, solely based on the clientele it attracts and the noise that came with them. But, everything else made it a pleasant experience.

Everything was fine. The only problem was the internet wasn't working. The people at the front desk were trying to give my husband clues as to how to log in but the bottom line was IT DIDN'T WORK so we gave up. Don't advertise free internet if it doesn't work!!!

You get what you pay for.. Check in was pleasant. Room was comfortable enough but dirty and in need of some TLC. Beds had stains or something on the sheets, couple towels were dirty so they didn't get used. Ended up sleeping on top of comforters using our own pillows/blankets. Conveniently located within Roswell and pool open late was a plus. If you'd rather not sleep in your vehicle then this place would be sufficient enough.

Very clean!!! The front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating. I went at different times so I had various front desk employees- all were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

The floors were dirty, and had not been cleaned especially in the corners and edges. I didnt want to take my shoes off. The pillow cases were stained with old makeup. The room in general had a weird smell.

Walked into our room and had to scoop 1 dead cockroach and 1 live cockroach off the floor and put them outside. I understand these things happen because roaches are in the area.... but a bit off putting when that's the first thing you see when you open the door. It also seemed as if one of the P traps had dried out because the smell of sewage in the bathroom was pretty bad, as well as the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. I would stay here again in a pinch, but not with my family with me.

There was hair in the shower and on the floor throughout the place. I always take disinfectant wipes to clean and it was not clean. Thankfully the bed sheets looked clean.

The floors in these rooms have not been cleaned. My grandkids feet were black five minutes after the shower. The lock on our hotel door was broken so we make a makeshift lock to feel safe. Bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been. Pool area was clean but nothing great.

We checked in and needed to change rooms because the first was not clean (floors, toilet and counters). The second room was better, but the floors were still really bad. I’m used to these types of motels. We stayed at 8 different ones on my road trip, but this is the only one that was bad. Older and clean are great. Older, run down and dirty - no bueno.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean but i really think they need to get rid of the doors in the rooms that connect them. The people staying in the room next to me tried several times to open the door on my side. It even woke me up at 3am, when they were trying again.

The rooms were updated, tidy, and clean!! There is quite a bit of traffic noise since it’s close to the main road, however the rooms were really nice and the staff really takes pride in keeping the property clean! The outside hasn’t been updated so I was a little concerned about the rooms. Boy, what a happy surprise on the inside! Great price, great room, great staff!

Rooms are decent however the location is very loud from the nearby main road. Also the air conditioning in the room is incredibly loud when cycling on and off If you are a light sleeper. This is not the place for you

The front desk staff were very helpful. They helped us call for an independent taxi driver when Lyft had no available drivers. They got their maintenance team to fix problems in the room very quickly. The FOC breakfast’s fried eggs had cheese folded into the eggs. This is better than the breakfast eggs at other motel chains. Good location, near the town centre. There’s a restaurant/pub, Farley’s, just across the road, serving very tasty and reasonably priced food & drinks.

My husband forgot his phone in our room. The motel phoned us to let us know the cleaning person found it. Monica, the person at the motel who was in charge helped us work through whatever was needed to get our phone picked up by UPS. She was very kind and helpful. She put the phone in a box and added a label we had emailed to the motel. She went the extra mile to be helpful. The room was nice and clean. I loved the sheets! They were the nicest I have ever slept in!

Martha at the front desk was an absolute angel and helped us find good spots to eat and see! The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed after a long road trip. The location is excellent and if we are ever in Roswell again we’ll be sure to stay here :)

Great location, opposite Farleys bar/restaurant and in walking distance of UFO McDonald's and gift shops. Super friendly staff, especially Martha on reception who gave us some great information about the area. Large comfortable room, nice pool area, lots of parking. Only downside was the noise, our room was near the main road, would recommend requesting a room away from the road, near the pool area, for a quieter experience. That said I would stay here again and would recommend.

Great place to stay ion Rosewell. there is a StarBs right across the street and there are several places close by to eat. Downtown is only 5 minutes from the hotel.

This a nice property, just traveling thought. The breakfast was ok, but got in just after 7am and the eggs were empty and when advised the response will have some later. never did see any more eggs put out . other than that good stay

The room and floor looked clean but when I took off my socks my soles were grey. Definitely need a better wet mop. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean. The breakfast was okay, definitely filling. Don’t be late; it ends around 9:00 AM. Also a good price.

I stay here on a regular basis and have reviewed this hotel multiple times now. The people are very nice, the beds are very soft, the room is very clean, there’s free parking and free breakfast. I consistently complain that there are no more cheese omelettes, potatoes, biscuits, and sausage, gravy, donuts and muffins, but apparently, Days Inn does not require them to have it. I really do like the kiwi strawberry water and the pancake machine.
