Front desk young lady was very nice. We are older folks it was very hard to go up and down stairs this place has no elevator . They are remodeling this place we would not have booked if we were told that . Had grandkids with us that were look forward to swimming and the pool was closed due to the remodel. The room was not complete one TV not installed setting in floor . Hole in ceiling to electrical out let . Beds were very hard . Bottom line they should let people know these things .

The room was clean and well maintained. It didn’t feel dated or old at all which always brings a level of comfort and safety to the stay. The breakfast was an added value and the staff was very kind even if we didn’t speak more than a couple times. We didn’t have any issues with our stay except for the fact that they didn’t have an elevator. We brought our newborn and had our hands full with extra stuff with that so it was somewhat an inconvenience having to use stairs when every place I’ve stayed in the last 15+ years has had an elevator if the establishment had more than one floor. Still, we would definitely stay here again and we got a great rate for the night. Overall it was an awesome value and experience!

I booked this because the website said hot tub, but there was no hot tub. It is an older hotel and it shows. It looks like tgey oainted or coated over tye tub and it was peeling off. Breakfast was ok and the service was good, friendly staff. Disappointed about the hot tub though.

Pictures need to be updated since the hot tub isn't there anymore. Which was disappointing. Was hoping for something hot to eat for breakfast. I can't eat gluten so the pancakes were not an option.

We book hotels for pools as we have young children- so super disappointing for all of us to discover that the pool was closed. Additionally, the AC barely cooled the room.

Previous tenants items were in the refrigerator. Bathroom electrical outlet loose. Toilet seat broken and toilet not working properly. Pool extremely cloudy. Dirty. Got room pretty cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was very nice.

This hotel was wonderful, except for one thing: why would Quality Inn build a new two-story building (this is a new building) without installing an elevator for customers and staff? Who wants to drag suitcases or linen carts up and down a flight of stairs? The staff were wonderful - very competent, hardworking and sweet. It was a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom.

This hotel was NOT what was advertised. Said it had indoor and outdoor pool but only indoor. No elevator and water stains everywhere. Way outdated and not worth the money.

The stay itself was fine but the cleanliness of the hotel room was horrendous! went to shower my kids after checking in and there was enough hair in the tub and on the walls to make a wig out of! huge chucks all over the place and the air conditioner didn’t work the greatest the room stayed at 75 but I would not recommend staying there!

Our room smelled funny and we found empty plastic bottles between the bed and far wall when we entered the room. A press on finger nail was stuck in the carpet in front of the tv in the walk way.

It was mediocre. Room was sub par. Old and the fact that the curtains were stained and linens were 1970. There was leftover pizza with mold in the mini fridge left from the previous renter. It was more reminiscent of a 59 to 69$ room. Not a 120$

We had a problem checking in. Trying to sleep and noisy children jumping on floor above us until 11 pm. I called the front desk, clerk said she would take care of it. 12 pm still kids thumping and jumping upstairs. Bed was not made properly and top sheets dirty

My husband and I both suffer from back problems. The bed was so bard he slept on the chair and I slept on the bed with one of our memory pillows on my back. This bed was so hard and uncomfortable I won't stay here anymore!

The room looked clean, the pool was nice, the condition of the building good be better. The hot and cold water in the shower was backwards, the tub looked like it had seen better days, the wallpaper is ugly. The microwave should be on the counter, it got very hot in the cabinet. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. It’s a reasonable price for what it is.

The front desk attendant was so sweet and funny. When we walked in it the facility smelt so clean. Good variety at breakfast, and all staff I came in contact with were friendly. The only thing that would have been nice, is if the AC was on in the room. I walked in and it was so hot, and took a while for the AC to cool down the room. Also, there is a sign on the AC unit stating that the AC was controlled by the thermostat on the wall, but there actually was no thermostat on the wall. I was a little frustrated looking for it, and when I called the front desk attendant, she was not sure if there was one or not.

Elizabeth at the front desk was polite and and always had. The coffee ready at 4:00 am.we appreciate her extra effort in accommodating us as we would leave by 5 am.great stay!

Pros first: For the price it was totally worth it. Bed was okay, nothing spectacular. Room had air freshener and smelled clean. Room was cleaned. It was quiet and felt safe. Cons: Breakfast was a huge bust. The young lady wasn’t stocking thing like food…that people would eat as a meal. She was stocking sweet n low and dry pockets for minimum 30 minutes. Trash was over flowing onto the breakfast counter. There was hair in bath tub.

Hotel was nice, only downfall was there is only one washer and one dryer for everyone to use and share. On top of that the washer was broke with old smelly water and no out of order sign. The breakfast was very good as well.
