Room 313, a/c doesn't work and the bath tub was not cleaned properly, there was so much hair in the drain that it made the tub fill up with water. Super disgusting. The towels/bed sheets were stained(almost like someone just used the bed with dirty feet). The room smelt like animal urine. They need to upgrade the floors to hard floors.

The property seemed nice, but the bed linens were dirty. There was an obvious brown stain on one of the bedspreads. My daughter used her own blanket that she bought instead.

Arrived at 3 pm & outside trash can overflowing onto ground. Noticed the front desk girls 3-5 yr old child sitting on paper reams watching tv on a phone while checking in. Room location was great, 1st floor next to side entrance, cause have dog & hubbie smokes so bonus. Pool was full till bout 9 ish but water was grey in pool & hot tub. After dinner 9 ish child was still sitting behind counter in corner on paper reams. Lobby was empty & she's a calm child so sit her at a table or couch if she had to be there. Found rotting whole apple on towel rack & cheese blob in dirty microwave after putting glasses on. Elevators said out of service glad on 1st floor. Last time here on 2 nd floor & they kept going out & im in a wheelchair so got stuck staying in room after staff left. Cleaning staff gave hubbie ugly looks till he told them he was in room 128 & said okay then when he went to get coffee in morn after pushing their carts out the way as they stood there eating @ 8:30 am. Breakfast was chorizo & eggs same as both days of our last stay here. Checked out at 10:45 & 4 cleaning staff sitting out front smoking with same trash can overflowing same trash plus another pile on the ground cleaning staff enjoyed their break. No late checkouts cause they reached max amount & wanted $30 an hour extra. Management changed a week before our last stay here but old staff still there & they made it bearable. They're gone it's filthy in lobby, rooms dirty & wont be back there former fave

Upon arrival, the place was filthy. Hall carpet had stains and bleach marks. We were on the second floor and the over look area was dirty. The hall carpet was not vacuumed the entire time we were there. Our room: the carpet looked dirty, the bed side table had chewing gum sitting on it, also the phone wire was broke. At first we couldn’t find the remote any where, ask front desk for one, she did say she had one but I needed to come get it. (She looked like a single mom who brought her 2 year old to work) I understand it is hard as a single mom but, when I went down to get the remote there was someone checking in and her daughter was sitting in a crib throwing key cards all over the floor by the hand fulls. The building was non smoking but, workers stood right outside the door and smoked. We had to walk in it every time we walked in or out of the hotel, as well as it drifted into the lobby.
