The room was very spacious and clean. The rug in the hallway and the stairs were very dirty though. At the time of our stay, both the ice machine and laundry facilities were out of order. the location of the hotel was good

The room was spacious and well-maintained. I really appreciated the fitness center, it wasn’t huge but had all the equipment I needed for a solid workout. Breakfast was okay. The location was also convenient with restaurants nearby. I would definitely return on my next trip.

I absolutely love this hotel my husband and i go there twice a month for our little getaway great staff and indoor pool plus hot tub along with a continental breakfast even laudry facilities i recommended Cash Rewards Inn ☆☆☆☆☆

Property wasn't called cash and rewards but rather beymont the sign in front did not match the building itself. pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance the entire time. the staff was polite and helpful. the area around it was kept clean. hotel room was clean and well cared for however there was issues with key card initially. overall a good experience

The rooms are gross, they have clutter everywhere, nothing is clean, and the breakfast options are cereal, coffee, and bananas.

We had to pack up and leave at 2 am due to bed bugs. I waited in the car while my husband checked out and a man who claimed to live at the hotel approached me and became aggressive and scary. He wouldn’t walk away when I asked him to and I had to lock myself in my car until my husband came out. The receptionist was told and her reply was that she already knew because he was doing the same to her all night. This place is not safe and has bedbugs. Do not stay here!!!!

Room was big. A/c worked and king size bed would have been fine IF i hadnt been bitten by bed bugs over 20 times while I slept. We found 2 of them and killed them after i woke up but will not return. Room was 315 btw and they offered no refund or anything beyond a sorry.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Spotless lobby and squeaky clean room. Beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a very clean room and hotel. I was facing main street and i didn't hear a thing nor was woken up by morning sunlight. I will be staying here on return trips for sure!

Inside room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. Walls were dirty, dust on many surfaces, mirror dirty. Door to room wouldn't close without lifting it a bit, toilet seat not screwed in tightly. Interior walls in common areas were very dirty. The whole place was run down and dirty.

Given the outward appearance of the place, the room was surprisingly nice, spacious, & clean. This was the nicest room I had in a string of 5 "less costly" rooms on a road trip. If they would clean up the halls & exterior, it would be a great place - I could see families settling in for a couple days, easily. It seems like they were in mid-remodel, but even so. The discarded bed & mattress propped against the wall for the 2 days I was there, the piles of construction debris outside the main entrance - plus the poor condition of the hallway carpets made every trip from the parking lot to the room less than optimal. Everywhere but the room was just what you'd expect for the cheapest price in town. My room faced the main street through town, so a little street noise, but not too bad. The large fridge was nice (again - families on a budget would appreciate it). The quality of the room was an unexpected bonus.

Second time that we have stayed here and both times they didn’t have our room ready. Beds were horrible, not comfortable. Linen was very thin, no blanket to speak of, there were three of us, and we were only 2 sets of bath towels/cloths/ hand towels. Lighting in the room was not good at all, there was a coffee pot but now coffee or creamer, sugar or anything. The ac was not working well

The room was great and comfortable. Staf were incredibly welcoming and professional. Great location with easy access to nearby places. Everything worked perfectly, including Wi-Fi and AC. I’d definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

The room was great, the beds were comfortable, no coffee pot or cups, the toilet was plugged up more than once. Bathroom sink no hot water, ironing board has no pad. Remodeling going on, but still...

Excellent hotel for the cost. It was amazing how affordable it was. Lots of amenities, huge fridge in a room. Ironing board and iron. King bed was very comfortable. Had blackout curtains that actually blocked all of the light. Plenty of room inside to move about as well.

Paint peeling on cabinets. A pint of paint and 20 minutes of touchup would all that would be needed. I don't think anyone has cleaned behind the bathroom door in years. Not very professional desk clerks. I think the one clerk wore the same t-shirt four days in a row. T-shirt to greet guests? Come on. You can do better than that.

One of the worst stays and we come to Roswell every year being vendors for the fair The manager made us feel unwelcome, followed us around the property, literally running up the stairs as we got into the elevator, watching us in the pool making it awkward, The beds didn't look so clean There are a few bugs in the room Someone came in our room while we were out and had used the bathroom and didn't flush it They locked us out of our room when we went to get breakfast mind you all of our belongings are still in the room and we weren't dressed only in pjs still The water was off when we check in and we weren't notified or anything had to discover on our own It came back on some point before we got back The manager and other men with him watch you if you are in a group of all females and kids No other guest of the hotel seemed to be treated like this I don't know if it was because we are of color or because of our group we are LGBT+ but we felt treated completely different and singled out and not welcome and disrespected I would not recommend even on a budget

This particular hotel is going through a transition from a well known chain to an independent owner. The owner has no idea on how to run a hotel. There’s no system in place to keep track of available rooms. I checked in around 7:30 pm and around 3:30 am someone came into my room. Thankfully I had the security lock and they couldn’t get in. Who ever checked that person into my room had no idea I was there. That’s not safe at all. Never have I had that experience before in any of the hotels I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there after that and wouldn’t return to that hotel.

When we arrived we went straight to the room assigned to us. At first glance it was average. Then I opened the fridge and it smelled like something crawled up in there and died. The freezer had black mold growing in it. The sink had a dirty sponge and dead bugs and trash sitting in the drain catcher. To top it off, the AC was blowing hot air dispite it being set to 68 cool. The hallway to the room was humid and stinky. We decided to stay else where and asked for our money back and was given attitude. The guy got the manager and after he said that was fine we went to get our bags out of the room and he knocked on the door telling us he needs to inspect the room. He took one look at a hand towel that was used to wash my husbands hands and said he can’t re rent out this room like this so he has to charge us the first nights fees. He didn’t even check what we said was wrong with the room. Needless to say we still haven’t gotten our money back, and it’s been a week.

Staff had a party next to my room, there was cigarette butts in my room( non smoking hotel) I could smell the drunk staff smoking too. My room had a clogged tub and this was second disgusting room they moved me to that night. I come to Roswell every month and this hotel treated me horribly.

Although it is obvious that there is remodeling going on, my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having two restaurants right next door was very convenient after driving all day. Front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The price was surprisingly low!

The hotel is centrally located. It's close to shopping and has an Applebee's and IHOP across the street. It is a wonderful hotel. It's very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast served in the lobby of huge muffins, donuts, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, ect. The room was well stocked and smelled so clean. Everything was crisp and in top top shape. There is an apartment sized refrigerator and cable with all the movie channels! Overall this stay was a 10 out of 10!

Its close to everything you need: dinner, shopping, sightseeing. Check in as quick. Breakfast is included.

Was much cleaner when it was a Baymont. Cigarette butts and filth in the elevator door track and elevator floor was nasty. Room and hallways didn’t smell as clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was great!! Only one lamp in the whole room worked even after plugging them in. The night receptionist was friend key. The day manager, NOT so much…. Breakfast was only black coffee and grocery store donuts.The waffle batter dispenser did not have a jug of batter in it. Cereal and syrup was all over the counter and there was very little milk left in the gallon jug. Indoor pool and hot tub closed.

We came to Roswell to be with a friend that was having surgery, so we needed a good place to stay for the value, and that is what we got at this hotel. The bed was large, clean and smelled nice with great pillows and very comfortable. The hotel was sandwiched between an Applebees, Dennys and IHOP so no problem with finding food. The TV, Internet and plumbing all worked just fine. For the money I would definitely stay here again. It was not high-end, and was not low-end. Just somewhere in-between. We had no safety issues and this hotel was popular with blue collar workers. You will not find coffee in the room, but the coffee at the continental breakfast was very good. The continental breakfast was not impressive, with only cereal and muffins. The juice machine was broken but again, the coffee was really good. As for the room, the only thing that needs repair was the toilet paper holder and I am not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms although the carpet appeared to be clean and well vacuumed. I would not swim in their pool. The staff were exceptional, always available and very friendly. You usually get what you pay for and I believe we got a little more. This was a great value and as stated earlier, I would stay here again.

Room smelled amazing! Sadly there was Debris in the room, I’m sure was over looked when cleaning! Also beds were comfortable. The shower curtain was a tad too short and created a mess in the bathroom when showering. The toilet handle was a bit wonky as well! The breakfast was nothing special but there was hot coffee and fresh fruit which was nice! There was just doughnuts served as breakfast. Didn’t try out the pool. The lobby was clean and kept. Check in was easy!

Price was fantastic. Room was decent. Carpets were stained. Room was clean though. Breakfast was lackluster. Room was very hot when arriving. Took a long time to cool down.
