Stayed 1 night

Picked it b/c of the pool and hot tub for the kid. Initial impression was good; lobby was clean and well decorated. Got checked in w/out issue and went to the room. Beds were made up, floors looked clean and smelled clean. Walked into the bathroom and it was either used by someone after the room was prepped or it was missed-hair in the shower, no soap/shampoo, and used towels hanging from the rod. Plus the tub had rust marks all around the drain. Asked if we could be moved to a different room (since the place seemed pretty empty) and moved to another room. Seemed clean and bathroom appeared clean and stocked. Later found out the shower doors leaked and flooded the bathroom. Despite reservations for 3, only enough towels and soap for 2 people. Asked for towels for the pool; wouldn't just hand them to me but had to come to the pool and hand them to us. Very weird. Pool was cold and didn't seem to be working but we had fun and haven't died of anything yet. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was best part of the stay-hot & cold items, coffee was good and everything was clean and stocked. Place probably was great once and sure has potential but I wouldn't go back.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Upon entering the hotel you could smell a foul odor. There was a big stain on the floor hallway in front of the room where I was staying.which made the hallway look dirty.

Stayed 3 nights

One of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed at in this country. A major event was being held in this town during our stay and there was no vacancy at any other hotel otherwise I would have switched hotels. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smell strongly of deep set cigarette smoke. I went to the store to get air fresheners. The carpet and bathroom floors were stained, grimy, and sticky. The bathroom door was sticky and water spotted, The bathtub looked as though it had been repainted long ago and the paint was peeled off in 6 - 8 inch patches in several places. All water fixtures were crusty with built up mineral deposits. The sink stopper was missing The stopper pull was broken. Upholstered furniture was stained, grimy, and well-worn. The desk looked like it had been in a battle. The lighting was dim because the bedside light fixtures were made for two light bulbs but only had one. The light fixture in the kitchenette was missing a light bulb. The window curtains were partially detached. Each night of our stay were awakened in the wee hours to a fowl septic smell leaching into our room necessitating us get out of bed to spray air freshener. This room should never have been opened for occupancy. We were charged $233/nt and now the same room is advertised for $56/nt. Clearly they took advantage of the shortage of hotel vacancy during the special event to gouge their patrons. Don't stay here!

Stayed 3 nights

The room was terrible. Not clean at all when we arrived. First day after checking in we had used towels on floor for maid to pick up and leave us new. We left tv on when we left just to see if she showed. Came back and tv off, towels still on floor, two used hand towels taken from bathroom, one used bath towel taken, bath mat taken but no new clean items left at all. We were left with one wet used towel and one used washcloth. phones did not work in rooms so you have to walk down to front desk if you need something because you can’t call. Third night there was a strong sewage smell coming out of ac vents. At 1am We found out next morning that our friends left at 2am due to the awful smell and there were others out in the hallway because it was so bad in rooms. It looked like we had 3 blood stains on carpet (they looked fresh) among other trash and Bobby pins laying on nightstand. It was disgusting and Clarion should be embarrassed to have their name on this location will never stay there again
