Property was nice. Rye Restaurant is great. Staff at both were very helpful. I was suprised Rye was not open for breakfast. The Spa is still closed. Also part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the fireplace in the room but the way the room is situated, you could not see/enjoy it (at the very foot of the bed).

It's a wonderful hotel. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, a well equipped gym, and right on the main street, so easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The only thing that I wish they had was electric vehicle charging stations in the parking garage.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The spa on the property is not operating. I received an email during my stay that the spa has ceased operations and they’re trying to find a new tenant. Also the 24h hot tub is broken due to a pipe breaking.

Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast.

We have stayed at the Copperleaf on multiple occasions and it does not disappoint. Bed is comfy, room is clean and staff is friendly. Perfect place to stay when in Appleton because walking distance for downtown.

The Copperleaf Hotel was in a good location to several restaurants and has it's own very good restaurant in the hotel. Our room was clean and the staff at the front desk and in the hotel restaurant were a pleasure. There was however a problem with the bathroom. It seemed clean but there was a powerful smell that we noticed when the door was closed for a long period. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from but think that it must be from mold in the shower area. We mentioned it at the front desk when we were checking out. The staff member there apologized and said that she would deduct something from our bill to make up for that experience, however, that was not done. The price of the room, the fact that the mold was not new, and the lack of any recompense, makes me reluctant to stay there again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the rest of the hotel. It was quiet and the on-site restaurant was very good. It’s a short walk to a lot of stuff too (PAC, restaurants, comedy…) Would definitely recommend

Below average experience. Bed was worn out (sunken in middle). Room was very small — this was partially our fault; we should have opted for a suite, but the room was still quite tiny. Loud HVAC with extreme temperature swings. Poor sound isolation — we were woken up multiple times by people stomping up and down the hallways and slamming doors after bar close. Granted, that’s the weekend on College Avenue, but would have been nice to have better soundproofing. Again, maybe location of suites makes this better. Parking is a bit of a pain. However, property is very clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant and bar are convenient and other options are a short walk away. I would probably try a suite next time but if that doesn’t address these issues, wouldn’t be back.

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Appleton. The room was small, but immaculate and very cozy. Loved the fireplace! Would highly recommend!

Don’t stay there on Sunday. Restaurant and bar are closed, as is a lot of Appleton. Room is dark, and lighting only helps marginally. Don’t expect breakfast, either. Parking is less than ideal, although doable.

This hotel was incredible. We stayed in a King Suite with jetted tub. The rooms were immaculately clean and smelled even cleaner. The bathroom was great. Very roomy shower with real shampoo and conditioner and an amazing body wash. The faux fireplace was perfect.

Hotel was in a great location. Unfortunately, our room was on first floor, which looked directly out onto the street so we had to keep our blinds completely closed at all times. Additionally, the shower from the room above was extremely loud and woke us up.

Everything was great. Has a late check in after a Packer game. Clean, well lit, quiet and excellent service from Martin at the front desk. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Explained to the General Manager Eugene, that we missed flight due to covid related affects and had no other way of getting from WA to Wisconsin. Charged us for the full stay and did not allow for any leniency, based on their booking policy. Unreasonable and dirty business.

I made a reservation the evening before my anticipated stay. My plans changed and I wanted to change my dates. Because I had made a reservation that could only be changed or cancelled 24 hours b4 my stay (it was booked less than that) the hotel needed to waive the cost so I could rebook. They refused. I’ve never had a hotel do that. I won’t book here again. I hope the one night’s fee was worth the many future nights they won’t get.

Very convenient location to Fox Cities PAC. Very clean, quiet hotel with super comfortable bed and very nicely furnished room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a great hotel overall!

Great location. Very nice staff. The beds were very comfy. Fees for early checkins were a negative when there were plenty of open rooms. However, did appreciate that they will book you an Uber from the airport since they don’t have a shuttle. That was very nice. Restaurant and bar were very nice, just wish they had brunch on Sundays!

Stayed one night with hubby for Valentine’s Day! The room was small but comfy, bathrobes were a plus, shower pressure was good, and Starbucks coffee in the room was a nice amenity. The bed and pillows were super comfy. We would stay again. The Rye Restaurant and bar was amazing!

This would have been a 5 Star but for one thing: none of the amenities advertised, and for which we chose this hotel over a national chain, were open on Sunday. We couldn’t even order room service. There was no gift shop or vending. No restaurant. No spa services. The hotel was clean and well kept, but if you are needing amenities on a Sunday choose another hotel.
