Check in was courteous. Have to pay ten dollars for parking which is insane. Breakfast you have to pay for. 15.95 buffet for breakfast and 16.95 for dinner buffet.

Nice location, big room , layout of hotel made it wasy to find room . The tub/shower was kind of beat up for a hotel in this price range. There was a large kid birthday party at the pool which shouldnt happen. Paying guests as myself didnt get to swim because of the party. Im sure few of the people at the party were paid guests. The pool was part of the reason why I booked here.

This is a very nice, beautiful, & clean hotel. The rooms are spacious. The beds were kind of hard so if you like a firm mattress they are for you. (I prefer softer.) It does not have a continental breakfast, but a breakfast is provided that you can pay for. My only complaint though is that I chose this property because of the shuttle service; however, due to the graduation the shuttle service was closed down. That was a deciding factor between hotels as I was thinking how convenient that would be to not have to sit in traffic or try to find parking. However with the hotel excluding it for the weekend we could’ve picked a different place to stay that was cheaper. I think they should notate online if the shuttle service is not going to be available so travelers will know that in advance instead of thinking they are paying more for a service they want but won’t be getting.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. When we arrived we immediately went to the pool to swim. After not being in the pool for 10 minutes, here comes a HUGE birthday party. It became unsafe for my 2 young kids to be in the pool with so many wild 10-12 year old boys. There was a sign that said the pool was for guests only. That absolutely did not happen! It was very frustrating that they allowed a birthday party to happen on a Saturday night and allow non guests to swim. I complained to the front desk and they said the pool was for guests only. But I saw parent after parent drop their kids off for this party and they clearly weren’t guess. We will not be staying here again.

Solid stay. The staff are nice. This is a tremendously busy place on the weekends, with kids running in the halls until they let get reigned in at midnight. Comfortable beds. We were told on Friday that the pool doesn’t open until 3–which is kind of why I book this hotel routinely. I like to swim in the morning.

Hotel van taking up space under shelter while customers loaded cars in the rain . Coffee shop wasn’t open all morning … it’s easier to say I won’t be staying there or recommend them again

Beautiful place!!!! Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t try it out. Also we booked here for the shuttle but the shuttle wasn’t running because of the event that we were in town for. It kind of defeated the purpose of paying extra for this place so we’d have transportation & not have to worry about parking.

The building was beautiful. The room needs updating. TV was 15 yrs old and broke the last morning. The stay was good but when we first arrived was told that we couldn't get into room until 2 hours later than the 3 o'clock check in so I spoke with them about it and was told that they had a couple of games going on and the rooms weren't ready but would text me if they got it ready by the 3 o'clock check in. Finally they texted asked if we would take a double queen instead of a king with pull out so we took it so we could get into the room by 3. Everything else was good.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Conditions and Service We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, our room keys had to be activated twice, resulting in multiple trips between the lobby and our room. The first room we were assigned had a strong pet urine odor. We were moved to a second room with the same issue, and finally to a third room that, while not ideal, was tolerable—by that point, we were too tired from traveling all day to keep switching rooms. Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room—not even after we brought it up to the front desk twice. Each time, we were told it would be addressed, especially when we also had to request fresh towels and coffee pods ourselves. A manager acknowledged the situation and even mentioned the possibility of a discount for the inconvenience, but nothing was ever offered or followed up on. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay. Basic expectations like a clean room and regular housekeeping were not met, and follow-through from management was lacking.

One of the worst stays I’ve had here in a long time. First, the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I put it on 65 because the room was so hot when I first arrived. I had it on full blast and it never reached below 72 in the room. Then the TV wouldn’t work, the live stations would lose signal every 45 seconds. The next morning I had left the hotel at 6am for a meeting and returned at 8am. From 8am to 2pm. There was a cleaning lady who slammed doors the entire time on the 7th floor. It shock my room and walls every time she did it. I couldn’t get back to sleep. I couldn’t do anything because she was so loud. Finally at around 2pm i gave up and went home a day early. The receptionist didn’t care or ask why I was leaving early. Even tho I mentioned that I couldn’t stay here another night. She didn’t seem interested, which is fine.

The property is older - you can tell by the popcorn ceiling and the tacky air unit that’s wedged into the ceiling. But you can also tell that they have made improvements and renovations throughout the hotel. It’s in a nice area with lots of shopping and dining options and we are quite comfortable here.

Great friendly staff! Rhonda at the bar was fantastic! Check in Staff, Ashley, was awesome as well. We added the breakfast and found it was decent for the 10 additional dollars. I should have had a made to order omlette. Rooms could be updated, but otherwise no issues.

Overall the stay was pleasant. We asked for a room next to the elevator due to disabilities in our party. We were asked if a room on the same hall was ok. Turns out that room was at the other end of the building and not remotely closer to the elevator. Breakfast was awful, the food tasted like it has been kept for days, stale bread, chewy meat, just awful. The room was a pleasant upside, clean and comfortable.

Great service. Our first room had a leaky faucet. They quickly got us into a different room. We enjoyed the hotel. Staff was incredible. We would have liked better communication as far as the cafe in that it was closed Christmas Day. We did not know that it would be and were counting on it being opened. Otherwise no complaints.

All in all this property is very good. The breakfast was excellent, You do have to pay extra for breakfast and I would suggest if you have the option to prepay for it to do that because it's less expensive or make sure you pay for it the night before at the front desk or they will charge you more the day of.

Hotel property was located in a good area with plenty of places to eat nearby. The property inside and outside very clean and well taken care of. The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was not good. Our stay was a couple days and when they serviced the room they only gave us new towels and emptied the trash. They did not make the beds or clean the sink (coffee residue was still in sink bowl from the morning rinsing of cup). The negative experiences we had was the hotel breakfast buffet that you pay $$ money was horrible. They had some good choices but were out of alot of the food. The food that was there was cold especially the eggs and the warming pans were not hot so I think food was not kept warm. The coffee came out VERY cold and the waitress brought put another pot it that was also cold. She apologized and went to brew some new coffee but we waited 5min for that. There was only 3 other couples and one gentleman mentioned he had been waiting atleast 10min for them to refill the food trays. I would stay at this hotel again just not eat breakfast here.

I was told via a message that the property was under construction. I had no idea it was being gutted. Half of the outlets in our room did not work. Ice machines were only working on level 4, 5, and 6; however, 4 and 5 did not work for me. The final straw was dog urine in the elevator. I requested that the hotel just let me cancel the second night’s reservation, but they declined.

The room was clean. The air conditioner seemed to stick so it was cold when we entered the room. We got up the next morning and had no hot water, but they were doing a lot of upgrades on the property. The young Lady at the front desk was exceptional! So very nice and professional. Over all I would give it a 10 on location and a place to rest.
