I was disappointed that I was given a 5th floor room far from the elevator. I wanted a 1st floor room, since I had two toddler grandchildren. VERY disappointed that the pool was closed at 9:00am. It was very upsetting to my grandchildren who had their heart set on it. I've made a switch from Hampton Inn to Drury Inn in the past six months with several stays, but considering going back to Hampton.

Average hotel, a bit over priced for area. Room was very clean and comfortable,only bad was only 2 tissues left in box. Had more personal hygiene items such as sanitizer, mouth wash and lotion at more affordable locations. Shower was typical with bulk dispensers replacing courtesy bottles. Evening meal was nice, as was breakfast although seating was very limited. Hot tub was broke, didnt see notification at check in counter until after checked in.

We liked the staff, the meal and the room. The pool was not usable during our stay due to being over capacity with a group of children with a baseball group. We counted over 80 people in the pool/hot tub area. The staff tried to keep the common area clean, but there were many unsupervised children.

The only complaint we had was the hot tub needed to be cleaned. Reported and the next morning it was clean. Pool was great no issues, room was very clean. We will stay again the coming year.

The hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed. The pool was busy the whole time and dirty. Poop on the side of the pool wall. Lots of hair in the pool...kept getting it in fingers and on pool toys. Just flat out gross. Wouldn't go back.

I’m used to Drury Hotels being excellent. This Drury was average compared to other Drurys. The reason for this is the lack of cleanliness and overall need of updates. I was disappointed by the hot tub area. I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub There was greenish black mold on the tiles/grout of the hot tub. The water level was very low. There were people smoking on the deck next to the sliding glass doors next to the hot tub/pool area. The smell was awful. Needless to say it wasn’t the relaxing hot tub experience I envisioned. The carpets in the hallways were stained and dirty, and there was a mark burned into it by a hot iron. In our room updates were needed—loud a/c unit on wall and stained acrylic tub in bathroom. For the price, I expected more. The breakfast bar was good with many choices.

We went up for a short weekend get away. We always love staying at the Drury Inn’s. But you could tell when we walked in, this one was an old hotel. The carpet in the hallways had an awful smell. It looked very old and worn out. The dining area was very small, no where to sit hardly. The ice machine on the coke machine was not working, so you had to stand in line at the bar to get a cup of ice for your soft drinks. There was only one bartender so it took forever. While we were on the top level of the hotel, it was so loud at night. We could hear every car , motorcycle an emergency vehicle that went by. The kick back was ok.. but they need to really think about changing it up. I am not a big meat eater, so it would have been nice to have a second option yo pick from. No baked potatoes, or other coups besides chili. In the morning, the yogurt was warm, a they only had strawberry/banana. Which is not most people’s favorite type. Won’t be staying at that Drury again if we go back to this area. It needs a major update.

Heater didn’t work, and smelled awful like mildew. Lots of mildew present and visible in Ac/heater vents. Changed rooms, but then had 2 queens instead of a king. Main elevator wasn’t working.

Staff at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. The room appeared to be clean, but I dropped something behind the bed and it was very dusty. The bed and nightstands need to be pulled out and cleaned behind. We also had the following problems: room refrigerator froze everything we put in it, the first day we received no housekeeping and the bed was very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

For the money and ratings, I expected better towels -- and better pillows. Carpet in hallway was dirty and/or stained in several areas. Noisy -- with kids squealing and talking in other rooms. Bed was fine. Would have been nice to have a blanket in closet because my husband keeps room chilly for sleeping.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The front desk, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance staff are very friendly and considerate. The room itself is nice and I thought the bed was comfortable. I wish there was a bit more lounge space in the bedroom so we didn't have to watch TV by sitting on the bed -- a 2nd padded chair with ottoman or some kind of loveseat up against a wall would have been perfect. Here are some items where they could improve: - The bathroom needs a redo - the floor and bathtub/shower tiles are getting old and the grout is dirty; the tub is worn and the anti-slip bottom is not anti-slip any longer. - The breakfast and dinner area is congested and could use more tables for 2. That said, the food is delicious.

Great experience! Easy check-in, super clean rooms, & quiet rooms. Pillows and beds we’re comfortable, but very jiggly. Light sleepers probably won’t do well with someone else in the bed.

I went to the hot tub and Elite BB was there with over 30+ kids; adults NOT watching (they were drinking bottle beer) kids running around, toddlers in hot tub. Was told by management after I said I paid to relax and she said well they paid too! I understand that, however, I’m an ICU nurse and didn’t want to work on a vacation if a child slipped and fell because a parent was too busy drinking and not paying attention to their child. The kids kept turning the hot tub off even when I politely asked them not to. NO ADULT was paying any attention to the children. The children were running down the halls at 9:30 and I was told quiet time was at 10:00, and there was only 2 staff so they couldn’t do anything. Soo pool not even close to good because I couldn’t get in, kids in hot tub and turning off, music SUPER LOUD, and NO ONE watched the kids. And the staff said they paid for their rooms so they could basically do what they wanted even though I paid too! WOW

Booked room for my elderly in laws and hotel staff were very rude to them. Told them they couldn’t stay there and pushed them out on the streets while they were lost and stranded. I talked to the staff, and they informed me that because I booked the room for them they couldn’t stay. Who turns lost and stranded elderly people away? Staff are very rude and have zero customer service.

We walked in 7 minutes before the evening snack time was ending. The front desk told me to park my vehicle and come in to grab snack real quick, then come back up to check in. She was also gave us a great room on the top floor, away from the foot traffic. Breakfast was great, and check-out was quick and friendly!! Kudos to Drury Inn!

The staff here is most friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel as the midway point on a two day drive. Construction and traffic slow-downs caused our arrival to be delayed. When we called to alert the front desk we found out we would miss the light meal served every evening. Kaylee was on duty offered to make us a plate! We opted for a couple of salads but that gesture was kind and thoughtful. There is a hot tub and indoor (partially exposed) pool. Great relaxation after a long drive! We make this hotel our stop every year and look forward to staying here. The location is perfect with lots of meal options and shopping close by. Oh yeah, they also have complimentary fresh popcorn.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room seemed clean, but cleanliness of common areas was not. Hallways had debris all over and the area by the ice machine had an old pizza box stacked on top of the trash bin and pieces of the pizza scattered on the floor. Overall a nice hotel, but the little things push it from good to excellent, like no hand lotion in the room, coffee service supplies were lacking (3 cups & 1 packet of creamer/sugar for a double queen room). The breakfast was very nice and managers reception was a meal, not a snack, so overachieved our expectation. Don't mind having to pay for an alcohol drink and limiting to 3 drinks is a great idea, but if you're going to do it, don't be insulting with a thimble of alcohol instead of a real pour. Either do it right or don't do it would be my advice, especially since there's a limit of 3.

Not only did this hotel have a complementary hot breakfast, but it served a “light dinner”. Penne Alfredo, grilled chicken strips, mixed vegetables, baked potato, salad, chili, hot dogs, nacho chips and cheese. It was nice to talk with other travelers at the “light dinner”. I noticed that each of the staff members were cheerful. I was delighted to stay here.

Everything was very average. Have started to search out this brand as most properties are excellent. However, this one was very mediocre. Carpets stained. Hot tub only half worked. Food and beverage options were cheap like a motel offering. Do not recall the name of the front desk representative, but she was polite and efficient with check in. Other than that, average.
