My husband, my nephew and I stayed here for three nights and it was a great hotel at a low price. The breakfast was outstanding with many food and drink options. All staff we came in contact with were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was a bit high for my short stature. It took a little effort to get in and out of the bed. The outside pool was clean and a great amenity. We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling to Bowling Green.

This is a hybrid hotel/motel. We stayed on third floor inside room and were glad we did. Taking the stairs down a couple times we realized the 1st floor rooms w outside room entrances were many smokers, and the pool, tho closed for the season was closest to those rooms. Ask for indoor entrance to your room.

We choose that hotel just because they had EV charger. We arrive late at night checking was a zoom and the staff member was very helpful we plug our car and went to sleep. I have check the charge in the morning and found out it did charge only for an hour which seem to be the limit on this charger shame since it barely help us at all. Other that room was clean shower might need some update. Breakfast was basic but good. Service was great several of employees try to help us with the charging situation but no one could figure out why it stay on only for one hour. By the way there is only one charger.

While this property is a motel, it truly stands out with excellent & kind staff, a pristine and tasty breakfast buffet, and totally serviceable facilities. We loved that it was dog friendly, had an outdoor pool that was very well maintained (not a whiff of overchlorinated water!) and the price was great. Easy on/off the highway and access to lots of easy fast food (and Waffle House!). The staff was really accommodating and made such an effort to get to know us and make our stay great. Much appreciated!

This was a good hotel at a good price. All employees were kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was very good! We used their pool and it was clean and refreshing. The room was outdated, but it was clean and the bedding was comfortable.The AC, TV and fridge all worked well. The room did have a musty smell, but that was my only complaint.

Dirty…. So disappointed. The reviews were not accurate at all for what I saw. The capers in the hallways are filthy, like they have never been cleaned. The room smelled like a mix of pet and stale cigarettes. I didn’t want my toddler walking around without any socks on. The breakfast was a pretty basic selection of pastries, yogurts, and soggy eggs. It was a hard pass for me. I could literally smell the room on my clothes and my belongings after leaving. I’d never stay here again. I didn’t even use the shower. Stay somewhere else.

Our room was absolutely disgusting, black mold behind where numerous liquids have been spilt, some form of liquid stains all over the walls, floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in forever, pillow cases with holes, room smelled of mildew. Lighting was terrible, and access to outlets weren't convenient and the ones that were , were behind the night stand where the molded liquid had been.

The elevators were broken so accessing a floor not on the ground was impossible. The first room we were given was disgusting. There was mold in everything corner and edge of the shower. There was some sort of gooey sludge on the bedroom floor and there was debris all over the floor. The room smelled horrible and clearly not cleaned.

Need to clean public areas. Hallway carpet around room doors are really bad Tv operation was confusing. Musty smell in room and door lock needed to be repaired to enter room. Breakfast just ok.

You will get what you pay for. Definitely an older hotel that attempted to look updated. Loud and old ac unit, near the interstate so that was loud also. One plus is lots of dining options nearby.

We wanted to find a hotel for a quick overnight trip with the kids. Our trip started with us arriving at the hotel at 2. The lady at the front desk mumbled that we couldn't check in until 3, but she did say we could wait in the lobby. Turns out, shift change was also at 3 and Tim ended up at the front desk. He was fabulous! He made sure we didn't have a first floor room (due to the outside entrance ) because we weren't sure if my husband would be able to get off work in time to join us. He then made sure we didn't have an adjoining room, just to make sure I felt extra safe with the two kids. Turns out the room we were given had this almost sour, lemon pledge scent. Mentioned it to him after we decided it was too strong to tolerate for the night. Tim walked with me to another room and we discovered that one didn't have the smell, so he made sure we were moved. Beds were comfortable. The mattresses may not be as pillowy as some more high end hotels, but they weren't hard. Yes, there were stains up and down the hallway, but I believe I heard renovations are going to be underway soon. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and enjoyed by all.

The lady that was at the front desk wasn't a nice as the guys. The guys were so nice both days very helpful and had to replace our refrigerator in our room did it very quickly.

We stopped in Bowling Green for the night. The Best Western Plus was a great option. They have queen beds and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast was good too. If you are sensitive to road noise, it is close to the highway and you can hear the traffic.

This was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we have stayed in in a long time! No kids running up and down the hallways or tv’s blaring in the next room! The beds were AMAZING! Very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Breakfast was good and hot and kept restocked quickly! Would highly recommend this hotel for a good, comfortable nights sleep!

We had to stop for the night on a long road trip. The convenience of location and availability of a room were the beginning of a good thing. The bed was comfortable and room was very adequate. Our needs were met! What impressed us most was the complimentary breakfast! So many options and very tasty!!

The breakfast was really good. They had a large variety of pastries. They had a waffle maker. They also had scrambled eggs, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy. They had cereals, juices, milk and yogurt. The lady working the kitchen area was very friendly and stayed on top of keeping everything refilled. She did a great job! The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We will stay again. The check in and check out staff was very nice.

The heater in our room was broken. It never shut off when it got to temperature. My husband had to get up throughout the night to turn it off and back on when the room got too cold. The road noise was also TERRIBLE. We have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the worst for road noise. The eggs were cold and there was no breakfast meat.

It was unfortunate that the breakfast area did not open at 6:30am like on weekdays as this was a travel day. We had another 10 hour drive and needed to leave before the 7;30am. Had to stop and pay for a breakfast on the road. You should consider opening the breakfast area at 6:30 am as well on weekends.
