The staff at this property are always pleasant and very helpful. It is convenient to everything, tourist spots, shopping and dining. We liked it so much this was our second stay and we are planning a third stay soon. They have a wonderful pool that is very clean. Laundry facilities, a restaurant on site with amazing food! We love this Ramada!

Very quiet, clean, pool area looked like a lot of fun, it was very busy so didn't partake. Breakfast was hot and good. check in and check out were fast and easy. Great price and location for the 1 night we needed to sleep before continuing our drive home.

Clean pool. Coom cleanliness was a little subpar (pubic hair on toilet set from previous occupants). Continental breakfast was not hot enough, although a very good selection of the variety of food. One ice machine broke down, the same one from my previous years though. Easy check in, and good service from the front desk. Very few trash cans at all of the side entry doors.

Got here super early and they checked us in! Nice restaurant/ bar onsite. Gas station and convenient store adjacent. Across the street from Harley Davidson. Just off I 65 and 165.

The hotel does not have an elevator. If I had known, I would have paid more to be on the first floor. The TV was not working when I arrived. When I notified the front desk she had someone come and assist me in less than 8 minutes. The pool looked inviting, however, it was raining that day and I wasn't able to enjoy it. The breakfast had a wide selection. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel's cleanliness lacks attention to detail. The first room was filthy with the day desk attempted to gaslight saying it was clean. Carpets need cleaning, badly. Window seals are broken and fogs in humidity. This building needs a rehab.

I had requested a 1st floor room, but was put on the 2nd floor. The first room we were assigned had literal blood spatter on the walls and many of the surfaces had not been cleaned. The room they moved us to was only slightly better in that there was no visible blood on the walls, but many/most surfaces were extremely dirty. The bathroom was a wreck with pee all over the floor and toilet. We only ended up staying the first night since the hotel was so disgusting and checked into a different hotel the second night. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The hotel was nice. Our room smelled musty. You can smell weed (STRONG) walking down the hallways. Breakfast was good. We got in late and had to leave early so we really didn't have the time to look around and enjoy the facilities. Overall..we paid way too much. Js.

Great bed, that is the matrass was excellent, cotton sheets (hate the microfiber ones), but coverlet was very thin. AC was quiet & very cold. Spacious room. There was an odour in the bathroom off & on and the toilet appeared to be not tightly bolted down. (Room 121) Hotel is on busy road but traffic died down quickly after rush hr and it was quiet over night. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Check in was easy. Got a jacuzzi tub room that was clean and in good condition. Only flaw was a col outlets didn't work. Could use a nightstand on both sides of the bed.

The room was nice and very big. The staff wasn’t super friendly. I probably would have given four stars but we arrived a little earlier than planned and were told it was $10 per hour for early check in, which I have never experienced before. Also, the first text we received was asking us what time we were leaving on the morning we were leaving. At 7am. While we were on vacation. So we couldn’t even opt out of texts because they didn’t send a welcome text to have that option. A couple of the staff seemed nice but most were pretty rude. We didn’t realize there was no elevator and we had a lot of bags. My husband even said something about getting help and they just looked at us. He also found an old sock under the console in the tv cabinet. It’s probably still there. I wouldn’t stay here again, even though the room was nice, just because of the unfriendliness and the early morning “wake up” text that felt like they were trying to rush us out, after not letting us check in early. Our next hotel had texted us that we could check in early because our room was ready so we left as soon as we could.

We weren't able to get our kids to bed because the pullout couch bed didn't have sheets on it, they weren't where they were supposed to be, and it took over an hour to get them delivered to our room. The mattress on the pullout was disgusting. We almost didn't use it once we got the sheets.

Dont want to be the person that goes on & on in a review. Bottom line- the front desk guy forgot an aspect of my check in & I had to double back. No big deal- a little irritating- but instead of saying "apologies" he appeared offended that I interrupted his personal call to do the job that he neglected to do in the first place. Even began raising his voice. Completely 100% unprofessional. Have stayed in hundreds of hotels & frankly have never seen anything like it. Brought this up with the manager, who did nothing to address it. Will not be staying there again- that complete lack of customer service is inexcusable in the hospitality industry, IMO.

The front desk, maids, and everything was great. There is a restaurant connected next to it. A shoppette/gas station is a 1 minute walk for after hrs convenience. After I got home, I realized I left something at the hotel. They found it. I gave them my address, cc info, and they dropped off at UPS. I got it two days later! It was a $750 item. Fantastic staff!

I agree with the other reviews that the hotel had a musty smell. My room was clean but had outdated features. I tried calling the front desk from the room phone and it didn’t work. I then tried the front desk from my cell phone and nobody picked up. The front desk has glass in front of it and I could hardly hear the person checking me in. It gave a very sketchy feeling from the moment I arrived. There was nowhere to get water for my room unless I had quarters for an outdated vending machine - thankfully there was a gas station within walking distance. The attached sports bar was nice and had good service and the pool was nice and clean.

Staff was nice, courteous, resolved an issue promptly. Room was clean and cleaned daily, the lobby, pool, and breakfast area were nice and clean...My only issue; my room was located on the main front parking lot side, at times it was quite noisy, especially when a motorcycle parked outside my window at 2:00a.m. My other family member had a room across from me, on the other side and didn't have any issues.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the dog hair was noticeable, especially with my wife being allergic to dogs. Had she not been allergic to dogs, the stay would have been fine. There was no dog smell, just enough hair to activate my wife’s dog allergies. Having the sports bar was definitely a plus but with one waitress and one bartender, the table service was very slow once they got busy.
