Nice spacious rooms. Well maintained and clean. The concrete steps leading to first floor rooms in back parking lot could use a hand railing. Will recommend to friends traveling to Corvette Museum. Enjoyed our stay

I requested a first floor room because I brought my dog on this trip and I was given a first floor room adjacent to the parking lot for easy unloading and loading. Plus there are several large grassy lots on the other side of the parking lot. Three light bulbs were burnt out in the room but maintenance was quick to remove and replace these bulbs and remedy the situation.

Rooms were clean. Part of Best Western. There was only parking on one side and we had a room where we had to go through a breezeway, There was a grassy area right outsidethe room so there was pleanty of room to walk the dog,

We stayed for two nights and both nights there was a guy working on a junk car right outside the window. It was noisy and there were guys talking and clanging tools until midnight. The bathrooms and floors were pretty gross. The exterior stairs banged against the wall because they're loose, that was noisy too. Just an overall bad experience.

Another great stay at SureStay! Check in went smoothly. They accommodated me with a ground floor room. Room very clean and quiet. Surrounding area was nice. No traffic or highway noise. Great place to stay when traveling with a pet because there is a large area of grass to walk your dog. I always stay at this hotel when traveling north or south on I-65.

Checked in to the hotel on 9/4 and inspected my room. Left the hotel for the afternoon and evening to return later that night. The next morning around 6:30am when I woke up there was a bed bug on the wall. Thankfully I did not have any bites. I informed the front desk immediately and they assigned me a different room. I had to leave for work that morning so I never took my belongings to the second room. Around 2:30pm that day I returned to the hotel and asked to cancel my reservation and requested a refund. I told the attendant (Jennifer) I was not comfortable staying at this hotel and had already secured another place to stay. She would not refund me or cancel the reservation. I was instructed to return to the hotel the following day 9/6) and speak to the GM (Victor) about a refund. Victor was not present the following day. Jennifer called me around 1:30pm on 9/6 and told me I would be getting a partial refund, accused me of staying in the room with the bedbugs and not reporting it immediately. She would not let me speak on the phone and hung up on me. I called Best Westerns corporate customer service line and opened a complaint ticket. Thankfully corporate was able to process the refund for me. I will Never stay at this hotel again. Travelers be warned.

Non-Smoking room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. Smoke detector on the wall had been tampered with. Dead bugs on the floor and not even an apology from front desk clerk when I explained why I would not be staying the night.

We had to move rooms, we had a wedding party stay in several rooms, all had the grandmas musty basement smell. Needed a febreeze bottle for each. Very dated furniture and decor. We checkin got our room had a soda left out while we went to a restaurant. Mama roach and her children were having a hay day when we returned. This wasnt the case for the other rooms.

Didn’t realize it was the “old style” motel with the doors opening to the parking lot when I booked it…I always find them to be a bit noisy with traffic noise. Also, the beds were double, not queen, so my wife and I slept in separate beds. Other than that the property was okay and check-in was fast and easy.

We always enjoy our regular stay there. The staff is super friendly and always available. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are as well. By far the best place to stay in BG for the money, and we've stayed at them all.

Basic hotel. Very nice person at check in. Comfortable bed, great shower. Skimpy hut adequate breakfast. Groups of people hanging out outside of their rooms played music all night. Made sleeping difficult.

I was there on a band trip with my daughter's high school marching band. I couldn't get a room in the hotel they stayed in so I stayed here. There were very friendly people at the front desk. Room was great only issue was microwave didn't work but I just went to the lobby and let them know and used the one there. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the worst hotel ever. The staff was rude along with the owner. I go to check in and they tell me before I check in they need a deposit. This was clearly not told to me online or was it on their site. I had just drove 10 hours and told the lady let me go find a bank and withdraw the money bc my bank had put fraud protection on my card from where I'm traveling across states. This rude lady decides to go ahead and check me in anyways but does not give me the keys and said that's to preventt me from getting a refund. Long story short she threatened a long with the owner myself and fiance. Beware this hotel is out to steal it money.

The host was not aware of the change in the arrival date that was handled by Expedia. Luckily, she was able to get us into a room. I had arranged a date change at considerable expense with Expedia and they botched it. Clerk said this happens with Expedia from time to time.

Had issues with checking in. The rep at the front desk had issues finding my booking due to their internal system resetting at 3 am. I had to cancel the booking and book again just to match the date with the system which wasn’t the correct date. Not sure the rest of the details. All I know is the lady gave me hard time because I booked online and it wasn’t matching with her system. Checking in should be that hard.

This was a nice find. Easy off/on I-65. Close to gas, food, Starbucks. This was a simple overnight stay for us breaking up a longer drive. Would definitely stay again.

Nice area in Bowling Green. Clean and safe area. Continental breakfast had a nice protein, food choices, close to stores, and other attractions. we always check the room before paying for it.

This is definitely an older style motel, but it is well maintained and in good shape. In a way, it felt like a time capsule. Our one complaint is that there was no breakfast, as had been promised. In the breakfast area we found only coffee, two breakfast rolls and one little tub of peanut butter.

We booked a late night, last minute stay on the way from WI to AL. Honestly, it was somewhat interesting that I had to go to a window & pass my card through a slot but I understand staff safety at 2:30am is a priority. The room served its purpose - we arrived, we slept a few hours & we left. It was generally clean, but there were tears in the carpet, weird holes in the wall, and just felt outdated in general. The breakfast -you can’t even call it that. There were two old muffins, one yogurt, and the counter was really messy. The staff member at the desk was too busy on his phone to care. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and have few expectations-this can serve its purpose.
