Best hotel breakfast ever . Hot tub didn’t work but over all the facility was one of the best in the area

They will do daily housekeeping upon request. The rooms have nice liquid soap and shampoo dispensers in the tub and at the bathroom sink. This was not the case at a different nearby hotel we stayed in a couple weeks prior. There’s also free parking. Overall I like this place and would stay there again.

The property surrounding the hotel was very nice. You can watch the wildlife from the patio. The pool and Hottub area was clean. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The woman at the front desk was great(I wish I would’ve gotten her name). The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and stocked. This hotel will be our go to every time we visit family in the area from now on.

The hotel is a bit dated. The pool was closed and the hot tub was grungy. The staff was super friendly, location was convenient, and I loved the little back patio area.

They had.no towels for the pool or showers . Pool area was not cleaned over night. Pool Bathroom Was sorry as ever.

Front desk staff was friendly and prompt. Hot tub was not working. Pool was cold. Shower water was warm, not hot. Breakfast was okay. Expected more of a Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was good. Parking lot could use some updating when it comes to lighting.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. First room smelled like an ashtray so they quickly switched rooms for us. Second room was much better. Hotel is fairly outdated but clean for its age. Pool was warm and they have a great hot tub. Breakfast is great with lots of options like pancakes, omelets, meats and lots more in addition to the typical breads and cereal. Price is a little high compared to other places with similar accommodations.

The front desk and breakfast staff at this Holiday Inn Express were very well-trained and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at this type of hotel. More attention could be given to the cleanliness of the rooms. (Hairs in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, handprints on the walls.) This could be due to the poor lighting and the housekeepers simply cannot see...or from the fact that I used to manage a hotel for years and tend to be much more observant than a normal guest. I don't know if there were several family reunions going on or what the reason was, but the hotel was extremely loud on the 3rd floor with children crying and running back and forth through the hall. I did not call down to complain because it wasn't like it was an adult who knew better. They were children who needed to run off their energy. As long as you go there with the awareness that this is a family hotel that is not going to be a quiet oasis but the trade-off is a wonderful pool and terrific breakfast you will be satisfied with your stay.

gave me handicap room , musty smell , bathroom was all one floor so shower water went everywhere and made slippery floor

I waited at the desk for awhile before anyone came to assist with check-in. After finally getting room key i walked inside the room, turned on light and seen a bug run across the wall.. i immediately gathered my bags and headed back to checkout. I still haven't received a refund. But refused to stay in a hotel with bugs.

I checked in and went to my room. I was in my room for about 10 minutes, went to the bathroom and grabbed a hand towel hanging above the toilet. I wiped my hands with it, wnd the whole towel was dirty. I was disgusted!!! I did call and ask if i cpuld get new towels and the woman asked if i wasnted new towels or to switch rooms, i said new towels. But when my kids found out they didnt want to stay in the room anymore im fear the whole room was dirty. So we asked to have a new room snd we got a new room on a different floor and it was a much better room! But still felt disgusted.

Very Comfortable bed, very spacious room, and we found the breakfast amazing. The selection was above and beyond any we have seen before. The bathroom could use a touch up.

I didn’t like that the room was $349 and super out dated and dirty. There was no ice machine on our floor and check in was pretty late. There was no secure WiFi either. Not worth the money

Rooms are in need of an update. NO USB ports in the room, bathroom floor floods from the walk in shower.

Beds were clean and tidy. However, the rooms are very dated. Bathroom tile grout was chipping and crumbling.

Our bed was awesome, comfortable and clean! The bath is arranged in an unlikely way, the shower floor and sink floor blend together, causing water to go everywhere! The sink water came out in a shower fashion, not my favorite but doable. The motel is hidden behind a line of trees, there is no sign on the street to identify it, so we missed it first time around. Breakfast was great! The coffee machine is outstanding and the coffee was good! There was a great and wide variety of foods, easily accessible and plenty of seating for guests. I chose this motel because it is close to the Detroit airport, just 15 minutes away with none of the airport noise! I would stay here again!

Everything was good. Only thing is that I was able to hear the upstairs walking around later in the evening.

Our room was right next to the elevator so that was a bit noisy, the fridge was loud and the toilet kept running the whole time. Also every once in a while the room would have a smell of weed from outside or who knows where.

Wallpaper pealing off walls, toilet seat was falling off, fixtures were very old. Only had luke warm water for shower. Area around the hotel is run down and not the safest. Staff was very nice.

This property is older compared to other IHG hotels I've stayed at. Walls are paper-thin. Can clearly hear people talking on the floor and footsteps above. Not a smart tv yet.Curtains not enough to black out the room. Beds are good. Room is clean though.

Stayed here multiple times and have never had any concerns. The staff is very friendly and know what they were doing. I had a concern that was immediately resolved. While it is not a 5-star hotel, it is great for families looking for a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere to bring their kids along. Will definitely return here in the future.

Took 45 minutes to check in. I was the only person in line

I have stayed here multiple times and have never been even slightly disappointed. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.

We received our room key and went to the room, key wouldn't work. Kept trying it a few times until someone in the room opened the door. We were mortified. Go back to the desk they give us a new room. Go to the new room key works. Opened the door and it was locked and in the crack some man said its occupied. I apologized and said this was our 2nd room with people in it. He told us good luck as they had the same issue today checking in. Go back to the desk irritated and finally got a room but not what I booked. The manager said it has a jacuzzi in it and a pull out sofa. Well we had a child with us so the jacuzzi was not relevant, no sofa bed either. 2 adults and a child sleeping in a king was horrible when I had paid for 2 queens. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel. Overall would not recommend and not happy with the experience. This was the first time in all my bookings where this has happened.

Checked in vrry late, desk attendant Jacob very friendly and efficient. Got us into our rooms quickly

We went for my niece's birthday because we planned a trip to skyzone which is down the street. We didn't know how the conditions were going to be on the road because usually it shows during Thanksgiving here, so that's why we got a room. Before arriving, I was told that I could hold the room on a card, but pay in cash. When checking in, I was told different. The front desk clerk was very snobby towards us. She said that our rooms weren't ready, & they wouldn't be near each other. After booking the room, I called the hotel & asked for our rooms to be near each other & was told that they would be. We asked while checking in, could we have a late check out, we were told that we couldn't because they have to get the rooms ready for the people who are coming after us. The 1 room they had ready at the time we all went to, I booked 3 rooms.. they finally gave us the 2nd room, then the 3rd. When we got the 3rd room, the heart wasn't working. Then we were told we'd have to wait because there wasn't any other rooms available, saying they were all sold out. All of this was told by one individual. When her "shift" was over, the staff after her were more accommodating. They helped us get another room, helped with the late check out & apologized for any inconvenience that occurred. The Breakfast staff was rude. When saying excuse me to the lady she kept walking past as if she didn't hear me, when she was right next to me. Just a horrible experience all in all. Never again.

Wide spread power outages in SE Michigan, including my home, so I decided to overnight at this hotel. Upon arrival, I find that the hotel did not have power, and learned from the front desk that it lost power the night before. Despite this, they accepted my reservation and money and didn't bother to notify me. Waste of time and money.

the facility itself was fine; clean and everything worked. There is major construction occuring on I-275 and also on the access road so it was noisy and congested. Seemed to be in a fairly remote location altho I didn't really explore the area.

The IHG in Canton was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the airport and The Ford.

This is tucked away right off a freeway interchange. The area is very dark and there is really nothing close by such as restaurants.

The hotel is dated but it was cheap, clean, and well-staffed. The breakfast room was large and spotless. The ladies in the breakfast area made sure everything looked and tasted great. It was very clean, they constantly refreshed everything and kept the area looking great. If you're playing anything at High Velocity this a very convenient location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The Coney Island diner down the road was cheap and solid.

This property was clean, safe and great for a staycation. It was in about five to 12 minutes driving distance to restaurants and shopping.

Right off expressway yet quiet. Convenient for shopping and eating out without having to go to far

Really had good breakfast options. Very friendly staff and people in the area.

The food staff quit so there was no breakfast as normal. The hotel phone in my room did not work and there were about 30 people staying in the room next to me who swore and smoked pot from 9 pm until 3 am… while their kids ran up and down the halls. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I travel 4-8 days out of each month.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. No coffee available 24 hours. Hard to enjoy an early am flight schedule at the air port with coffee available at 6 am when you need to be at the airport for a 6 am flight.

The hotel was great overall. But their was a huge difference in staff knowledge and interaction from saturday night to sunday mornimg. There was no hot breakfast on sunday morning. And the staff didnt seem to know that their pool opened at 530 am. It was locked and so i talked to the front desk. They preceeded to tell me the pool didnt open until 7 am. Which was not true. Their were multiple signs on site saying the pool opens at 530. So a real mixed bag of service

I was told a hot breakfast was included with the rate I paid for the room. We went for breakfast in the morning during the hours breakfast is supposed to be provided and there was no breakfast. We were told the kitchen staff didn’t show up for work that day. Needless to say we had to go out for breakfast and the hotel didn’t refund any of the money we paid for our stay
