I tried to call the property a day early to come and several times No one would answer the phone. Which later I found out they had no availability. Which was OK now that we only spent the one night. It was horrible the place was dirty cigarette, butts were everywhere outside the t. V wouldn't Come on.I finally figured that out How to get it on.The shower at first I couldn't get it.On but I had to pull it out really hard And the fixture was detached from the wall.I thought it was gonna break it finally showered will never go back there again.

The staff was courteous. The facility was horible. The wb site showed continental breakfast, there was none, lobby was closed. only available was coffee at the office door in the morning. Always had to ask for creamer Garbage lying all over the place. lights in the bathroom sink not working. no pictures on the walls. generally dirty appearance all around

Staff was friendly, and easy to work with. Room had floor boards coming up, the freezer on the refrigerator was caked in ice. Burn holes in the bedding. Junk cars in the parking lot. .Heavy smell of marijuana use every afternoon and evening. Check in lobby was filthy. Stairwell to upper floor was horribly filthy

This location is nothing like what is pictured. The place was locked down, lobby locked up with big signs that said no refunds under any circumstance, a little window to pass your credit card through. Not able to get into the room with our keycard, so the nice young gentleman working came and opened the room. The bathroom seat was so loose, I almost busted my head on the wall when it slipped from under me, the sink faucet moved a inch when turning off, the bathroom door had multiple huge holes, the ceiling had a huge hole and some motor thing above it, the walls were dirty, the door looked as if an animal had sat their digging on it, people sitting outside their rooms with no shirts, cops there in the morning, no breakfast as advertised. Absolutely awful. When I asked for another room, it was all that was available and it was late that our flight arrived so no ability to change. Very clear after seeing the room why they say no refunds under any circumstance. Of course bc once someone sees what they are buying which doesn't match the pictures, they certainly will want a refund. I don't know why this hotel is even allowed to operate. Seriously scary and horrible. I wouldn't even take a shower due to the holes in the ceiling. Just an awful experience.

This place is NOTHING like what's advertised, not clean, no pool, no nice lobby, no breakfast. Cat food in my room, roaches in bathroom. Jatinder the mgr kept my $50 security deposit and when called, blamed me and started screaming and hung up. Called Travelodge corporate and they were absolutely useless!! Disgusted beyond belief. I'm gonna go there in person to try to get my $50, that's theft

This property was disgusting. Food crumbs at the sink, splatters on the mirror and wall. Soap scum in the bathtub, along with a layer of dust. The towels and sheets were NOT white. The refrigerator was so smelly. It hasnt been cleaned and had a god awful smell. The TV wouldnt work. The beds squeaked. A bed bug was found on the wall. This was a terrible location. I wish I had spent the extra money and gone somewhere else. The staff was friendly and I was glad I was able to book online with ease, however, the cleanliness of this room was beyond disappointing. It truly looked like it had not been cleaned for the last multiple stays. Its even a bit more confusing since the staff said the room we were going to be put in was "a better room than the rooms on the bottom floor". It does have a convenient location, located off the highway and next to a gas station and fast food, so thats a plus.

Got a room for the weekend of Mothers Day (May 9th-11th) we were given room 404. The room was gross. Stained sheets and towels. Used towel left behind the bathroom door on the floor. Used & rolled up period pad left behind the toilet. Sink missing half a faucet handle. Mini fridge didnt have a seal so wouldnt stay closed and the door was covered in I'm not sure what. Hair left on the outside of the bathtub, trimming of the tub coming completely off, shower ceiling covered in what looked like mold spots. Smallest bed pillows ever as well. Stiff beds. I took several pictures and videos that I will be uploading where ever possible. Twice when in the lobby (once because my room key wouldnt work and once for check out) there were 2 different customers complaining about being over/double charged. Will not be staying here again.

Checked in and shortly after saw MANY cockroaches. Because we were there for over an hour (1 hr 20 min), they could not refund us. Have to wait seven businesses days to receive my deposit back. Entire facility is dirty, run down, and unkempt. Holes in the walls, TV didn't work, dirt on the floors, and cracks in the bathtub. Terrible service and terrible facilities. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yikes! But u get what u pay for. This place was definitely a could do with out. -Leaking toilet was wet all over the floor. -1 set of towels. Not folded and just launched onto the counter -holes kn walls where shelves once were. -tv was broken - no bed bugs so that was good. But had to rolly brush the bedding to remove a tone of hairs - wore a brand new pair of white socks in there for a couple hrs then just threw them away because they turned black. - black mould in the bathroom. - bent up rusty vents. - over all disrepair this place needs a complete make over.

Gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and understanding. The room appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. Shower was dirty. Pubic hair in the tub and on shower curtain. Dirty linens. Pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs. Found bed bugs and fleas. The floor was dirty. Had not been mopped. And the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

There really wasn't much to like at all! The first room they gave me was so awful I went to the office to complain and ask for another room which was just as bad! This place is infested with roaches and bed bugs! It should be shut down immediately! I stayed about an hour and was so creeped out I checked out and slept in my car.I trusted the Baymont Wyndham hotels and YOU expedia for your association with this horrible place, I see that trust was seriously misplaced! I am done with BW hotels and expedia!

i rented the room specifically with a tub. found out the tub was broken. i was told too. also they woke me up the next morning at 9am told me its time to leave, i said but check out is at 11am but they didn’t care. so they sent a man to knock on my door really loud yelled get out. I think they knew i called expedia about THE BROKEN TUB to verify i was telling the truth. the expedia customer rep was rude. he said sorry theres nothing to be done. .the hotel sending a man to make me leave before checkout i felt unsafe. I like Expedia and was hoping they’d help me. Hopefully they will do something regarding the bad experience I had at this hotel

I was traveling and needed to sleep for the night, when I arrived I was checked in quickly and early, for a $25 fee, which i happily paid because I needed to get off of the road. There’s also a deposit that you have to pay and they return to you if you don’t destroy the room. The room I originally was assigned was disgusting from the moment I opened the door. The smell of the room, there was fruit flies everywhere, the bedding was very dated, and it smelled like someone had smoked in there for years. I could not relax or bathe in that room, so I went to the office to get refunded. The other man behind the desk took me aside, which was kind of him and took me to a cleaner room, but it still wasn’t that much cleaner. The tv didn’t work, there wasn’t towels, I had to ask for them. My door didn’t have a very secure lock that fully latched, it didn’t feel that safe. While I appreciate the employee for taking me to a nonsmoking room, I personally would never book here again. 😓

No toilet paper in the room the pillows were very old and lumpy and not comfortable at all. There were handles missing on all the dressers and drawers. One of the handles on the sink was missing. Over all not very clean and as a whole the building didn’t seem kept up on all all outside the bare minimum of changing the sheets and pillow cases on the bed. Never will I return.

Amenities said about television service. The remote did not work the TV came a small picture in the corner wouldn't go full screen or change channels. Keep going in and out every 30 seconds. The lady from the came to room saw it said at least you have t.v. Nothing worked. Someone came knocking on my door and tried to get my room around 1 in the morning so didn't feel then ponded on the window. Very uncomfortable. Won't be back or recommend to anyone

When I arrived with my service animal I was turned away and told to stay down the street at the super 8 even though I was booked for a 4 night stay and the hotel is pet friendly. They told me they had no more pet rooms available and to reach out to Expedia for my refund. However Expedia explained that this dirty hotel charged me for a no show. I only booked this for a family emergency and was scared to get out of my car. Save your money or just godown the street to super 8. These people are scammers!!! Not to mention I had a dirty man smoking cigarettes right at the front entrance in front of the “no smoking” sign in front of the desk staff! This is laughable and y’all are going to get sued!

First issue I went to check in and they had given my room away so I had to pay more for the room they had available (mind you I just drove 7 hours to even get there and I called ahead to confirm my reservation and to let them know that I wouldn’t be arriving until after 12 because I got a later start then I originally planned and they assured me that my reservation and room would be available) ok no biggie, I pay the money and get the keys he tells me where the room is I drive around and go to it as soon as I opened the door there was a strong stench coming out of there so I check the bathroom tub disgusting proceed to check the bed and before even pulling the blankets back there are stains and hairs on the blanket pull the sheets back and not only were the sheets dirty but the mattress was so filthy and disgusting it should’ve been thrown out. I go back to the front desk and tell him about it he gets irritated and says well I don’t know what you want me to do you can stay there or not because I don’t have any other rooms available so my husband steps in and says we’ll can you give us our money back he hesitates and the proceeds to give it back so by this time it’s close to 1 am so we were stuck trying to find another hotel at 1 in the morning thankfully we did and enjoyed our weekend get away.

We had multiple issues at this property. They only give 2 extremely cheap pillows for each queen bed. When we requested more they asked who we had with us in our room. We were also accused of smoking in our room when we don't smoke at all. The staff was just unnecessarily rude. There was also mold in the bathroom tub and shower.

I never got my $50 deposit back after I checked out. I told the man at the desk that I might not stay the whole night because I was just in town due to a family emergency, I did check out before the night was over and he had told me that I would get my refund within two to three business days, however the $50 got taken out of my account after it was pending.

We booked this hotel for one night with our pet . When we reached the property the staff said the rooms which are pet friendly are all booked for the night, and they didn’t allow us to stay in the middle of the night, eve though it was full paid. We had to book another hotel which was much more expensive as it was last moment . The staff at the hotel was not at all friendly and were rude. We are yet to get the refund from Expedia .

AVOID BOOKING HERE. I ARRIVED AND LEFT QUICKLY. I checked in late at night after a long drive and here was the experience that led me to booking into an actual hotel instead. First sign was the lobby or lack of lobby. doors were closed and what was left was a window in a tiny hallway with a slit underneath and holes for sound to travel through. The second was an over flow of trash around the property. Then there were many chairs outside the rooms, upside down crates, ash trays outside, and doors where visibly dirty as well. The last straw was the room itself. bathroom was dirty and found a stranger's pubic hair on the toilet seat. bathtub did not look clean either. I also found a stain on the bed sheets. Felt unsafe the whole time as many people were just hanging out around the property.

This was the worst hotel ever. Tried to check in, was yelled at to leave the lobby and come to a small windows. Was there 14:30 Checkin time 15:00. No courtesy, should be another 25 Dollar. Everything screamed don't check-in because of the minimum 5 Notes reminding of a no refund policy. Not willing to pay the 25 dollar extra, I waited in the car. The tenants I saw when waiting spoke for themself, making me feel vary unsafe. The Hotel, lobby and parking lot where dirty and torn down too. So I opted out and left without checking in. Don't go there!

The quality of the establishment is run down, and has a weird feel to it, but the service is efficient and exactly what you should get for the price. I booked through a third-party. Very clean. Convenient location. Lots of food and entertainment options nearby.

This property is a place where you would find a hooker. There was cigarette burns in the sheets on the bed. The floor was coming up, cigarette burns on the furniture. It was just completely nasty. To top things off you are supposed to get a breakfast and they don’t serve any.
