Stayed during an snow storm to be closer to work, and the next day became of an company party. Would be an great property if cleaner, and better maintained. The last person soap still was in the snow, the security doors open right up without an key. The floor were dirty upon arrival in my room.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, had a hard time operating the remote, A/C worked great, no place to hang our clothes, no full legnth mirrors or coffee pot in room, continetal breakfast was only a muffin no other food option. and coffee and juice were provided. There was lots of extra activies of the people that was staying there that seems suspicious, people back and forth to cars that would pull in and out , HMMMM??? Though the police did ride through a few times , but people would disappear quickly. There was a semi in the lot that ran all night just outside our window, which would wake us up through out the night, slept with the TV on . This could be a real nice property and I would love to give it a better review if there was just not the riff raff going on there.

First impressions when we pulled into the parking lot was bad. Three people hanging around the main entrance, smoking and staring at us as we parked and walked towards the entrance door to check in. There was a couple camped in the woods next to parking lot. My wife was very intimidated and scared as we walked in the entrance. Stopped at the front desk, employee asks our name and drivers license and proceeds to make to copy of driver's license, I sternly said no copies as I had already done precheck in before getting there including sending a copy of my driver's license and giving credit card info, told employee this and he gave me my ID and the copy made back. The elevator has a bad funky smell. We got the double queen room and in the pics the couch looks bad, and in person it looks worse, we didn't even put suitcases on it. The room itself was fairly nice, but the couch is horrible. My wife wanted to leave so bad but our card was charged and it was 7pm already so I convinced her to let us stay. I've been told I am no longer booking rooms for us.

I highly recommend not staying here. It was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at nothing word correctly. The toilet ran all night long. The TV didn’t were. The beds were hot as a rock outside was super loud and you could hear all the noises from outside curtains. Don’t even block out the sun super loud in the hotel for one smelled like cigarettes for two smelled like marijuana the overall Roma was terrible the front desk people had no desire to help you. They could not also speak English, which made it even more difficult. They also when asked for help Would just tell you that they have to call somebody first almost rude like when you do ask for help like it was an inconvenience to them. I had two kids with me during the day. Both of them had an extremely hard time sleeping because of this. Elevator was not working there was no signage stating that it wasn’t working either and asked I asked about the elevator. They said they had no idea we had multiple bags to carry up and down with kids. Didn’t offer help or any assistance again highly recommend not staying here unless you’re looking for a party or you don’t care about your sleeping ball cause you won’t be sleeping much here. Some of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on pillows are terrible bedding shower had no water pressure.

2/4/23 awoke to water flooding out of the bathroom ceiling fan! Staff bought huge garbage can but I waited for new room key. Woman at desk says,"We\'ve got multiple problems right now, the elevator is down too so we\'re dealing with that." My initial room was not clean. There was sticky stuff on the bedside table, chair by the bed, and TV stand. The bed spread is stained and dirty. I requested another room it was better. The area by the elevator reeked the smell of a dumpster on my check in night. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was subpar at best. The shower was nasty, the drain wouldn't drain and we had to dig out globs of hair out for it to drain. We booked the hotel for 2 adults and 3 kids but the room only had 3 towels, which they make you take back to the front desk to get more towels. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The breakfast is a joke with a few muffins and a waffle machine. The juice and coffee they say they have 24/7 isn't 24/7. Another guest was prostituting a girl out in plain sight. Not to mention the guests being allowed to drink in the front of the hotel leaving beer cans everywhere. The hotel doesn't feel the safest with people sitting in cars for hours in the parking lot, don't believe they were guest. Not to mention everyone was getting bit by something, not sure if it was bedbugs or what. This is not a hotel I would recommend expecially with kids. I don't usually write reviews but felt the urge to write it on this one.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by an extremely foul and unbearable smell—like sewage or worse. It was so bad that it became difficult to breathe. Unfortunately, since we checked in very late at night, it wasn’t possible for us to leave immediately and find another hotel. We somehow managed to get through the night, but just as we were about to leave the next morning, the bed suddenly cracked and collapsed onto the floor. It was extremely dangerous, and we were lucky this didn’t happen while we were sleeping—it could have caused serious injuries. When we informed the front desk, they initially told us we would be charged for the broken bed, even though it was clearly due to the poor quality and condition of their furniture. Thankfully, they later admitted it was their fault and didn’t charge us. To make things even worse, the entire room, including the bathroom, was filthy and clearly not sanitized. We were honestly scared to use the bathroom because it seemed like a health hazard. We had booked the room for two nights but checked out first thing the next morning. This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

It should be illegal for properties to hire fake reviewers and old pictures because that has to be the case here. This place was a filthy example of a hotel. The people that "work" there were extremely rude and could not care less that they or I were there. They literally never got off their phones. The place was filthy in the common areas and the room. The bathroom was disgusting and they had used toilet paper rolls laying on the back of the toilet. I can only imagine how many people have touched those. Water pressure was nonexistent as was the wifi. Room looked like it was redone by the owner who had no business remodeling anything. Tiles were broken and loose on the floor. Mold everywhere there was caulk. Popcorn ceiling was yellow and falling. Bed felt like it was 100 years old. Light switches were not connected to anything. One reason I picked this place was it had a breakfast. The "breakfast" was an individually wrapped mini muffin. Thats it, nothing else. The common areas were disgusting too. There was red fluid on the floor of the elevator the entire time and the nice picture of the breakfast area was full of cases of toilet paper, Lord knows they didnt need it for breakfast.

This is a lower priced hotel so one should not expect too much. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. There was some black mould around the tub. I sometimes get this starting at home and bleach quickly takes care of it. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag so that it would not work. The bathroom door looked like a hole had been bashed in it at some time and the fix was a big lump of some filler that was cracking. A/c unit dirty. Something had been removed from the wall at some point so there was a patch of different coloured paint there. It says breakfast included but all they have for breakfast is a few muffins. Overall price is reasonable, I got a good sleep but the place is looking scruffy.

Wow, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The hotel was dirty and felt unsafe. All night long a TV in a nearby room was blasting. Additionally, in the same room, a dog was barking uncontrollably. Regardless, I was still able to get to sleep. When I woke up, the dog was still barking in the early morning. When I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant he told me it was impossible that a dog was in a nearby room since it “wasn’t allowed.” When I asked to receive a refund for the next four days I had booked since I couldn’t justify staying, I was told I’d only receive a refund for 3 of the 5 nights I booked. Almost 2 weeks later, I’m still calling asking for a refund and each time, I’m told they will call me back. At some point, if I’m unable to resolve this issue I’ll reach out to their HQ, which seems so unnecessary based on a missed opportunity to apologize and seek to rectify the situation.

The room and beds were fine, however NO Wall rack to hang your clothes??Common areas a little run down compared to the other super 8s I stay at. New management has also TAKEN AWAY the breakfast, Yet ALL other Super 8s I stay at still have it, kinda confusing.

There was no breakfast as said. The rooms smelled weird and the WiFi did not work properly. It was ok if you wanted to stay for a short time.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, had a hard time operating the remote, A/C worked great, no place to hang our clothes, no full legnth mirrors or coffee pot in room, continetal breakfast was only a muffin no other food option. and coffee and juice were provided. There was lots of extra activies of the people that was staying there that seems suspicious, people back and forth to cars that would pull in and out , HMMMM??? Though the police did ride through a few times , but people would disappear quickly. There was a semi in the lot that ran all night just outside our window, which would wake us up through out the night, slept with the TV on . This could be a real nice property and I would love to give it a better review if there was just not the riff raff going on there.

This is a lower priced hotel so one should not expect too much. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. There was some black mould around the tub. I sometimes get this starting at home and bleach quickly takes care of it. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag so that it would not work. The bathroom door looked like a hole had been bashed in it at some time and the fix was a big lump of some filler that was cracking. A/c unit dirty. Something had been removed from the wall at some point so there was a patch of different coloured paint there. It says breakfast included but all they have for breakfast is a few muffins. Overall price is reasonable, I got a good sleep but the place is looking scruffy.

First impressions when we pulled into the parking lot was bad. Three people hanging around the main entrance, smoking and staring at us as we parked and walked towards the entrance door to check in. There was a couple camped in the woods next to parking lot. My wife was very intimidated and scared as we walked in the entrance. Stopped at the front desk, employee asks our name and drivers license and proceeds to make to copy of driver's license, I sternly said no copies as I had already done precheck in before getting there including sending a copy of my driver's license and giving credit card info, told employee this and he gave me my ID and the copy made back. The elevator has a bad funky smell. We got the double queen room and in the pics the couch looks bad, and in person it looks worse, we didn't even put suitcases on it. The room itself was fairly nice, but the couch is horrible. My wife wanted to leave so bad but our card was charged and it was 7pm already so I convinced her to let us stay. I've been told I am no longer booking rooms for us.

Wow, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The hotel was dirty and felt unsafe. All night long a TV in a nearby room was blasting. Additionally, in the same room, a dog was barking uncontrollably. Regardless, I was still able to get to sleep. When I woke up, the dog was still barking in the early morning. When I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant he told me it was impossible that a dog was in a nearby room since it “wasn’t allowed.” When I asked to receive a refund for the next four days I had booked since I couldn’t justify staying, I was told I’d only receive a refund for 3 of the 5 nights I booked. Almost 2 weeks later, I’m still calling asking for a refund and each time, I’m told they will call me back. At some point, if I’m unable to resolve this issue I’ll reach out to their HQ, which seems so unnecessary based on a missed opportunity to apologize and seek to rectify the situation.

Property was run down and not very clean. The person checking us in took a copy of my drivers license, which has never happened before at any hotel. Checking a DL for identification is normal, but never a copy. He told me it was policy. Copies of drivers licenses Their good money on the black market. There breakfast was very skimpy. They did offer waffles, but had no butter! Not to impressive with the people hanging around the hotel. Appeared to be two or three different homeless people that were there each day. Didn’t feel real safe. When I returned home, I found that they had double billed me for my room charge. They billed me the day that I checked in, and again the day that I left. I don’t feel the management was very competent nor trustworthy. I will never stay there again.

Had one issue with the people being noisy upstairs called hotel staff and they took care of it promptly it was much appreciated as we were trying to get some sleep. Will not hesitate to stay this property again!

I stay here weekly the staff are very personable and call me by my first name there was a one to two month period where I stayed there 5 sometimes 6 nights a week and I got to see how they handled the hotel from day to day and being somebody that used to be in the hotel business I definitely can appreciate things that are handled in the fashion that they do at this property. It may not be a big name brand hotel but overall for the money it is an absolutely great hotel! Will continue to use this as the hotel I stay at in this area when needed.

I highly recommend not staying here. It was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at nothing word correctly. The toilet ran all night long. The TV didn’t were. The beds were hot as a rock outside was super loud and you could hear all the noises from outside curtains. Don’t even block out the sun super loud in the hotel for one smelled like cigarettes for two smelled like marijuana the overall Roma was terrible the front desk people had no desire to help you. They could not also speak English, which made it even more difficult. They also when asked for help Would just tell you that they have to call somebody first almost rude like when you do ask for help like it was an inconvenience to them. I had two kids with me during the day. Both of them had an extremely hard time sleeping because of this. Elevator was not working there was no signage stating that it wasn’t working either and asked I asked about the elevator. They said they had no idea we had multiple bags to carry up and down with kids. Didn’t offer help or any assistance again highly recommend not staying here unless you’re looking for a party or you don’t care about your sleeping ball cause you won’t be sleeping much here. Some of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on pillows are terrible bedding shower had no water pressure.

2/4/23 awoke to water flooding out of the bathroom ceiling fan! Staff bought huge garbage can but I waited for new room key. Woman at desk says,"We\'ve got multiple problems right now, the elevator is down too so we\'re dealing with that." I said I couldn\'t carry my luggage up/down stairs so my new room needed to be on the same floor. She said, "You\'re checking out in 2.5 hours so we\'re not giving you another room!""How am I supposed to shower?!","Don\'t come at me like that! You get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting anything great but a person sleeping in their car in the parking lot? No remote control or any access to the TV? Loud crash like noises while you’re trying to sleep? I’d say pay a bit more and go elsewhere OR have protection with you and batteries and be prepared to not sleep. The staff was friendly though and the rooms were clean so I’m grateful for that!

There was a group of homeless people in back parking with a fire barrel. The toilet seat was broken, every time I shut door I had to go get key card fixed. Sink was backed up so had to brush teeth with water bottle. For being a smoke free hotel the smell of weed was over the top excessive.

The room and beds were fine, however NO Wall rack to hang your clothes??Common areas a little run down compared to the other super 8s I stay at. New management has also TAKEN AWAY the breakfast, Yet ALL other Super 8s I stay at still have it, kinda confusing.

There was very limited breakfast. Waffles and mini muffins. The juice was good. I had to brush my teeth in the lobby bsthroom since the faucet was wobbly and the sink drained into a bucket. REALLY??!! Not a very good experience.
There was very limited breakfast. Waffles and mini muffins. The juice was good. I had to brush my teeth in the lobby bsthroom since the faucet was wobbly and the sink drained into a bucket. REALLY??!! Not a very good experience.
