Tiffany's Hotel

The only down fall was the room I must of got the worst one. Dirty curtains marks on walls and dusty lamps, lamp shades wasn't on proper and kept moving and the room was really small. Most of the arcade machines didn’t work. I took my son for his birthday because there was arcades there.

Short notice break.Overall good but price of drinks in bar very excessive.

It was not what we expected some of the reception staff not good the hotel floors was unsteady and they changed £30 for car parking the entertainment was not bad but could of been better they shut the bar as soon as the entertainment was over The rooms need updating holes in the walls and scuff marks would not recommend it to any one will not be booking it ever

Booked this hotel as I was playing the rebellion festival… ideal location. Free parking , will be my go to hotel whenever I’m playing in Blackpool again

The hotel was clean , Desk staff were great asked to move to twin room from a double after first night as my husband had a knee replacemethey moved us to a room behind the stage on ground floor , very clean but a bit noisy from bar and stage , but went quiet after 12. Car parking was great , food was excellent, and restaurant manger very friendly and helpful,

Very pleased wirh my two night stay , my Room o.n 3rd floor was very quiet , nice tv to operate facilities excellent, was very pleaed only slight downside was lift wasnt very good only 1 lift for 4 floors , but i am.able to use the stairs

Excellent stay,entertainment, staff couldn't do enough we had room 6 next to reception which was ideal as im disabled would definitely book that room again would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool cant wait to return

No problems at all. Problems because of storm conditions,front door not available and entry via back door not very good If this is to continue as night entrance feel it should be upgraded and doors in 006 005 be sound reduced.

Out-of-date property everything is worn out bed very lumpy pillows very hard. our room was filthy dirty bathroom floor, dirty bath, toilet brush,Don’t think I’ve been clean for a year.

Stayed at this hotel for the Rebellion Festival. Hotel was clean and easy walking distance to Blackpool Winter Gardens. Typically got back late and got up late which was not a problem. Room was clean on arrival and kept tidy every day. Bed was surprisingly comfy as well.

Clean & functional

Shower in the bath and attached to taps. It went from burning hot to freezing. Bed felt like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Room and bathroom not cleaned in 5 days. Windows were filthy. Don't be fooled by the great marketing.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times, usually it's ok. I thought I would have a change and have a sea view room, I wish I had not. It was filthy and had a number of maintenance issues. The room definitely had not been hovered, dusting probably has not been done for months, no wiping down of the chest of drawers or wardrobe. Tiles coming off the walls.The bath has cracks in it and the shower is prehistoric. Door hinge pinge hanging out of the actual hinge itself. Our welcome was great from Jordan but on leaving no one could be bothered to ask how our stay was or if we had any problems. We actually love this hotel but on this occasion very disappointed in our stay. 😞

Room 112 absolutely terrible, ceiling tiles moldy, bathroom dirty. Old pipes making noise like a fog horn every few minutes. The guests in another room partying from 1am until I checked out at 5 am, this was reported to reception but nothing was done. Not a wink of sleep. Will never seat again total waste of money

I am a woman in my mid thirties. I stayed here during the Easter week 2025. The hotel is easy to access, especially if you take the train. It is close to the seaside plus a bus stop. The hotel is within walking distance from the city centre. My room was tiny and my bathroom could barely fit me. Keep in mind that I am just above 5'3" (160 cm). The bed would probably be too small for an average adult man. The room, bathroom and bed were clean. All the furniture in my room was either new or well maintained. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel or attended any events. Hence why I am not commenting it here. The staff did a fantastic job. They helped me call a taxi and made me feel welcome. Keep in mind that English is not my first language.

This old girl is tired. It is an old hotel that shows it age in every way. The staff, meals, and entertainment were top notch. 5 stars The crowd was mostly 60 plus. Ocean view was fantastic. If you are looking for a less expensive Blackpool experience this may be it but at best deserves 2 stars

Floors upstairs in hotel were quite unevev and bumpy they didnt feel flat . I didnt feel safe walking on them Food was good and entertainment.paintwork needs a good clean. Rooms small

Really nice room but a bit cold with no way to heat up and but lovely and clean fantastic entertainment Really helpful staff definitely go back if we go back to blackpool and nice breakfast

Room was nice however being on first floor the music from the bar was incredibly loud until 12am- not great when you have a 10 year old who just wants to go to sleep. We stopped for 2 nights and was the same both nights. Also not great was having to parade through cigarette smoke to enter/exit the hotel. One of the beds was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable and would have benefitted from a new mattress.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel; it does not match the description on the website. We booked here thinking it was a family-friendly hotel with excellent entertainment in the evening. How wrong were we! The hotel is quite antiquated, and the majority of its guests are older than 65! They put us in a room with two young children, right at the top of a staircase that led to the bar area, so the noise from the entertainment was booming and keeping my children awake. The staircase also had lots of foot traffic, which added to the distress! The rooms were dirty and very, very dated; don't be fooled by the images online! The window was broken, and there was scaffolding all up the building; 3 beds were squashed into 1 room, there was no hot water coming from the hot water tap in the sink, and the hot tap leaked down the side of the bath and all over the floor. It really spoilt our trip to Blackpool!

Great stay at Tiffany’s! The room decor was a little tired but it was clean & comfortable. The entertainment was amazing! And the staff super helpful & friendly. Would stay again!

Staff very helpful whenever i needed anything

I was in a single room and the room above myself the occupants did for over an hour in the evening slam doors, lift up and drop beds (I am guessing) back down on to the floor, and literally made as much noice as possible for over an hour I knocked at the rooms on either side of me and asked what they thought about the noice and I then went to reception and reception immediately addressed my concerns and the noise stopped within 10 minutes and was great the rest of night and morning.. Thank you management for that.

Good things were brilliant Entertainment on the two nights we stayed in the hotel and also the Bingo was good as well. Hotel was clean. However what I am disappointed with is we didn't get the best of welcomes feel like the most warmest of welcomes it was quite a cold reception upon checking in and the 2 rooms we had were both running late for checking in which wasn't a great start. What I'm most disappointed in was the breakfast years ago at Tiffany's the breakfast used to be the best ever breakfast ever but You can tell the hotel have done some changes and done some considerable changes which is cost effective to them as a business but as consumers You can tell the breakfast was cheap items infact on the second day we had breakfast it Made Myself and My dad poorly with diarrhoea so we then stuck to cereal and toast for the following two mornings I also came across a piece of mouldy bread which I pointed out to one of the servers who was lovely and couldn't apologise enough. I was also disappointed by the lack of care and attention from the cleaners not replacing towels and bed pillowcases etc which I brought to the receptionists attention and to be fair again lady was lovely and friendly and that was dealt with really quickly. I noticed a lot of dust on lampshade. Despite some disappointments I would stay here again because I have been coming here years and I do feel the bed was comfy and the hotel has a lot of plus points but please to god spend more on breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights and the staff could not do enough for us. The room had been recently refurbished and the whole place was spotless. You could chose to have dinner included but we didn't as we had evening things planned. The entertainment was fantastic with something for everyone. This place is a little gem and we'll worth a visit, we will definitely return.

The property is in a great location, it is a little dated and tired but does provide excellent service, entertainment and breakfast

There is nothing to dislike about tiffanys staff helpful and happy, place is clean and tidy, easy walking distance but tram stop nearly outside if required, food at a very good standard and the cabaret acts and comperes are very very good.

Stayed for bed and breakfast, sea view room was clean and comfortable, and not too small. Buffet breakfast was hot, fresh and plenty of it. Selection of food in the lounge for lunch is also good, and freshly cooked to order. Fantastic evening entertainment every night. All of the staff were so friendly too. There is a tram stop almost right outside the door making it handy for anywhere else in Blackpool you want to go. This is a great hotel for an enjoyable stay. Second year staying for us and will definitely looking to book again for next year.

3rd holiday in Tiffany's, fabulous stay. The staff are great, the buffet breakfast is fantastic. Entertainment nightly, although most of the week this year the singers all done very similar style, except on the Friday night when it was an ABBA tribute who were excellent. Could have done with being a bit more variety, maybe to include 70's and 80's, and not focused mainly on Motown but that's mainly personal taste and didn't detract from the rest of the holiday. Will definitely still be booking again for next year.

Worst hotel experience ever!!! Im disabled but we were put on third floor (lift available to 3rd floor but no chance of getting out in emergency😡). Plus extra stairs req to get to bedroom, builders working left rubbish on stairs = empty pop bottles, zip ties and general debris - trip hazard. Carpets held together with gaffer tape, a definate trip hazard. Water found running through ceiling which I reported and buckets in bar catching water dripping from ceiling - yet another trip hazard. Room was very claustrophobic, no fresh air at all even with window left wide open. Water constantly dripping outside our room all day and all night, with window open this was very annoying and disturbed sleep. Ants found in bedroom and also in dining room on table. Dirty plates, cups and cutlery found in restaurant. Food not always available as advertised, but found food tastier and alot cheaper elsewhere. Coach blocking disabled exit making it difficult to get out, with cones, crates etc blocking the way. Some totally unprofessional staff which was a pity as certain members of staff were very pleasant.

I booked this hotel last minute as I was staying elsewhere in a bad hotel and was so happy with the hotel people was so friendly in reception check in was easy I bold in a single room but they put me in a double room which was lovely and clean and nice temperature food was amazing lovely and hot and the breakfast was great plenty of choice would I stay here again most definitely

Good value for money, food quality, price and options was very good, and the service was good, the weekends entertainment was very good, wouild be good to offer karaoke though . The whoke hotel needs a bit of a makeover in my opinion, but overall we enjoyed our weekends stay, and wouod definitely go back
