Rugs looked filthy on stairs. The elevator was broken. I specifically asked for first floor due to bad hip and knees, I prepaid and they were not able to accommodate me. I had to walk up the stair with my heavy luggage. Staff were friendly and said sorry but did not offer to help me with luggage or ideas.

This place was filthy. The elevator didn’t work and the staff put me on the top floor. I ask to be put on a lower floor due to my bags and was refused. The breakfast was put up early and unavailable by 9am.

The hotel rugs thruout were dirty, stsir railings are encrusted with dirt, only elevator aparantly has been not functioning since September 2024, room rug had a large red stain in it plus it was dirty, bathroom sheetrock around tub was broke and now has black mold on it, door frame to the bathroom has a lot of rust on it,plus the tv did not work. Breakfast choices were asically noexistant. This was a decent hitel at one time, now its simply a dump, stay away people!!!!!

OK for a night. There were people around the parking lot with motorcycles and loud music in the middle of the night. Found a death cockroach on the carpet. No elevator! But we were in transit and needed a place to stay with our kids.

Terrible resort! It’s a disgrace to the Wyndham company. No elevators working. Garbage on staircase where we had to use to get to our room. Bedsheets had holes in them. Burnt light bulbs. Room was dark with patches on the walls. We will never stay at this microtel again in Florence!!👎

This property is the WORST and they had bed bugs which ate me and my handicap son up. Continental breakfast was a joke nothing hot but waffles which I dont eat and there was roaches in the batter. Elevator did not work so I had to stay in a regular rm with a handicap person. The best part of my stay was Sam the afternoon desk person. I will NEVER stay or recommend this facility to anyone

Do not stay here. This should not be on expedia. It looked nice when we went in. Looked clean. Smelled like cleaning products, mostly bleach. On the second night of our stay, we woke up at 1130 pm with roaches all over our beds and the walls. We immediately gathered our things and went to the front desk and showed them the pictures. They only refunded one night of our 3 night stay. We only stayed one night in total. We notified expedia of the situation. Wish i could add photos

From the outside, the hotel looks adorable. When walking in, you’re immediately transported to another hotel. The lobby looks worn down and the smell of cleaning solution seems to just be to cover up the smell of disrepair. Walking through the hotel to our room, there didn’t seem to be a spot that didn’t have a scratch, stain, or some sort of damage. The carpet looked like the only thing it’s ever been cleaned with is a vacuum that is also in disrepair. The room was no better. The chairs were so stained I wouldn’t even sit on them if it was covered with a towel. The room was subject to the landlord special with paint covering outlets, wall repairs done by someone who had clearly never used spackle previously, and just overall dirty looking. Lights didn’t work, outlets didn’t hold plugs, WiFi wouldn’t connect, even the alarm clock looked like it had been through war. Tiles were coming apart, mildew in the shower - I could go on but I think you can understand. I didn’t book with Microtel for high standards or full amenities especially when we just needed a place to sleep for one night but there is a certain level of quality that should come along with booking at a Wyndham property. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The room was gross. The pullout sofa was had dirty sheets and trash underneath. Black spots noted on the bottom side of the cushions when we removed them from the sofa. The bathroom was patched back together after what I assume was a leak. The bathroom was gross. Not sure the last time the floor was mopped. While getting out of our car we were approached by a homeless man asking for money. Don’t recommend this place.

The hotel looked nice on the outside but in the room, it was horribly filthy! You could tell no one had swept around or under the beds! We found 2 pills, the end of a tampon with pill residue all around it, used aluminum foil, a dirty sock, and a dead roach under just 1 of the beds!

Hotel was very worn out well past the time for a remodel. It was for one night but still the worst hotel I been in to in the last 5 years. It was what I imagine a motel 6 is like. It is August in the south it’s humid I know but the whole room felt damp. Hall way smelled bad room was better but still not good. I will be glad to never stay in a Microtel ever again

Hotel was convenient to where i needed to be. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room could use some repair though. The bathtub flexed like the floor might be bad underneath and the shower faucet handle was about to fall off.

Unfortunately, your platform doesn’t allow video uploads—otherwise, you’d clearly hear the issue and torture we endured. The two beds in the room directly above ours squeaked loudly all night long. Every time the guests upstairs rolled over or got up to use the bathroom, there was an unmistakable, piercing squeak that kept us awake. I recorded 12 videos, all with audio, between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM documenting the constant noise. I reported this to the manager at checkout, but he showed little concern. For reference: Room 209 should never be booked if Room 309 is occupied. And honestly—who still buys spring mattresses for a hotel in this day and age? Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this hotel.

The shelf next to the bed was half hanging off the wall. The lobby and every room, hallway and seating area hand its own unique smell and none of them good. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the TV in the next room better than my own. Then after midnight the entire building vibrates with a audible hum. It wouldn't take much for this hotel to come together and be really good but as of right now its a massive disappointment.

I used my credit card for deposit when checking in on check out I was told the deposit will be refunded 3-5 days. On the 4th day I called about my refund on my credit card and they said it wasn’t refunded and they refunded it just now. If I hadn’t checked in it I would of never gotten it. Do cash deposits so you don’t run into this issue I have to wait another 3-5 days for my deposit from a week ago.

The room was fine but the supposed breakfast was abysmal. The gentleman on reception was unfriendly and rude. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel but very disappointed this time.

They put me on the 3rd floor knowing the elevator was out so I had to struggle to get all my luggage up the stairs. Very outdated, the staff isn’t friendly at all.

There staff was absolutely the rudest most disgusting ever. The evening clerk went to the restroom with the door wide open...just standing there urinating.....the 1st room they gave me had horrendous black mold.....the 2nd room they gave me was occupied when i keyed in at 1am !! The last room was a king and they made me move out 1st thing in the morning but had no other queens which i had already paid for....refused to let me stay and refused to refund my money for the night. They literally stole my money. Ive never felt so degrated by men in my life. The way they talked down to me... treated me.... urinated in front of me.... just an awful traumatice experience...and still no refund.

They gave the key to my room to another guest whom walked in on me. I didn’t feel safe and left. Then they argued at me when I asked for a refund. Money hungry DONOT STAYHERE!!!!!!!!!!! No refund either! Didn’t apologize didn’t care! They stated because I was in the room already it was considered dirty! People when I say don’t stay here DONOT STAY HERE. Pay a little extra ad go else where!

OK for a night. There were people around the parking lot with motorcycles and loud music in the middle of the night. Found a death cockroach on the carpet. No elevator! But we were in transit and needed a place to stay with our kids.

The room was gross. The pullout sofa was had dirty sheets and trash underneath. Black spots noted on the bottom side of the cushions when we removed them from the sofa. The bathroom was patched back together after what I assume was a leak. The bathroom was gross. Not sure the last time the floor was mopped. While getting out of our car we were approached by a homeless man asking for money. Don’t recommend this place.

We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and were so excited for the waffles! Breakfast was not as advertised. No waffles, no fruit, no oatmeal or grits. Two cereals, a couple of muffins and some bread is all that was available. Next time we’ll stay somewhere else - waste of a stay.

The lights went out for 3 hours. The generator did not come on. And the hotel did not give a refunds or discounts. The showerhead was not fixed in our room prior, housekeeping did not clean, they’re cheap on towels, and the breakfast is okay.

Good for an 8-hour stop, but your kids will be disappointed with the breakfast! -- The beds & linens were very nice and the mattresses were thick & comfortable. The rooms looked good on the surface, but the carpets, walls, and bathrooms could all use a deep cleaning. There were chips on the walls and some other things needed maintenance. The breakfast is very limited & runs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. every day - but on our trip, they closed it at 8:55 a.m. -- on a Sunday! The front desk staff were nice and helpful, at least. Overall, I'd stay here again for the price and the beds, but not take a family here, even for a road-trip stop hotel.

A 3 floor hotel without a working elevator. Filthy interior hallway carpets. Carpet inside the room not much better. Water stains on ceiling, overall maintenance is poor. Very limited breakfast choices, waffle maker not working, no proteins available. You get what you pay for.

The Room/hotel was safe and very clean. The staff was friendly. I do Recommend staying at this hotel. The only issues I experienced was that my room was on the 1st floor near the front lobby and I could hear everyone and everything outside my door. Also the continental breakfast was very very disappointing. It was just dry cereal, muffins, cofee, and juice.

As long as I’ve been living this is the first time I have ever stayed in a handicapped room. Very spacious and clean no complaints there. The only “constructive criticism” I have is the breakfast didn’t have much of an option as far as warm real food. Cereal is always my go to anyway which they have but just having packets of grits and oatmeal I still left with a happy belly. Would absolutely come back!!!

It had all your necessities, but no amenities. Breakfast was very basic to basically cereal, bread, yogurt, and fruit. Some employees were helpful and others weren’t rooms were clean and sheets were very clean. Overall, if you just need a place to stay for a small amount of time, it was great. Location is awesome but could really use updates and a good pressure washing.
