Comfort Suites Florence I-95

We did not stay for breakfast, The room was clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom were good. This was a one night stay during a roadtrip. We were very happy with this hotel.

Everything about my experience at this property was awesome! The room was spotless, the grounds were comfortable, the pool was clean and nicely heated and the staff was veey professional and friendly! Angela, who checked me in, was very knowledgeable about the area and restaurants and was exactly the type of employee that makes you feel welcomed! I would highly recommend

Nice hotel, good price, I will stay again

The Comfort Suites I-95 Florence convinced me never to stay in a Choice property ever again. I had been a loyal Choice Privileges member some years ago but began noticing their hotels just aren't maintained well. Too many bad experiences convinced us to switch to another chain. But we decided to try this relatively new Comfort Suites anyway. We regretted it. We were given a wheelchair accessible room although we hadn't reserved one. The AC wasn't working until we discovered it wasn't even plugged in. One bed had a sheet with a hole. The toilet was running when we got to the room and required a handle-jiggle to refill and shut off. There were no handtowels or bath mat. The bathtub stopper was loose and sitting on the sink counter. The in-room coffee maker was in a tray on the bathroom sink counter with water under the tray that had stained the counter. The breakfast was among the worst I ever had. The coffee was lukewarm and there wasn't any half-and-half or creamer other than Hazelnut Coffeemate. The staff clearly doesn't care. Check-in took too long while the desk clerk left the front desk to get extra towels for another guest. She obviously didn't care when I called down about the AC before we discovered it was unplugged.

I was a little disappointed with my stay, bed was comfortable but bed frame was broken. Waited until 6:30 to have breakfast and no coffee. The receptionist was very rude.
