Grand Marina Suite - Poolside & Waterfront Condo

Beautiful location and really nice layout

Frying pans need to be updated. Some salt and pepper at least could be put in the unit. Better directions on getting to the location (it's a little tricky - google maps gives wrong information so giving clear directions is even more important. Some general information written out in a binder would have been nice (restaurant hours, location of fitness center, key car for pool area does not work....). But all in all it's a great spot and we were happy to have rented it.

Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean. We were drawn to this location for the parking availability, proximity to KW, and being at a marina there were always boats to watch. The beach at the condo was good although it could have used some tidying, there had just been a period of king tides so I imagine that brought debris in. We didn’t swim there due to jellyfish - not the venomous kind, these upside down jellies can irritate the skin a bit. Not a big deal since the pool is so nice! We did sit on the beach a few times in the Adirondack chairs they provided. The condo had plenty of towels, a keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The host left a few dishwasher pods, kcups, etc for us which was much appreciated. We’d stay here again! I just wish pets were allowed so we could bring our dog next time, she’d love it

We selected this condo for its location, cost and amenities; all met or exceeded our expectations. Super nice, clean and quiet. We'll be back!

Wow! We can’t say enough great things about this rental! We travel to KW often and enjoy staying away from Old Town so the location was perfect. We still made it to Harpoon Harry’s for breakfast every morning since it’s such a short drive. The pool, beach and gym were all the amenities we could ask for along with the views with boat traffic to watch. The condo was very clean and the two master bedrooms were perfect for our group. Communication with the host was above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again!
