Room and property old and in major need of renovation. Smelled terrible in the lobby (like a broken pipe) and smelled like cigarette smoke and cat urine in the room. All of the gym equipment is broken. Literally, every piece of circa 2000 gym equipment and they only had 2, 3 lb dumbbells.

Overall it was quite good. The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but stopped too early at 9am. The 24-hour hotel airport shuttle was a lifesaver as there were no taxis available for my 1am arrival. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned at all during our nearly week long stay. We had to request additional toilet paper and toiletries. These were delivered but the rest of the room was untouched. I don’t know if theirpolicy is for cleaning upon request only, but even hotels that practice that automatically clean every 2-3 days. The property has changed hands a couple of times since it’s days as a Best Western & I think the new owners are finding their way. Hopefully things will improve.

Vending machines were dilapidated, one completely out of order. Lobby was rundown, barely clean enough. Part of it was under construction. The hallways were also rundown with dirty carpet. The room: Upon entering, the air was musty and dank. Towels were haphazardly sitting on the rack above the toilet, I did not use them. The tub & shower had pock marks with poor lighting I could see runoff from whatever may have been sprayed upon it, I did not use it. The top cover of the bed had hair on it, the next blanket layer underneath had multiple blood stains and the sheets themselves did not feel entirely clean. The only positives: the vanity sink and microwave were clean and the air conditioning worked to perfection. Shangri-La it was not. How Wyndham added this place to their book of properties I will never know.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was good and hot. No shortage of food. Wasn't there long enough to use the pool but it looked nice and well kept. It was close to the highway so easy off and on. Several restaurants within walking distance.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in! The staff was kind, the breakfast was well stocked throughout the morning, and the pool was great! (The pool is a little cold, but it was nice after a long day!) Great location, it's close to everything!

The hotel is very old and out dated. My 1st room smelled like mildew and was very strong. I kept the 2nd room, but also smelled maybe like stale smoke. The hallways also smelled. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was great.

As soon as you walked in the building, it smelled like straight poop, idk if someone’s toilet got clogged or the entire place was having a plumbing issue but it smelled like crap on both floors. Just pungent….. I wouldn’t go back for any reason.

There was dried blood and a large stain of pee or some other body fluid on the comforter! So disgusting! I told the front desk & showed them pics when I checked out (I noticed this when going to bed late so I tossed it on the ground and slept with just a sheet) and they were complacent and acted like they couldn't care less. If this is the level of care and cleanliness, I am grossed out to think what else was overlooked. The floors throughout the hotel are old and dirty and the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors say and do...even at 4am when they answer their phone. I wouldn't stay here again. Not clean!

Me and my 3 kids as well as my husband stayed at this hotel for a futsal event. Little did we know that it would ruin the trip for us. We were forced to wear socks at all times due to the floors being filthy. At the end of each day, our socks would be disgusting by how dirty the floor was. This was bearable. When we were going to sleep, we found bedbugs in our kids beds and immediately left the hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel because of the inconvenience it caused us and panic we felt cleaning our clothes praying that we didn’t bring any bedbugs back home.

First the luggage carts all had at least one broken wheel. The TV had a huge horizontal line through the picture and was incredibly fuzzy. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc were all half empty. The bathroom we very dirty, mold in the corner of the tub. No working fan in the bathroom made the whole room humid when I showered (while wearing sandals bc it was gross).Had to kill at least 2 hugs. None of outlets on the lamps worked. I had to move the bed to get to the outlet behind it in order to charge my phone. Being on the 1st floor with the smoking patio outside my window made my whole room smell like cigarette smoke. The carpet felt gritty under my feet. The staff was kind and check in went easy. But the upkeep of the rooms and amenities was severely lacking.

The elevator felt like it was going to literally fall apart. Then we were getting ready to go to bed and a syringe with a needle fell out from under the bedding no more than 3 inches from my foot. I went to the front desk and the night staff woman was amazing and she moved us to a new room since that was all she could do. Then in the morning at the front desk I heard “I’ll let my manager know so we can keep that in mind for later, a kid could have gotten hurt” what about me?? from the lady mind you who was supposed to be the manager. we wanted a refund because we no longer felt safe after that and never got one. We were so disgusted and felt so unsafe that we just left without fighting it anymore.

The highway noise is constant. Do NOT get an outside room. Key cards failed after first day. Nice looking indoor pool ( though I didn’t use ) The center courtyard and outside are weedy and unkempt.

They sent me a link to check in online, so I did in order to save time, but when I arrived it took even longer than normal to check in at the hotel. And they needed all the same info that the online check-in did. The hotel needs some serious maintenance.

Hotel has changed ownership. It is not Best Western any more. Now AmericInn. Good breakfast, nice pool, clean, nice rooms, fridge and microwave are great features. TV not very good. Seems like antenna stations. Constantly freezing. They need in-room safes.

My husband, son, and I stayed 1 night. The hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly! Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. The included continental breakfast was good! There were plenty of items to choose from. The only complaint we have is the the pool was not very warm. It's a menial complaint compared to our great stay! We will be back!

The staff at the check in was very short and vague with me, rude attitude, and tried to deny that I had a room available, even tho I had booked it online prior to coming. After he finally listened to me and took my verification from my email and looked up my room so I could pay, was rude telling me to put my card in the reader when the card wasn’t even on. He continued to have an attitude towards me as if the card reader not being on was my fault. Also the vending machines for the drinks were completely empty.

Enjoyed this hotel It was quiet and close to the express way. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent however the hot items had no variety. Same thing for 3 days. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again.

It was a good stay at an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable. When we got down to breakfast there wasn’t a lot left. I think we got down there around 8:40. There were no eggs and hardly any other items. Another man asked about eggs, and they were brought out and nice and hot. All in all it was a good stay and we would stay again.

When I booked they did not tell us the pool wasnt open..it should be noted on their site..that is one of the reasons we booked there..the rooms were nice and clean..the breakfast could have been better..coffee was out..no butter sometimes..there was no cream cheese..only once..the guy wasnt doing a very good job..
