We stay here several times a year. The pool and hot tub always work, and being open from 6am-11pm mgives a lot of opportunity to enjoy them.

Perfect location to get to Buffalo Airport. Friendly staff, very helpful navigating the area. Shuttle to airport is very convenient. Pool, fitness center, hotel is nicely renovated. We could still smell the fresh paint like new car smell.:) Overall, awesome.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The GM was there and has a great sense of humor and rapport with his staff. The breakfast and other meals were delicious. The cook was very friendly. Great bar as well. We loved the pool and hot tub.

All staff were polite. The hotel was quiet and updated. Room was comfortable. Parking was easy. The shuttle was timely. There is a small bar and ample seating. I left prior to breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Very convenient.

Wonderful front desk staff. Friendly and informative. The pool is gorgeous, clean and plenty of towels. We changed hotels in the area so we could use the pool. Breakfast was not included, not a game changer but would have been nice. Quiet property across the road from the airport. My young niece was concerned about hearing planes all night. We didn’t hear a single one. Overall though,clean, quiet, up to date and convenient we had a great stay!

Very conveniently located near airport and highway, ample and well lit parking, check in and check out very quick and friendly, very spacious room with lots of rom to stretch out for the family. Large walk-in shower, everything about the stay here was great. There’s also an in house buffet option or a McDonald’s next door for easy breakfast for the kids. Hilton Garden Inns deliver good value and a comfortable stay, and this property was consistent with that experience.

Booked a room for my mom and so the kids could use the pool. The pool was so warm and clean. The staff were so friendly! The bed was comfy and the room was spotless!

Bugs coming out of bathroom sink, previous guests’ chapstick under bed, i killed about fibe bug and left them in the sink…after “cleaning” they were still there. Housekeeping didn’t leave new towels and one day didn’t even make the bed. Trash was emptied and room called clean. I complained about the bugs and someone knocked on our door to check it out at 11pm. I asked that they come back in the morning and they never did. I stressed the issues upon checkout and was told the manager would be informed and would most likely contact me. No call or email. For what I paid for a Hilton I would have been better off going to a less reputable hotel.

Not the cleanest Hilton we’ve stayed in and the room had a several things broken/not working. TV never turned on or connected to the remote, metal on hand rail in shower broken, light above shower broken (strobe light effect due to malfunctioning bulb), and the cabinet door to the fridge completely fell off when we opened it the first time. The hotel is centrally located to pretty much everything in the area and right across from the airport. So, that was a plus.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hallways, room, lobby were spotless. The room was very comfortable. The dining options were excellent and well priced. Very glad I chose this hotel.

I would like to start by saying that every single staff member we encountered during our stay was lovely and very helpful. We booked this stay overnight to travel early morning from the airport. The shuttle service was convenient and on time both there and returning. The pool was fun for the kids and clean. I gave this hotel a 2 star overall review because the room was filthy. I understand some renovations are happening and can certainly understand outdated rooms but this room was not clean. The carpet is stained and filthy, the towels were stained yellow in places, the chair has stains all over it and the walls had so much dust that I could see it. Honestly just gross.

The hotel is really outdated. When you enter your room it smells like cigarette smoke and mildewy. The carpet smelled like it was wet and it didnot dry properly. Laying down the pillows were damp and smelled mildewy as well. I would not recommend this place. The staff however was very friendly and nice. I did not enjoy my stay.

It was a excellent week-end getaway with my woman and without the kids. We got an excellent deal on the jr. suite room. Room was very spacious,clean and the sound proofing was no joke (didn't hear a peep). Breakfast was buffet style and cooked to order(eggs weren't just sitting there) A+++++

Booked a night at this hotel and we were given a room on a floor full of kids that kept running and screaming in corridors like no tomorrow. Woke us up several times in the middle of the night. Hotel amenities are pretty dated.

Fresh, clean, and welcoming from the lobby to our room! The room was spacious, stylish, spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious. The worst Hilton garden you’ll find. First room I was given had hairs all through the bed. Next room had a lukewarm/chilly shower, although I didn’t change rooms again. The room was clean enough, but the furniture was beat up, and the shower and shower head look like they’ve been there since 1985. The hallways were rough and the carpets are coming up to the point they are tripping hazards. If you booked a motel 6 and got this you’d be satisfied. If you booked a Hilton garden expecting a Hilton garden you’ll be disappointed.

The desk staff rearranged the rooms so our group would be together and offered transportation accommodation to make the early morning trip to the airport quick and easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This is the worst hotel service I have ever experienced. I was charged $250 penalty for the medicine I used. Because the medicine looks like a cigarette. And the hotel manager threatened to charge my credit card $500 penalty when I called to explain it was not a cigarette but a traditional medicine for stomach pain. The manager was terribly rude to international travelers who have different culture and lifestyle with her.

The issue i had was with the front desk. Upon my arrival I walked in and stood in line to be checked in. The front desk clerk was speaking with another employee about personal matters for at least 5 minutes. she looked at me on several occasions and kept talking to her coworker. After the 5 minutes i interrupted and asked if i could check in. The front desk clerk then said ‘ oh you want to check in”. I asked her why do you think I’m standing here. At this point she immediately got an attitude and refuse to even look at me. Customer service skills sucks. Ive always held ur establishment in high regards. If you look at who checked me on my recent stay, this would be your culprit

Quick overnight stay in Buffalo area. Very nice and clean hotel next to airport. Room was pretty quiet despite being near airport. Very friendly staff and lobby breakfast area looked nice and inviting. Would stay there again.

Ideal spot adjacent to Buffalo - Niagara airport. Clean and very quiet despite continuous air traffic across the street. Literally a 5-minute drive to rental car turn-in. Free coffee in the lobby around the clock. Two-minute walk to McDonald's next door.

We stayed here Easter weekend to see a hockey game at Keybank Center. The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained. It was not loud considering it's directly across from the airport. We were able to pick the room we wanted on the Hilton app the day before, so we picked the 5th floor at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevator. The lady at the front desk was lovely and our check in was easy and quick. We prepaid for breakfast through Expedia which was a great deal. We were there Easter morning and the staff at the restaurant - Marie (server) and the Polish Chef - were amazing and the food was delicious! The pancakes and potatoes are a must-try! We even got to try special Polish Easter Bread. Thank you for your hospitality! We had dinner at the American Grill the night before and the food was delicious then too - we had the wings, BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Kid's burger (bigger than most Canadian adult burgers) and Kids Grilled Cheese. We used the pool for a bit too before the hockey game and our kids loved it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Very overpriced/ over rated for what it was! Flat uncomfortable pillows, hair on bed sheets upon arrival, pizza from hotel restaurant and pepperoni was burnt to crisp, I asked for discount on it, got 15% off a 20 4 slice pizza that was disgusting. Pop was also watered down. Breakfast was not worth the price either, save your $ and go to Bob Evan’s or Cracker Barrel. Pool area was a joke! Loud unattended kids running all over and splashing.

Excellent service and attention. Friendly and courteous staff, regardless of race! Clean and spacious rooms, the restaurant's breakfast food is delicious, the open bar is spectacular, everything is very good. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was very punctual and pleasant. We traveled from Miami to Buffalo to go to the concert Laufey in the Anphitheater Hautauqua. My daughter and I love everything 💝
