This is a decent hotel, room was very clean and staff very nice. The carpet in the room had a large tear in the entry hall that has obviously been there for a while. In addition and most concerning is the exterior walkway around the front of the hotel which is severely degraded in many parts. Even at the entry is a fairly large defect in the concrete. I saw at least two people in wheelchairs at this hotel and I know the walkway would have been dangerous for them, or someone with a walker. A significant trip hazard and something that should be remedied soon.

Heater made a really high pitched buzzing when it turned on. Had to slam the bathroom door because it was very warped and it wouldn’t lock. Had a two bedroom suite with a pull out couch and 4 of us and the room only had towels and wash cloths for two. Including coffee maker. There was rust on the towel rack. The Jucuzzi is no more

Have stayed at this hotel in the past and was happy with it. It definitely needs some maintenance. The hot tub has been shut down permanently. The breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 on Sat which doesn't work when you're leaving earlier than 8. The currains were off the rail. The rooms need a refresh. Ice maker not working on all floors.The attached restaurant is a plus.

I’ve stayed here before and it was great. However this time, the hot tub was broken and the key card system was broke. So every time we needed into our room someone from the front desk had to let us in. They just asked which room number and opened the door. Didn’t check ID or verify it was your room. We checked out early because we didn’t feel like our room was secure.

Upon arrival, we found out that the room keys were not working so the staff had to unlock our room every single time we needed to get in. They had to do this for everyone staying at the hotel. We were not informed of the situation prior to our check in and talking with the staff they mention this issue has been happening for months. The staff did what they could to help us but it was extremely inconvenient to stay there.

It is really run down. There were tears in the carpet, the beds were sagging, the hot tub wasn't working, their card machine for room key cards had been broken for a month so they had to let you into your room every time you left. We forgot something and had someone traveling with us ask to be let into our room to get it, the front desk just let them in, didn't check id or call us or anything, just let them into our room. Breakfast was ok and the front desk guy was nice.

Things were okay - as expected for a budget hotel - until the morning when I found bed bugs in my bed! While waiting to check out and inform the front desk, I discreetly told a housekeeping staff member who was standing nearby. She appeared concerned and wrote down my room number and apologized. When the reception staff member was off the phone, the housekeeper informed her but the girl couldn't have cared less. She didn't even apologize, much less offer to inform the manager or provide any sort of compensation. Perhaps it's so routine she wasn't surprised...

The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our room didn't seem ready at all. Walked in and the toilet seat was up with pee and paper still in it. The toilet bowl was dirty, someone else's food was still in the fridge and the ottomon was really (really) gross. I took photos to show staff but apparently they couldn't issue a refund because we had booked through Expedia. So when we booked tonight, we bypassed Expedia and went direct to the hotel site. We paid over $200 for a room that wasn't clean. We're disappointed in the room but the staff was very kind.

Overall, a nice hotel. Staff is outstanding. Room left something to be desired. There was something that was splashed on the wall by the bed that has never been cleaned and the carpet was pretty stained as well. Walls must be very thin, we were on the second floor and we could hear people downstairs talking at 4am.

Stay was okay. Missing shower curtain. Bed had to bars sticking out that were covered with the bed skirt and isn’t very safe, I hit my leg twice with the bars and it hurt. The room floor was damp by the a/c. Room was muggy even with the a/c on.

Every staff member I encountered from front desk check in to checking out was very friendly and made it a point to ask pertinent questions to get to know me as a guest. The room itself was not great, smelled moldy and noted water damage on the ceiling around the window. The bed was hard as a rock. Noise from surrounding rooms was loud. The hotel is old and needs updated.

Key cards were down and was told they’re obsolete. Been down almost 2 months. Front desk had to let us in to room each time. First room, reeked of urine, wasn’t cleaned, had dirty diapers. Second room - front desk barged in at midnight and argued we weren’t suppose to be in that new room. Another guest was let into our room without our authorization. Main door was loose and rattled when other doors in hallway were opened/closed. I have never felt less safe in a hotel. We have issued a complaint with the hotel corporate office

I thought the price was quite high for the property’s condition. It was all very mediocre. Check in staff was great! So was a staff member from Louisiana I chatted with. Unfortunately there was a young woman behind the desk who was so rude( never a greeting, nothing)!

Had read mixed reviews so we were skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised- room was clean, front desk person very nice, pool open. The on site restaurant was great! The chair in the room had a small stain on the arm, but barely noticeable. It was a very nice stay for a hotel in this price range.

Nice location great restaurant next to the hotel I would give it a full five stars but if I have one more morning with crappy hotel eggs I might end my life. Someday someone will come up with a better option than the traditional scrambled eggs at every hotel I've ever stayed at. I don't understand any review less than a perfect score, that I've seen down below. Our experience was five out of five. Very attractive property to drive up on. Very well maintained building and property. Even though there should be noise from the street and we had a ground level front room, we heard no noise. Had a good night's sleep in a very comfortable and clean room. They maintain the property inside and out, so well, that we have no complaints. As for the continental breakfast... it was not... it was so much more than that. Bacon, smoked sausage and sausage links were provided, as well as omelets and baked-cubed-spiced potatoes plus then all of the other fare that would normally accompany a continental breakfast. Nice! I took some photos after we already used the room, so it's not in the perfect condition that we found it. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Carpet clean, bedding and linens clean, surfaces of all sorts and shower clean. It's a good thing we listened to a gas station attendant twenty miles earlier, because he said, "Don't stay in the...", places that we had in mind. He sent us here.

A couple issues lying in wait for a law suit. Front sidewalk a drastic need of repair. Carpet buckled next to 2nd floor elevated as you turn to go down hall. Breakfast is not very good.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I really only had two “complaints”: the tub is much taller than I’m used to, and I stubbed my toes more than once. My fault, I know. The second is the elevators had a pretty nasty smell, but it was also 102° and the humidity was nasty.
