Filthy and falling apart. Shower was so disgusting no way I would use it. Beds rock hard and carpets dirty. Floor uneven. TV did not work. Was for an overnight concert with the guys so it was suitable but no way I’d bring a family or friend

Budget is as budget does. Glad I didn't pay more than I did. My room was ready when I arrived around 1:00pm but they still charged me to check in early. "It's policy" I was told. I've been part of the hospitality industry for over 30 years and that charge is BS. Also, I reserved an accessible room. The shower barely had room to move. NOT ACCESSIBLE! No grab bars for the toilet. NOT ACCESSIBLE. The TV remote didn't work. I ordered pizza from the attached restaurant. I was told I would be called when it was ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my done pizza before I walked back to my room with it. Again, I understand that I get what I pay for but I've stayed in similar priced accommodations and could be assured of the necessary fixtures for someone like myself with disabilities. Will never stay here again.

The door stuck closed you basically had to pry it open, the tv didn’t work even after I called the front desk twice and went down in person as well, the fridge smelled like mold, the shower head was barely hanging on it was unusable, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes and was really sketchy. I could hear people yelling and arguing all night. The floor felt like it was about to cave in the second floor. The beds squeaked like nails on a chalkboard with just a deep breath. I think I got just under 2 hours of sleep I was so uncomftorble. I told the guy at the desk I will never go back! It needs shut down.

Price: it's a cheap stay so if you're right on money it's going to be your best bet of the horrid on the area and it's now than likely going to be a step above. The live plants in the lobby and the familiar faces behind the desk make it feel s little more comfortable in comparison. Staff it's normally pretty friendly and if there's an issue they normally fix it as best they can. Clesnliness: it's not as 5 star joint. Period. It's old and dated abs it's not in the best part of town by any means. So the patrons here aren't going to give a place the respect it deserves. Not gonna lie the first time i stayed here there was vomit in the room that didn't get cleaned up, which should have been my write to run away.. but i have them a chance to fix it abs they did with limited kick back from the front desk person. He's not there any more by the way. Amenities: pretty much non existent. They give the bare minimum as far as tiny bottles of soap go. So don't count on having a couple extra to treasure with you. It's 1 of each you gotta ask for more. But that's disappointing considering the whole point of staying in a hotel is not than just not sleeping outside. Lol. But again you get what you pay for. There aren't many wot l places you can count on getting a room from at this price. They will offer support early check in if you arrive in the middle of the night for a fraction of the price of an entire additional night, but do not ruin it for the rest of us.
