This place had no amenities - the pool is cemented over, the poor front desk person did not have a lot of information about the area, or even what the "hotel" had to offer. No fresh coffee - no decaf at all. Room was not well cleaned and the bedding was quite old/used.

Everything was ok, staff nice to work with, has vending machines and a bar and does make hot food menu.. Clean organized, didn't see any bugs... Ice machine, can pop machine, clean towels and toiletries...

Pros: good location, inexpensive, a few slot machines, friendly & helpful staff. Cons: run down, no soundproofing (can hear all neighbors)

You get what you pay for. We stayed here for a quick overnight trip so we didnt have to drive through the night. It was about $50. Receptionists were pretty good. Somewhat nice. Floors creaked. Bed and pillows werent the most comfortable. Shower was tiny. Bathroom window was cracked. Bed was also creaky. TV was tiny and you had to punch tv channels instead of channel up or down. No elevator either. But I believe it was only two floors.

Housekeeper wouldn\'t take "NO" for an answer up to 4x per day, repeatedly came into the room when i was gone and eventually stole money from my room. Management was informed and did not show any concern nor attempt any correction. Also, there is no breakfast, no water pressure, no toiletry refills nor elevator.

My expectations for budget hotels are very low. I definitely am willing to overlook problems that are merely cosmetic. I totally understand that staffing is an issue and some services might not be up to par right now. I'm just looking for a place to sleep on my way to someplace else. That said, this hotel was the worst I have stayed at in several years. The pictures in the listing are quite deceiving. There is no breakfast room. There wasn't even a grab-and-go breakfast the day we stayed. (The free breakfast that was advertised was one of the main reason I chose this hotel over several other nearby establishments.) The pool has been filled in. There was no table lamp on the night stand between the beds. There was no refrigerator in the room. Worst of all was the bathroom. The bathmat was so threadbare it had numerous holes in the fabric. The GFCI outlet apparently gets tripped frequently so the lights in the bathroom often don't work. There was no cover on the toilet so whenever it was flushed aerosolized water sprayed all over. There was a light, grimy, yellow film all over the walls. It was pretty gross. The morning staff person was only minimally apologetic about the lack of breakfast and didn't seem to understand why I was not happy with the bathmat when I brought it to her attention. The one bright spot was the evening staff person when I checked in on April 7. He was very friendly and personable. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid.

Key card wouldn't work on some exterior doors to get into the building. Desk attendant told me :Yeah, that happens sometimes. Did you try all of the doors?" Would sure be nice to enter the door closest to my room. Entire motel smelled of smoke and must, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Bathroom light didn't work. Door trim that holds safety lock was missing. I will not be staying at this motel again.

The night stand had trash from the last guest that had the room. The baseboard on the door was pulled away from the door. The key cards kept resetting. The bar was nice and the food was good as well as the service.

Place is NOT clean at all. Sheets were dirty, floor hadnt been mopped. Asked for a clean set of sheets, only to find that they were just as dirty as the ones on the bed. Manager stated that they didnt have proper housekeeping staff. Thats glaringly apparent. Ended up getting a full refund and booking another hotel at 1130 at night.

My stay here was annoying, I should have read the reviews but I was in a rush and just needed somewhere to stay. There were bugs everywhere, blood on the sheets, stains on the curtains, hair on the wall/doors/shower/toilet. The water smelled like urine and the hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. I didn’t even stay for the duration of my booking and would like a refund.

After checking in our non pet room smelled badly of wet dog or something similar. They moved us to another room and when we checked under the sheets they were dirty and the mattress protector looked like it might have never been cleaned before. We left around mid night cause we weren’t going to sleep in that nasty bed. Also my wife saw a needle in the parking lot. It is very sketch looking around this hotel.

Cockroaches, cigarette burns on blankets, pillows and curtains, stained bedding, the list could go on. extremely unsafe area as well. non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

Location was in a sketchy area, Hallways and Room was very smelly, there was a few bugs around the room. Floor was wet like underneath the carpet. I couldn’t stay the 4 nights let alone 1! Needs better taken care of or needs to be shut down!

Literally would give zero stars. Do not stay here. Bugs scurried immediately as we entered the room. No soap, one towel. Whole place smelled like urine and BO. Fridge smelled of dead fish. Smoke detector wrapped in plastic and not even connected. We found somewhere else to stay and are expecting a refund.

Dirty, blood on sheets, bug in bed, noisiest motel I've ever been in. Breakfast was delivered in a sack. How Sleazy! I have stayed for years on a weekly basis at the ABVI in Rapid City, South Dakota and it would run rings around this dump. Their breakfast was, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, toast, hot coffee, tea, juice. This dump just delivered breakfast in a paper bag. I've stayed in motels for 42 years while engaged in my vocation and never experienced such poor accommodations.

No fire alarm room. Kings size bed moved when setted on foot of bed. Exposed fan blades in bathroom. Will not stay again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. But that doesn't make up for the condition of the hotel. Older motel that needs a lot of TLC. One of our rooms had a hole in the wall behind the door (where someone slammed it, but wasn't repaired), another room, the door handle came off in our hand.

Room was clean, but somewhat small.

They do not maintain the ac units. When I walked into the room I could tell the a/c wasn't working right. After a few minutes I pulled the filters and they literally had 1/2 inch of dust and dirts on them. I cleaned them and the a/c worked fine. The entire building was hot and miserable.

Hot conditions: room AC needs to be running, I had to plug in and wait for room to cool down, not convenient when you’ve been on the road traveling all day. Bathroom: looks dingy, 2x4 holding sink in place looks like shoddy workmanship. Fan cover dangling from opening. Room: didn’t find any bugs, but while conducting room search for them, the perimeter of the room, especially behind the end table and bed needs to be vacuumed and walls wiped down.

Room very small

Staff at front desk was very nice and friendly and check in easy. Room is well used but clean and had normal items, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Problem 1, the hallways had a very strong smell. Problem 2 internet was so weak in my room that I could not login. Had to go into hallway to get signal and then it kept dropping of so i had to login to system at least six times during a couple of hours. Normally youlogin in once every 24 hours. Problem 3 remote for tv did notwork so had to operate using panel on tv. Problem 4, AC unit sounded like a freight train so could not sleep while it was on. Cooled room down for a couple of hours then room got to hot so turn it on again for an hour. Problem 5, room must have been next to a mechanical roomas there was some intermediate noise that kept me awake. All in all got 4 hours sleep amd checked out at 430 as i could not fall asleep due to heat and mechanical type noise.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Door was broken so I asked for a different room. Was extremely rude about asking to change. The rooms had bugs and roaches. There were stains and everything was dirty. The staff pounded on my door way before check.oit and I had my window cracked and she opened it and stuck her head in through the blinds. The lady at the front was horribly rude and someone tried opening my door while I was sleeping. Luckily I had my latched. DO NOT GO HERE! plus the pet fee said 10 and she said it's 17 not her problem. Fyi

They are remodeling. Front desk person had to enter our hotel room twice to make sure herself something was done or to see if something needed to be done. Wanted to remove our air conditioner while there! Continental breakfast was a packaged honeybun, granola bar, bottle of water and a banana. Maintenance men were super friendly as were housekeepers. People cooked alot in their rooms, so a little of offensive odors. Quiet time was not observed! I hope when they finish remodeling that it will be better and less intrusive. Unless there is an emergency I don't expect unexpected visitation from front desk or the removal of an air conditioner. The maintenance guys talked her out of that and we were grateful! I didn't take pics because of remodeling. Boards on windows etc.

Exposed bathroom fan, missing door guard lock, single Styrofoam drinking cup in room, broken ice machine, receptionist was nice to me but super rude to the (Hispanic) couple in front of me

I booked here because it seemed to have decent ratings at a good price. The room was rough. Smelled funny and didn't seem to be cared for. I barely had time to set bags down before a mouse ran across the floor. I left at that point. The man at the front desk was kind enough to refund my pet amount and said I should contact hotels.com for a full room refund. Hotels.com said they were not able to get a response from the hotel to refund.

Welcoming, nice staff, and easy location.

We flew out for my nephews graduation. They would’ve gotten a higher rating if they were able to accommodate our earlier as planned departure. Due to an urgent matter, we had to leave one day early. We informed them of that upon check-in and they told us to contact the agency we booked through hotel through. However, after doing so, your company tried to reach out to them and they denied trying to accommodate us because it was a prepaid option. Even though your company tried to help us.

I always stay in this hotel because the staff is very nice and friendly. And they DON'T care about the color of your skin. Rooms are always clean and tidy.

Good people out there. Clean, skill games lounge. Close to airport. Sheets a tad too clean smelling but i guess then you know they're clean...Great place to stay

The site states it has a restaurant. It is NOT a restaurant, it is a sex products store. Property is unsafe, dirty and not as described.

We didn’t even check in, the property was so undesirable. Transients hanging around, an adult store next door. We couldn’t even find the front desk door. The back portion of the building was boarded up. Very unsafe feeling.

Very nice staff and a good location right off I-80… easy to get in and out of town. Close to a few places to eat. A little sketchy at times after hours, lots of unusual characters milling around at times. But once I was in the room for the night it was perfect for a one night stay.

The location is in a seedy part of town, right next to an "Adult" store. Walked in, entire place smelled terrible and looked dingy. No one was at the desk, couldn't find anyone to check in so we walked out and got a different hotel.

Booked a king room, ended up with two doubles. Place stinks. Late night Adult Book Store right next door. Wish I didn’t have to sleep on top of the covers… don’t make this same mistake.

The area around the property was super dicey. I rolled in at midnight, and there were multiple broken-down cars in the parking lot, super sketchy-looking people wandering around, several panhandlers, and the late night pornshop next door wasn't helping.

The staff was very friendly. The room door was hard to open with the door sticking in the frame. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty and needs cleaning (room 251). The bed was comfortable. Very disappointed with the continental breakfast. Came in a brown sack with no selection provided by customer. An apple, honey bun, muffin. Coffee was available, but no other drink options. Acceptable hotel for the price, but won't be staying there again.

"Skanky" was the word we decided fit this hotel description best. Porn shop next door, casino downstairs, pot smoke in the hallway... Beds were sagging and creaky, the floor shook when we walked, the heat didn't work... It's in desperate need of modernization and a good cleaning... "Breakfast included" means an apple, an old clementine, a granola bar, and a prepackaged pastry in a bag... But it's cheap, the shower is good and hot, and we didn't get mugged or anything. :)

Fairly clean. Need new sheets. Threadbare and no elasticity left in the fitted sheet. Restaurant consisted of a bar with about 6 stools and 3 booths . Pizza only although their menus suggests a full menus! Never will stay again! Oh and had to move to 2nd room due to malfunctioning smoke detector. Lucky to have a room key that worked after getting 2! Very much a case of false advertising!

No pool no restaurant and a brown bag for bfast. Crappy towels thin dirty sheets. No plugs for electronics.
