.lock on door broken Elevator not working No ice

Elevator was out of order, Ice machine was also out of order, rooms smelled like mildew mattresses were old and worn down facilities dirty.

Breakfast bar could be a little better and the mattress cover sheet is old. Did not stay in place. Bed was to close to the A/C unit. Picture showing spa which was not there and the pool was not clean. Overall it was “ok”.

Pool was ice cold no hot tub smelled moldy.

When we stayed the elevator and ice machines were broke.

We rented two rooms.My daughter was the first one to check in.I asked for a room close to her.She was on the first floor.He didn’t even acknowledge me and gave us a room on the third floor whatever it was late and I didn’t want to argue.we get to the room and go to use the sink. The handle literally falls off while turning it on.Second you go to take a shower and the Curtain rod is broke on one end and the shower curtain will not stay closed third the lock on the door to the pool was broken all you had to do is push the door and walk in.Huge safety concern/violation.we stayed two nights.We asked housekeeping to change the bedding on one bed as our toddler had an accident.Left for a couple of hours came back house keeping was on the opposite end of the hall we took the bedding off and set it by the door reminded her of what we needed because it very much looked like she was about finished for the day.We left came back around 9pm old bedding was gone but no new bedding to replace it.Front desk said it was because we were putting it out when she was already finished and leaving.She had never touched our room so I’m not sure how she was ever finished. Pool was an indoor pool, but it was cold. There was plaster, literally falling off the ceiling in the pool room. The hotel seemed clean on the surface but definitely lacked in up keep. My daughter‘s room had issues as well, but she’ll write her own review. All in all the staff wasn’t necessarily rude but not hospitable either

The elevator was out of service and the ice machine too. Had no hot water for a shower amd no towel to dry off with. I had to use a hand towel. Ill never stay at this hotel again

Front desk gave us a hassle for asking for more bath towels. No bedding for pull out sofa bed was in room so had to go to front desk and as for that as well (no extra pillows either.) Pool lights were off until after 9pm. Hot tub is gone as well.

Was told there was a spa on the amenities. Was not. Fire alarm went off at 4:30am and did not stop. Bottom floor flooded and water did not work. Elevators stopped working too. Complete dump.

Our room, especially the bathroom, was neat and clean. The breakfast area, as well, was well-serviced and maintained throughout our stay. Coffee and breakfast & in the lobby waa always hot. Our pillows were very comfortable.

Won't be back! The best part was the customer service! I requested to have our room at a certain temp by the time we got there and it was! Couch had a big stain on the cushion Vent in bathroom didn't work Sheets and comforter were yellow Duvet was stained Deflector on AC was missing a huge piece Fridge would tip forward if you put anything in it Even the light switches were filthy Pool was disgusting

Location was good. I don't smoke and agreed to a non- smoking room, but the cigarette smell hit me when I opened the room door. And could smell it in throughout my stay

We had fleas or nats in our room

The room was not very clean and there was a wall poster on the floor. The hooks into the drywall caused damage and they just left it. The bathroom ceiling was all brown from water damage and the shower head had mold growing on it.

Very old and dirty room

Cleanliness: There were crusty stains on the comforter when we arrived. The entire room had a film of filth and the pool area was obviously filled with mold. Breakfast area was nice, the rest of the hotel was just a regular dirty interstate hotel. Hotel Service and use of Hotels.com: First, when we arrived the receptionist was too busy texting with his AirPods in to even check us in and we stood there staring for at least a minute before he acknowledged us. Later that evening, I messaged the hotel to request to cancel our 2nd nights stay that we had booked. Never received any reply. Went to the front desk in the morning and asked to cancel our next night, the receptionist said if I’d have asked the night before I could have, but not now. I explained I messaged thru the app and he said it didn’t count. So now we stayed at a dirty hotel AND we paid for a 2nd night thanks to hotels.com when we could’ve had it canceled. Would not recommend either hotels.com for the booking or staying here. I’d stayed here several years before and remembered it as a nice little hotel not too far from devaney. It has certainly gone downhill. Would not bring kids here as it was not very clean. Guests in the hallway were very loud and the paper thin walls allowed you to hear everything.

The low price was 'Great! Sinks, toilet, shower & counters were clean. Spider sacks & cobwebs were in bathroom, I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Cleaning staff was very friendly & helpful. Front desk guys were NOT friendly.

Could hear all the units around when water was used. The A/C was loud when running and seemed to have a fan then the AC and would shut down in various stages.

The door to our hotel room didn’t lock. They attempted to fix it the following day but it still didn’t work very well. I would not have felt safe being there alone.

Good firm bed and plenty of pillows. A/C works very well. Pool is small but great for my 5year old granddaughter. She thinks it’s huge. Water was a comfortable swimming temp. Not warm but not too cold. Reasonable breakfast hours. Clean all the way around. I noticed that first.

The front desk staff let us know they were in the middle of remodeling and had just replaced the mattresses so ours would be new. This was true except for the pullout bed mattress. That thing had stains on it and looked like it had been through hell. There were also 2 tvs and only one of them was setup properly. Other than that, everything was else was just fine.

We only stayed overnight. Late arrival(10p) Lobby door locked- to enter either to use your room key or doorbell. It took 5 mins because there's no staff at the front desk. Anyway it's a quick check in. The room: 2 comfortable firm queen bed, enough pillows(4 each bed) not firm. The room has microwave, small fridge, desk table, coffee/tea maker, smart tv. Also with iron & iron board. The bathroom: it's clean. Shower knob is so hard to turn, the tub stopper(broken)you need to remove or else the water will not drain easily. Built in shampoo & conditioner but they didn't audit if enough supply because the conditioner already almost empty got enough for myself to use. No space to put your toiletries because the sink is outside(not a fan) .complimentary breakfast it's fine served fresh & hot but not many options. Other amenities: pool, fitness ctr, computer & printer to use. Ice machine only in 1st flr as well as laundry.

Weird stains on furniture in our room. The room itself was so small that you couldn’t open the bathroom door and door to the hallway at the same time. Underpowered AC unit. Very limited breakfast options.

Okay place to lay your head at night. Tv didn't work. Shower leaked and felt like you would fall through the floor. Sink was in the bedroom.

Clean and comfortable - our room was recently remodeled with a new mattress. Best night stay that we had in a 2-week trip. Easy on/off for an overnight stay.

I thought the gentleman that checked us in was very unfriendly. He asked for a 100.00 deposit, which was fine. But when I asked why he just said because and then said for smoking and pets. He was very rude. And he was there when I checked out. I gave him the keys and he said thank you goodbye. I asked about my 100.00 dollars and he just stared at me like he didn’t know what I was talking about. And then said oh I remember you. He did give me the money. Will never stay there again. The place was very loud. Not happy with our stay.

The staff was super amazing. They assisted me with a few things. Thank you for a vet enjoyable experience.

I was treated awful by the front desk. . Never have I experienced racism until today. The front end clerk treated me with such disrespect and made me feel like I was a criminal. Was talked to me like I was a child, treated me as I wasn't good enough for this hotel and accused me of doing unlawful things in the room because the steam from my shower was still in the air and I opened the window. The reason I say this is because I seen him do it to another white couple. Total disrespect. I watched him talk to a black fellow and a brown couple and he was smiling, happy and treated them great. This fellow should be removed from the counter. I will never stay here again and I'm in Lincoln three days a week for work

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that directed us to pick up the phone for service. When we did, it just rang and rang with no answer. After waiting 20 minute, someone finally greeted us. Later, we returned to the front desk to ask about breakfast, as no instructions were given to us at check in. The desk employee was on his personal phone when we approached to ask, and seemed inconvenienced by us. He did not end his personal conversation, and chose to instead be short and unhelpful with us. Additionally, there were dirty socks on the floor in our room and the alarm clock was pulled off the nightstand and hidden under the bed. Also, none of the TV streaming apps worked. This experience was poor and we will not return to this property again.

Better directions and signs to the property would help a lot. Front desk people, at check in And out, indifferent and not friendly.

Our room had an unpleasant odor and the air conditioning was difficult to set to a comfortable setting. The man at the front desk refused to give me a receipt upon check out.

Very clean and comfortable. Man at the desk was rude and short. He kept talking on the phone in another language while I was checking in. The next morning in the food area it was the same man and same thing. He was very unpleasant and probably will not stay there again because of him.

Clean, quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby.

The spa or hot tub was removed and pool dirty. The hallways in horrible condition. The breakfast was poor and I couldn't eat it. My eggs were rancid. I would never return.

The room was very big for five people. It was clean too. The pullout couch has a thin mattress but we slept fine on it. Great breakfast! Thank you!!

It was a roof and a bed. There were no bugs or critters that I saw, but it also was not very clean. The bathroom facilities worked but felt really musty and barely passable. Breakfast was sad: the options were extremely limited to just waffles and cereal. The parking lot had potholes as well so you had to be careful when driving in

It was clean and the breakfast was as good as any other offering I ve seen. I would definitely recommend and stay here again
