This is a nice, clean property with easy I80 access. There are a couple properties nearby we have tried, but that are NOT recommended. Pay a little more for quality. My only wish was that the parking was better (needs more turning space). It’s ok for cars/SUVs, etc, but add a trailer and parking is tough.

Seems one of the newer hotels in Lincoln along I-80. Check in staff friendly, ample free parking. Could not hear the highway. Convenient short drive to downtown if needed. Newer gym equipment. Breakfast options fine, interestingly though they had a pancake making machine not a waffle maker.

The room and lobby were clean. The water pressure in the shower was lacking, the breakfast was unimpressive, and the pool was freezing. Every time I walked by the front desk, there was no one there. When I finally decided to call down to the lobby, I was told only the maintenence crew could control the pool temperature, and this is what they have it set at. Very disappointing, as the pool was the main reason for choosing to stay here.

The property in Lincoln NE was conveniently located for my trip - right off I 80. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and neat. We didn't stay for breakfast, though. But there was coffee available 24 hours. My main reason for booking a room in this hotel is because it DOES NOT ALLOW PETS YAY :D (just service animals) I am very allergic to animal dander. So, thank you very much for that restriction Holiday Inn & Express!

Noise from adjacent I-80 was terrible. Also, the TV remote did work right and had a hand written note taped onto the back explaining how to use the TV without the remote, REALLY. I'M NOT KIDDING!

As a place to simply rest along your journey, it gets a "meh." Clean, new facility that doesnt seem to have been designed to adequately isolate sound. Why they would put families with young children in rooms above those with only adults is a bit of a curiosity. I would try another property next time as this experience didn\'t meet my expectations for a restful night\'s sleep.

My only gripe was that we had no internet the whole trip which was mildly frustrating and their response was “ sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t “and for the ladies the pressure wasn’t good for cleaning hair. Apparently that’s something to be noted. The closest restaurant is Cracker Barrel which if you’re into just clogging your arteries is fine . Hotel was clean and friendly and beyond these lil things it was great. For a fun activity, check out the abandoned hoarder cars in the area between the two hotels . Fun to look at

It is close to I-80 so we can just get off the interstate and get right back on in the morning. Only complaint is the condition of the shower curtain (ripped) and shower water pressure was super low - hard to rinse the shampoo out with a trickle.

I arrived 30 minutes to my check in time (starts at 3 PM) and they had me wait another 30 minutes for my check in till 4 PM. Mind you this is a property that has their check out at 11 AM. So in four hours, they were unable to clean rooms for the coming guests given that I did not see a high number of guests. In addition, two more stepped in while I was waiting and they were handed keys to their rooms immediately. I have a hunch about the reason behind the poor customer service but anyway … you get what you pay for.

We were on a bereavement trip. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had a very late check in. 1:30 AM. I had called ahead about noon and talked with a pleasant woman who said she would mark us as coming in late. When we arrived the girl that checked us in was pretty surly. Didn’t need that. If you don’t like providing service, maybe this isn’t your best line of work Otherwise the hotel was good enough.

Property had beer cans in the elevator. Beer outside. Beer 12 pack containers by ice box. Manager needs to do walk through. Breakfast was luke warm. No plain cream for coffe, only the perfumed. Room was quite comfortable except for road noise.
