We were awakened at 5am by a child above us that was jumping off the bed and running non stop until we checked out at 11. The parent did nothing to stop the child. We finally called the desk at 9:30. But nothing was done. Those people should have been kicked out. But nothing. In the past if I have had unruly children or pet. I take them yo the car or outside let them get it out then tell them when your ready to behave we can go back in. Other people shouldn't have to suffer for your child's unrulyness. I paid for my room too.
