The facility seemed to be an older member of the fleet, lacking amenities I've experienced in other Comfort Inns. The elevator wasn't working because of past flooding. The bathroom was adequate, but probably the smallest I've ever encountered in a motel.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom was small, but clean and a great shower. The only issue was that the elevator was not operating and we were on the 3rd floor. The front desk associate was friendly and as accommodating as she could be given the difficult news she had to deliver. Many great dinner options quite nearby.

When we arrived, I was told that the elevator wasn't working and we should park in the back so we would come in on the 2nd floor. So we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs. After checking in, I was told that the TV wasn't working and that they were working on it. She said it should be a couple of hours; after 2 hours, it still wasn't working. In the morning, my husband went to check out the breakfast and he said it didn't look good and there wasn't much to choose from.

There was no ice. They knew their 1 ice machine was broke as a repair person had been their in the am. By 4pm they could gave gotten a cooler with bags of ice for their guest. All we wanted was a few coctails after hours of driving. Bummer

This hotel doesn’t have a pool. It has a very small gym. Two minutes of walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. The mini fridge works well. A good restaurant is nearby with about five minutes of walking.

was there 3 days and room never cleaned. A/C sounded like it was full of marbles and worked poorly. Pressure washing crew worked all day with loud equipment. Room smelled. Not sure why this hotel rated excellent. Lost trust in Hotels.com rating system and will probably never use again

The room was clean, bed comfortable, and noise from outside and adjoining rooms minimal. The air conditioner was quiet, the refrigerator even kept things frozen in the freezing compartment. The microwave worked, though controls were confusing. The TV worked well, but channel selection poorly documented. WiFi was easily accessed The "free" breakfast was good, by usual motel standards, with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, and juice. The coffee was brown and hot, but bland. Room coffee packets were no better. The staff was friendly and helpful; I had messed up on my departure date, and got the date extended -- fortunately this did not hit the heavy weekend schedule. Parking was great, with a lot at the level of the second floor where I stayed. Several good restaurants in the area. A good stay, at a reasonable price.

I have stayed at Comfort Inn in other states and was disappointed at this location. I think it is due for an upgrade. I rely on fast internet for work purposes --Zoom :( -- and the cellular and internet connections were spotty inside the building.

Definitely one of the smaller properties I have been in in a while. Rooms are comfortable, but definitely brought back memories of travelling in Europe-I would recommend getting a double rather than a single king room, as I am sure those are larger. Still-comfortable, quiet and nice beds. I would stay here again. Decent breakfast (as hotel breakfasts go).

This was a fantastic property to utilize as a family with disabilities. Staff were incredibly proactive about our request for accommodation, made sure that we were in a ADA room and outfitted us with a shower chair. I was incredibly pleased with the cleanliness of those items as well as how accommodating the staff was.

Annia, who works at the front desk, is so very kind, caring and personable. When we learned from her that the elevator hasn’t worked since May, we chose to keep our reservation. The eggs at breakfast were delicious.

Besides some potholes right at one of the entrances (not their fault) we enjoyed our two night stay. The location is great with easy access to the beach, multiple dinning options, Highway 101 and the Newport waterfront.

Not directly on the beach but just across from the ocean. Convient stairs down to the beach only a few minutes walk. All major Newport attractions are walkable from location. Very affordable for what it offers.

Stay was all good but a comment on full breakfast. As other hotels seem to be on to.... the scrambled eggs are just too artificial. Look good but must be powdered and a little tough to take. Thanks

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Only one night on our trip, but the room was very comfortable, beds, shower, amenities all great. Good, hot breakfast as well. Highly recommend this for a stay.
