What a brilliant hotel. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. There is parking but it’s limited. The room was clean, modern with a comfortable bed. TV had Netflix which was a nice bonus. It did only have a limited hanging space and could do with a couple of coat hooks. Breakfast was alright too. I’d definitely stay again there.

Excellent room, so much better than expected when I initially walked through the door. Comfortable bed, decent shower and friendly member of staff.

This is a nice little hotel, really close to the centre of Blackpool, but just far enough away to be quiet at night. The rooms, as seen on other reviews, are nice, recently renovated, with a reasonably sized television. Certainly comments about the beds being very firm are accurate; this wasn't a problem for us as we like a firm mattress, if you liked soft and spongy it's just something to be aware of. The staff are lovely, helpful and cheerful, absolute credit to the place there. Parking, yes, it's very limited at the hotel, only four or five spaces, so good luck getting one of those. We parked in the pay carpark a little further along the road and expensive is certainly the right word for that Sheriff of Nottingham level operation. Best avoided if you possibly can. We also had breakfast, cooked to order and decent quality. Like I said, it's a nice hotel. It's not pretending to be high quality, it's doing the basic things to a good standard.

The room and the hotel were super clean. A few snagging points here and there but it appears the rooms and hotel have been recently refurbished and decorated. New carpets, fresh clean sheets. Bed was a little hard but that’s personal preference and you cannot swap a mattress out for people each stay nor would I expect them too. Just what you want from a b&b and in Blackpool I would certainly give this top ratings from some of the other places I have stayed for similar prices. I can’t comment on breakfast as we chose to sleep in and head home. The staff were lovely and so accommodating as well. The little touches such as the sealed toothbrushes and toothpastes. The choice for tea and coffee with biscuits in the room. Good, powerful shower.
