We were on the 10th floor in a standard king, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was good, toiletries & tea/coffee good. The hotel was around 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf & restaurants, shops & bars so ideally we would have preferred closer. The sound travels through walls when we found our neighbours came in after midnight & were chatting loudly for some time!! The aircon was ok but seemed difficult to change. The TV was not an app based one, difficult to view channels & programmes. The hotel were happy to store our luggage after check out.

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable but the staff made promises they couldn’t keep and really put a dampener on the stay. Hotel was arranged as part of a marriage proposal and the hotel was called with a specific request for the room to accompany this. Staff agreed that this would be catered to and not a single aspect of it was. It was very disappointing especially after the hotel had already double charged us on arrival for a prepaid booking
