very convenient location. breakfast is good. pool is nice. room was fairly clean (but could be better). for the price and location, it was perfect. local to every attraction and good thrifting. oola bowls right across the street is fantastic as well.

The hotel is simple, but VERY CLEAN! The breakfast was hot and went from 6:30-9:30 which was nice, because my wife and I were exhausted each morning with our toddler and even took turns going to breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly. It was all I could have asked for. The shower was HOT and the tub was clean. The appearance was a little dated and the elliptical was out of order, but it did have a pool and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The beds were clean and comfy. We slept great and they provided a good crib for our son. I’m giving it a 9-9.5/10. Pretty good 👍. Thank you, Comfort Inn.

BED BUGS!!!! Thought everything was ok until the 2nd day of our stay. I had a pair of shorts that I ironed sitting on chair so they wouldn’t wrinkle. Put shorts on the 2nd day we were there. Ended up with bed bug bites on several locations of my body. My shirt was hanging up in closet. Paid over $240 a night to end up with bed bug bites.

For the price we paid for this hotel, the room should have been a lot nicer, There were no curtains on the window, the furniture was scratched and old. There was a huge stain on the carpet near the bed. The bathroom had random hair on the sink area,.

The room stunk. The bathroom was dirty. And our smoke detector was chirping - and when they came to change the batteries we were told they didn’t have anymore of whatever type of batteries that were needed for our room’s smoke detector. So their answer was that we just didn’t have a smoke detector in our room - like are you serious? Never again.

clean and the beds were comfortable, but the room was so unappealing. Ugly tan/yellow cement walls without any decoration and no curtains -just very ugly shades. My daughter said it looked like a prison, which would have been funny if it wasn’t true

The king bed rooms were clean and comfortable. If you have a room on the east side of the building, plan on being greeted by plenty of sunshine in the morning. These rooms are not equipped with room darkening shades in the windows. If you want to enjoy a full continental breakfast, be sure to arrive early. At 9am the eggs and sausage was no longer available. Fresh make your own pancakes were great along with fresh fruit and cereal.

I met with Donna the front desk personel. She was very helpful to my family. We traveled 3 hours with 3 children, we came way before check-in time. She accommodate us to an early check-in. There was the best things. Thank you Donna.

I did a survey when we arrived and everything was perfect. The next day when we went to take a bath, the stopper did not work and the shower was stuck on shower. Neither one of us were able to take a bath. They told us it was fixed, but it wasn’t.

We had a very late check in around 11pm the night shift staff was unfriendly, unprofessional almost rude. He was coughing without covering his mouth while we are checking in as well. We got the very first room on the 1st floor( closest to breakfast area) so i asked him if morning noise would bother us. He told me that was the only room available which is fine but in a rude way. We didnt get a good night sleep becase he was coughing all night at the reception working. It was unfortunate for him to cough that much but i still cant believe how much it ruined our sleep. Not willing to comeback.

From check in to check out was a positive experience. All employees were very friendly. Matress was very comfortable. Linens were of great quality. Air conditioning was great (I like my room frigid). Location was central to everything. Would stay again.

I chose this Comfort Inn because it’s literally right across the street from AMT. it’s also right behind Cracker Barrel. It was very quiet, easy check in and out. Great location for shopping.

Located towards the end of the strip where most shopping is done. Convenient because it's more affordable than other hotels next to tanger outlets. We were just 1 or 2 miles from there. Still close to restaurants and other stores.

The room and the rest of the facility was clean. The breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs were dry and very cool the sausage links were just warm. Coffe was avail but no whole milk for my coffee or cereal. Orange juice was not fresh and was a mix.

This hotel was very clean and accomodations in great shape. Breakfast was very nice and comfortable too. Staff friendly. My only critique is that our room did not have a small table and chairs. We like to play card games or have a snack and I missed that convenience. They had coffee available 24 hours. Very nice. I would stay there again.

Why don't they clean the rooms and make the beds anymore. They need to change the breakfast it's the same thing every day. We only stayed 2 days and our garbage cans were full
