So, we get into our room last night and it is a non smoking room. Spells of mary jane as soon as we get into the room. Go down to the pool an hour before it closed and the hallway,elevator and front hotel/desk spelled strong of same mary jane odor. Then we get into the pool and it spells like someone took a poop in the pool or threw up. We tell the hotel worker and she said that they will clean the pool in the morning. We go to leave this morning and the pool had still been yet cleaned. (Still dirty)

The only disappointment with the property was the elevators. They had two, one was out of order completely and the other ones would take you up, but couldn’t bring you back down to floor one. So you had to get off at floor two and walk down the steps, which were at the opposite end of the building. Not good for older individuals are those with heavy pieces of luggage. Otherwise it was a nice piece of property.

Manager was very friendly; staff was also nice. Really enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub; however, the hot tub is part of the pool at one end, this is hard to identify unless you happen to switch the "unlabeled" switch next to the broken timer. There are no signs identifying that a hot tub is there.

Everything was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and couch in our room were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good. We had a room facing the Parkway and it wasn't very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. It wasn't so excessive to make us want to move, just an observation for those who might need near silence to sleep. Also, I needed to use the laundry services, the dryer doesn't work properly and I had to do 2 cycles to fully dry my clothes. Not an issue if you dont plan on using it.

Elevator was broken, ac was broken so they moved us rooms thankfully they did bc when i went back to turn the lights back out the floor by the window/ac area and the window seal was covered in ants. In the new room the light over the coffee bar, the majority of the outlets and the TV wouldnt work. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she told me it would be taken care of AFTER i checked out of my 2 night stay.

4 of the 5 pieces of gym equipment were broken. In the room the sprinkler heads were covered in dust, some of the fixtures were old and not all were in good repair. Smoke detector was falling off the wall. The door handle that was for the connecting room was broken which created a safety hazard if someone sat on the bench that was placed against the door. Dust all over which is an issue for anyone with allergies. There were a couple positives which were the continental breakfast, the bed was comfy and there were plenty of spots to plug in chargers. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and just need a bed than this is a good option.

After checking into the room, we noticed a strong smell of bleach and noticed the carpet appeared dirty. We then checked our mattresses and found blood stains along with other brown stains along the edges of the mattresses and box spring. We quickly went back downstairs and informed the staff and provided photos of the stains as proof. We requested a refund and found another hotel that was clean.

This hotel has really gone down hill the last couple of years. Very dirty. The hallways are not cleaned, the rooms are not very clean either. It was late when we got in, when I went to use the bathroom I noticed dried urine on the floor in front of the toilet, aye yi yi. I cleaned it up, should have called downstairs, but the overall appearance of everything, I shouldn't have been surprised, There was mold in the orange juice that came out of the machine the next morning, Will not be staying there again. The primary issue was that the internet reception was spotty at best. VERY annoying. The hotel was always crowded with busloads of kids when we were there. They either grabbed all of the breakfast available or there wasn't enough to go around. The kids also crowded the hot tub every evening. I wish I'd known about all the people with animals and pets, although we didn't hear the animals at night. Or smell them. The room itself was nice and clean enough. The staff was very friendly at check-in and again at check-out.

Beds were good. That’s most important to us. Employees and front desk were nice. The street side of the hotel took in Too much road noise all night. Maybe the other side should be better. Stayed three nights and Breakfast was same every day. Pretty average fare. Location close to Bass ProShop, Bucees , grocery store and good Mexican restaurants

The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. The room left alot to be desired. The beds creaked everytime you moved and the walls have absolutely no insulation so you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the rooms around you. The furniture and decor were not matching at all. It just seemed thrown together. For example: black door, 2 different colors of brown for floor, blue wall, aqua wall, green and brown window treatments, orange shower curtain. It just didnt make for a very peaceful room at all. The whole place could use some updating. It wasnt the worst hotel, but definitely not the best. I would not stay here again.

This hotel looks new from the outside and is being renovated. Our room was renovated but the door was hard to open and did not close unless it was pulled or pushed hard. Outside door was open every time we went through it and not locked. It wasn't the quality we were expecting for the area and La Quinta.

We checked in on April 9. I received a text message from LaQuinta by Wyndham Sevierville/Kodak welcoming us. Message says to reply to the message if we need anything. At 9:14pm I replied stating that the room next to us had a dog barking non-stop. No reply/response. At 3:30am we were awakened by screaming, shouting and slamming doors from the room across the hall. I notified a staff member in the morning of the issues and that I would like reduction in our charges due to the disturbances. She said she would notify the manager and adjustments would be made at checkout. I submitted another reply to the text confirming notification to the staff of the issues encountered. We checked out on April 13 and there were no comments at checout regarding noise issues. The manager was not there but would be notified by Maria who processed our checkout. Still no response.

The property is extremely poorly staffed. In fully booked premises the not 1 person for the front desk and 1 person, a diligent senior lady for all the breakfast area. I am not giving a 1 star just because the great effort of the two people mentioned above. I expect a call from the manager.

The hotel was ok, the staff was super rude, and the lady that checked me in apparently didn’t charge my card so they called me the next day to go in there and pay and I paid an Expedia had already taken the payment so I’m not even sure how much I really paid then the second night there at midnight around one actually the alarm the fire alarm started going off woke everybody up did not stop for two hours everybody was up my kids couldn’t sleep of course our head was pounding I have multiple sclerosis and stress like that causes me to have a lot of my multiple sclerosis symptoms so I was feeling really really bad the next morning we’re supposed to go out with family and have breakfast none of us were able to wake up I had to be at work this morning so I couldn’t stay longer like I wanted to because we were back in our sleep none of us had a good night sleep at night so it was pretty horrible my brother had to drive all the way to Florida and I’m sure he didn’t have a good night I wouldn’t bring it again

Most of the counter help was very rude when told about problems in our room said they would do something and never did. It was filthy. The one gentleman on second shift was very nice and helpful with all the others were rude and all they worried about is going outside smoking right at the door which made it stink.

Very congested room.clean 45min to an hour away from main gatlinburg downtown if you plan to stay more then a day look for a closer to downtown hotel this is far. There were lots ants in our room staff was very cooperative they sprayed to clean but just sayn bugs were there . Breakfast was okay.

This was a well located property for the area, not so close that we were in the thick of it but close enough to get into Pigeon Forge without too much trouble. Breakfast was never stocked and bread had gnats on it. Lady kept walking out checking and seeing numerous people making breakfast and did not care to refill anything… with numerous children. That was annoying, why walk out and just look???? Why not stock??? Isn’t that your job?

When I got to the hotel I thought it looked familiar. We stayed at this hotel in Dec 23 and it was a Holiday Inn. The hotel has a strange smell, the toilet ran off and on all night. The hall light in the room blinked on & off. The tub had a big black mark where the ceramic got broken off. The breakfast was not good. The waffle maker didn't work & there was a full hotel. I was upset to find out it was a place I didn't want to stay near Pigeon Forge & had to because I couldn't get my $ back. I left the hotel with a headache and sore back from the bed. I found a hair in the sheets and spiders in the bathtub. Never again! I don't know how this could be a Wyndham Hotel.

Others that stayed at the hotel, dropped the spoon for the eggs, picked it up and placed it back in the tray for someone else to use. I think an employee needs to keep a closer eye on breakfast area as dur to the above comment. And the area was very messy with trash on the floor, pancake mix every where due to other guest not cleaning up after themselves.

The prooerty was only 6 min from the Sevierville Convention Center. However, the room keys didnt work we had to replace twice. Imagine this with 2 kids. The elevator buttons were stuck so we manually unstuck it to get moving. The room floors were dusty, and the breakfast food was not hot despite being on a warmer.
