I go to Sevierville/Knoxville area every couple months and have been for 3 years now... This was by far the best experience! The room had a Keurig, great TV service, and no problems with the Wi-Fi. Staff was very helpful and polite. Cleaning staff was not loud in the mornings nor were the other guests. There's a couple sitting areas outside... one with TV, gas fire pit, and a couple of grills. The only thing that would make this place better would be heated indoor pool!

Upsides: Comfortable bed and pillows, the extra amenities like a toothbrush and snacks and water are nice, super wide parking spaces makes it easy to unpack the vehicle. Downsides: There are some fast food options around, but good luck if you want something more than fast food.

No elevator to get to second floor unless we just didn't see it. No problem for us but nay be for others. Otherwise no complaints- room clean, quiet, easily accessible, convenient for sevierville/ Pigeon Forge area. Would stay again.

Just off the interstate - easy to get to & park. Cool fire pit outside. Bed & pillows were comfortable. 2 gift baskets inside full of goodies. (Darth Vader basket was the best, in my opinion.) Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property! I would definitely stay again. Check-in was quick and easy - Heather at the front desk is awesome! This is an older property, BUT has been remodeled. Fresh paint, clean, upgraded bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, even a welcome note and snacks in the room. There is a fire pit area outside that is awesome. Breakfast offered a lot of options and was very tasty! I will definitely stay again.

Had to change rooms, 1st room had been smoked in. The gentleman who checked us in was able to change rooms for us quickly. Older hotel remodeled, a little dust on the lamps. But otherwise fairly clean, comfortable beds.

It does not seem possible that this property could have legitimately received the posted rating. This property is absolutely not “wonderful” or “exceptional”. At best, the property is average to below average. This property appears to be an older Motel that has been refurbished. However, the wall unit air conditioning units are so loud that we were unable to sleep in our first room even with ear plugs. The room also smelled so bad of old cigarette smoke and some perfume smell that they apparently tried to cover up the smell with that we couldn’t hardly breathe well. We ended up changing rooms a couple of hours after checking in because we could not sleep in the first room. The second room was better - but not great - and we were able to sleep through the air conditioner noise with ear plugs. The room and the rest of the property was otherwise very clean, but there are so many newer nearby hotels, there is no reason the stay at this property.

Super clean, very convenient, very comfortable bed and pillows, good shower, nice little baskets of toiletries, even includes needle, thread, and button! Shaving stuff, granola bars, bottled water, peanuts and mints. Nice touches you’d find at way more expensive lodgings. When passing through this area, we’ll always stay here. We recommend Quality Inn Kodak to anyone needing a place to stay when passing through.

I received several messages from the hotel about my reservation but then when I arrived they did not have it. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with hotels dot com customer service to finally be rebooked at a neighboring hotel. Customer service was apparently unable to resolve the situation with the hotel.

This Quality Inn was adequate for our one night stay. The property seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was also very nice although a little small. We did encounter one issue and tried to contact the front desk, calling on the room phone 3 times and our own cell phone once. Unfortunately, the phone wasn't answered on any of those attempts. My only other complaint is that the website states that there is a fitness room which is incorrect. This was actually an important consideration when booking this room. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed in this.

Property was clean and well lit as it was after dark when I arrived. Desk man was friendly, jovial and informed. The room was clean, large and odor-free. Slept very well, bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom and dressing area were very clean and upscale. Breakfast was delicious! Very impressed with this property! Morning staff was also very nice and friendly.

Such a clean and amazing place! Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at and a budget friendly price. They go the extra mile to give you snacks and extra toiletries. Their breakfast is superb! I will go out of my way to stay here on every road trip.

Great property! Three minor issues, the faucet in our sink was just a dribble, so we had to remove the aerator when we used it, the air conditioner was a little loud when it ramped up and no hairdryer. These things in no way outweigh the positives. Extremely clean and the hot breakfast was great! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
