Excellent location for things to do. Hotel gym was my only complaint. Both treadmills were broken and it was a little tiny. I was still able to get a workout in so not a dealbreaker.

I liked that it was close to things but tucked away as well so it was quiet. The only thing I found inconvenient was the slowness of the elevator. Each time we needed to use it, it seemed to take an extreme amount of time before it came to the floor we were on. It didn’t matter if we were on the ground floor or the floor we stayed on.

This was a good hotel and the only reason I didn’t say it was great because of two things. 1 while they are under construction trying to expand the property, it was still clean and quiet. 2. Because of the construction the near by parking were a bit challenge to find but over all it was a good experience. Will I stay here again the chances are a high probability so yes

Not a bad place to stay but lacking on amenities. Not one vending machine in the building and the truck to stock the small, limited store did not come so there was nothing in there. Good location, lots of construction stuff going on so parking was limited. Elevator was super loud and smelled funny. Room was clean and comfortable except window had some type of film on it that made it hard to see out of.

The staff that we interacted with was great. The room on the other hand was disappointing. There were dead bugs on the floor and live one crawling around on the bathroom floor. The bathroom is in desperate need of attention due to the paint on the ceiling peeling off.

Our room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good! Our room wasn't ready upon arrival and our television did not work. We were told that the maintenance guy would look at it first thing in the morning only to find out that he was off that day. Two different desk clerks tried to get our TV to work to no avail. On the 3rd day I asked if another room was available. We were moved to a different room with a working television. Don't know why the previous desk clerks didn't think of that?

At over $170/night including tax this hotel is way over priced. The room was recently renovated, but it was still small with only a desk chair to sit in. It’s time to find a different hotel In Kodak more reasonably priced. The breakfast was good,but that doesn’t make up for the room rate.

This location needs upgrades. The tv in the room did not work the entire time. The halls were as hot as the outside. An elevator was not working. When getting to the room we we discovered that no hand soap was in the bathroom so we asked for them to bring us some since it was early evening and was told that we would have to go to the front desk to get it because there was only one person working. Bad experience. Will not be back to this location

Great stay. Issues with the tv were fixed by us (had to change input and box had been turned off). WiFi never successfully connected. But room was great and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Room was right next to the elevator however never heard a sound all night

Our room was just what we wanted! Comfortable bed and quiet hallway. We left towels outside our door each day and picked up clean ones when we returned. There is a Bass Pro and The Chop House restaurant within walking distance. If you are going into Gatlinburg and surrounding areas you will have to drive. Staff were great and we had breakfast on our last day at motel - egg white veggie omelet was very tasty! Also, try out Apple Wood restaurant and shops off the Winfield Dunn Parkway onto Apple Valley drive, very good. All around great trip and our great days were thanks to a good nights rest at Holiday Inn Express❤️

This was a wonderful stay for our family! The room was very clean. There were nice cookies laid out When we walked in. The breakfast was excellent. Included hot items such as omelets, biscuits and gravy Sausage, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful.
