I highly recommend staying at the premier inn. It is within a 10 minute walk to westminister abbey. There are great pubs and coffee shops nearby. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very large for London standards and are immaculate.

They did not change our bed sheets for a whole week and they didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge in the room and they never told us about it.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. The room was a little on the warmer side but managed. The shower tub was a tad high and can be hard for the little ones and elderly to get in and out of. Was disappointed when we arrived and inquired about an early check in and was totally dismissed and spoken to in a rude manner. Not quite the first impression I was expecting, other than that it provided us a place to rest for our full days in London.

Very good hotel, close to everything. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. The duty manager, Tonima, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My daughter Safa even spent some time with her in the lobby and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is very quiet, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall.
