We had a good time at the hotel. We basically used it just to sleep. The room was comfortable. We had a family room. The bathroom and room were clean. It would be nice if the room had hanging hooks in the bathroom and room. They offered daily cleaning which is what we wanted. The staff were friendly and courteous. We asked for extra rack for the luggage and towels and they provided without problem. Noose level was good even thought we were next to the kitchen. Temperature was good and we were able to adjust it to our liking. Very close to Victoria Station. It was easy to get anywhere. Grocery and convenience stores were located close to the hotel too. Overall very happy. We would stay again!
