Baymont by Wyndham Gurnee

They are racist people. During the day the whole family stay on the property. They limit the amount of towels you can use and will tell you it’s because you wear foundation but you are black. They try to keep your deposits based on the tiniest things. The property smell like mildew. The front desk guy that works in the evening is amazing! Great guy, great customer service! I wouldn’t recommend it!

Good place but felt a little too restricted, they give u breakfast but u arent even allowed to bring food into your room like not everyone wants to just eat in front of others a little bit of privacy is needed. Also elevator is kinda old and smells weird

Staff was great. Room could use a deep cleaning though. Beds were comfortable.

Dirty room, changed rooms. Check your beds, under the sheets were disgusting and not washed. Breakfast was typical hotel. Elevator was taped together inside. Room wasnt serviced until i asked, had to go down for t.p. and towels.

Rooms walls/floor very thin we kept getting noise complaints. When standing in the hall I could hear people in their rooms talking.
