The staff was really lazy. I called as I needed new towels for my second night and after hugging and puffing Daniel rudely stated "they\'ll be at the front desk for you". There was literally no one at the front desk one of the nights (before 7pm) as well. The shower only got up to slightly warm (at the max) which made for a freezing departure from the bathroom even when the temp of the room was 88 degrees in preparation for freezing bathing. The property is lovely but everything else about this hotel screams bare... No cups in the room, no soaps, broken beverage dispensary in the lobby, limited towels, etc.. it is way to expensive per night for the amenities (or lack there of) that it offers.

This hotel is like living in a apartment complex. EVERYONE that works at the front desk lives there. they ALL stand outside and smoke weed (seen with mt own eyes) one front desk lady is real rude and disrespectful! they are not friendly at all. beds are hard. washer & dryers work when they want to. no housekeeping unless you pay for it. the room is spacious and the small kitchen comes in handy. they offer coffee in the morning but that's all. there is a small gym but no pool or anything for kids to do. the hotel is nice from the outside but living there is another story. I give it a 3 out of 5.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and love the availability of cooking options in the rooms. Not just a microwave but a hot burner as well. And I full size refrigerator. Laundry room open 24 hours for convenience

Literally INFESTED with roaches. Not one or 2 but all over! I didn’t see them when I first checked in but I woke up to use the restroom and when I turned on the light they were literally everywhere!! Never ever coming to this hotel again! It should be shut down and fumigated!!!

I would not recommend this hotel. It was cheaper than other local hotels but that showed. The floors of the entire hotel were sticky and gross. I didn’t want to walk around barefoot. I don’t normally check my hotels for bedbugs but I did at this hotel because it felt gross. The bed seemed cheap and old. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The toilet had not been cleaned There was crusty stuff on the wall We have stayed her before with no issues. This time I was very grossed out. It was super late check in so we said f it and went to sleep. However, it was not cleaned at all or well. Enough. :(

Upon arriving. Many red flags were seen but I tried to give it a fair chance. Many sketchy people loitering outside the building. Smelled like cigarettes in the air. Upon entering the building the front desk worker was nice. Getting checked in our room had a horrible smell, holes in our walls and holes in our bathroom door. Didnt bother to ask for a different room. Walls were dirty and had mold. I Checked out and went another way.

There was roaches in my room and when I was cooking the alarm went off and I called downstairs to turn it off and it took me 3 times to call before someone answered the phone and they sounded like they were sleep.

I was very disappointed when i got to my room, i worst hotel I've been to in a long time. 1st the bed is not attached to the wall. Never seen that before 2nd the floor was sticking. The 2 pillows we had were flat as ever bed very uncomfortable. Tv had no good picture. And the room had a werid smell. I was very disappointed

This property has people living there full time, almost like a weekly/monthly rental apartment. The walls are paper thin, I listened for over 2 hours (1am-3am) a couple screaming and fighting with one another. It was absolutely awful (they were in room 305). No staff were there in the morning so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. If you’re running it like a rental apt don’t have hotel guests there!

By far, this was the single worst Hotel's experience I have had over a lot of years. The staff was not pleasant or helpful, the room was clean but sparse, the mattress uncomfortable and the toilet, was in need of flushing. I cannot recommend this place for anything but a makeover. Granted, everyone has a bad day once in a while, it was a nasty rainy evening, and a busy housekeeper might overlook one thing and I know how to flush but a tired traveler does not need such an experience.

Could not sleep all nite, 94 expressway is very near & noisy all nite. Plus the bldg back door near to my room, with people coming & going, very loud. Instead of hardwood floors, they need carpet as a noise suppressor.

I booked this stay online and paid for it in advance. When I got to the hotel they told me that they did not have a room for me because they had overbooked their hotel and then the front desk personnel lied to me and said that they didn’t take the payment, which was not true. I had to call. And get the charge reversed off my credit card through your company. I am going to call the corporate office of this hotel and make a report as well.

No words- the hotels should be ashamed. To the young man at the desk, I’m sorry that they’re working you to the BONE they way they are. I never even stayed at the hotel bc I was so put off by it. I just requested a refund. Kids in the lobby running rampant and making a mess. Like screaming profanities, trash everywhere. We waited HOURS for a room and never got one. At midnight we went to a different hotel because we were tired of waiting. Naked crackheads around the property, tweakers in the hallways and the main doors don’t lock? No thank you. Nasty, unsafe, understaffed. Do with that as you will.

When we tried checking in late the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. Called the after hours number 4 times over the course of a 1/2 hour and no answer but could hear the phone ringing behind the desk so had to find another hotel on a Saturday night at 11:00, Called the hotel the next day and talked to the “GM” he wouldn’t even give me his name (to be fair I would be too embarrassed as a manager to admit my name also after this customer service) Got a refund after talking with Expedia but WOW never dealt with such a poorly run hotel!!!

We waited 15 mins just for somebody to get to the desk and when came somebody finally came to desk we didn’t get no welcome just for the name and gave us our keys and told us room number. There was no carts available for the elderly waiting behind us. When returning to desk after unpacking 3 employees sit at the table arguing with somebody elderly over where one of them were. The whole place smelled really bad. You also have a group of people who apparently live here which is fine but not when you are letting 3 kids run out the parking lot throwing rocks at others hotels room windows til 11 pm at night. When going to leave at 8:30 the next morning you have an employee who is cleaning the lobby/mopping and getting mad and shaking his head at people when they are trying to walk through to leave.

Terrible staff . Terrible hotel . They have Charged my card and tooken out my money for a night I didn’t stay . Was told rooms were booked for the night (not available) and the hotel still took out what wasn’t there’s and I still haven’t received my money back !

While the shower and bed linens appeared to be clean, the floor was very dirty and should have been mopped / deep cleaned. There were also people hanging outside of the hotel (some sitting in folding chairs) that did not appear to have rooms. We got the impression that these people may be engaging in illegal activities.

Hello, yes there was shops nearby and excellent location. Woodsprings suites , we checked in . Went to the room there Roaches crawling, so receptionist says she will talk to her manager, she called him on phone. Sherman Thomas , manager was very careless about situation . Evicted us from there because I took a picture or video of Roaches

It's giving The Hills Have Eyes. This place completely gave me the creeps. Not so clean hallways, dogs everywhere one even pounced on my toddler, walls are paper thin, wifi is complete trash, people smoking, drinking, & partying right outside of the doors, and management was super strange. It's filled with a bunch of homeless people & they seemed to have formed a community w/ management included. Libertyville one is much better!
